이니텍(대표이사 김철균)이 첨단 인공지능(AI) 기반 사업 경쟁력 강화를 위해 생성형 AI 전문 자회사 제노바(GENOVA)를 설립했다고 8일 밝혔다.
제노바는 멀티모달 생성형 AI 분야 기술 확보를 위해 다양한 학술·연구 커뮤니티와의 협력을 검토하고 있으며, 이날 서울대학교 AIDAS 연구실(전기·정보공학부 도재영 교수)과 업무협약(MOU)을 체결했다. 양 기관은 차세대 AI 서비스 개발을 위해 연구 및 개발 협력에 나설 예정이다.
이니텍은 금융·공공·보안 분야 운영 역량을 바탕으로 제노바를 중심으로 AI 인프라 및 서비스 기술력을 강화하고, 학계와의 연구 교류를 확대해 공공, 제조, 바이오 등 산업 전반에 걸친 AI 기술 기반을 구축할 계획이다.
이니텍 관계자는 “제노바는 AI 인프라 전반에 대한 기술 확보와 연구 생태계 협력을 확대할 예정이며, 다양한 기관과 협력을 통해 글로벌 경쟁력을 갖춘 AI 기술 기업으로 성장할 것”이라고 밝혔다.
Initech establishes Genova, a subsidiary specializing in generative AI.
Initech (CEO Kim Chul-gyun) announced on the 8th that it has established GENOVA, a subsidiary specializing in generative AI, to strengthen its competitiveness in advanced artificial intelligence (AI)-based businesses.
Genova is exploring collaborations with various academic and research communities to secure technologies in the field of multimodal generative AI. Today, the company signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Seoul National University AIDAS Lab (Professor Jaeyoung Do, Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering). The two organizations plan to collaborate on research and development to develop next-generation AI services.
Initech plans to strengthen its AI infrastructure and service technology, centered in Genoa, based on its operational capabilities in the finance, public, and security sectors. Furthermore, by expanding research exchanges with academia, it plans to establish an AI technology foundation across industries, including the public, manufacturing, and bio sectors.
An Initech official stated, “Genova plans to expand its technology acquisition and research ecosystem cooperation across the entire AI infrastructure, and through collaboration with various organizations, it will grow into a globally competitive AI technology company.”

イニテック（代表取締役キム・チョルギュン）が先端人工知能（ＡＩ）ベースの事業競争力強化のために生成型ＡＩ専門子会社ジェノヴァ（ＧＥＮＯＶＡ）を設立したと８日明らかにした。
ジェノヴァは、マルチモーダル生成型AI分野の技術確保のため、多様な学術・研究コミュニティとの協力を検討しており、同日、ソウル大学AIDAS研究室（電気・情報工学部、ドジェヨン教授）と業務協約（MOU）を締結した。両機関は、次世代AIサービス開発のための研究開発協力に乗り出す予定だ。
イニテックは金融・公共・セキュリティ分野の運営能力をもとにジェノヴァを中心にAIインフラやサービス技術力を強化し、学界との研究交流を拡大し、公共、製造、バイオなど産業全般にわたるAI技術基盤を構築する計画だ。

Initech (PDG Kim Chul-gyun) a annoncé le 8 qu'elle avait créé GENOVA, une filiale spécialisée dans l'IA générative, afin de renforcer sa compétitivité dans les activités basées sur l'intelligence artificielle (IA) avancée.
Genova explore des collaborations avec diverses communautés académiques et de recherche afin de sécuriser ses technologies dans le domaine de l'IA générative multimodale. L'entreprise a signé aujourd'hui un protocole d'accord avec le laboratoire AIDAS de l'Université nationale de Séoul (Professeur Jaeyoung Do, Département de génie électrique et informatique). Les deux organisations prévoient de collaborer à la recherche et au développement de services d'IA de nouvelle génération.
