빅데이터 분석 AI 기업 S2W는 대만 타이베이에 본사를 둔 글로벌 해운사 에버그린해운에 기업·기관용 보안 AI 플랫폼 ‘퀘이사(QUAXAR)’를 공급한다고 9일 밝혔다.
S2W는 퀘이사를 통해 에버그린해운 및 해운업 전반에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 잠재적 위협, 공격자 동향 등 관련 정보를 모니터링하고 분석해 고도화된 인텔리전스를 제공할 계획이다. 이를 통해 고객이 기존에 인지하기 어려운 리스크를 조기에 파악하고 대응할 수 있도록 지원한다.
이번 수주는 공공 중심의 해외사업에서 민간부문으로 확장하는 S2W의 글로벌 전략이 유효함을 입증한 사례로 평가된다. S2W는 이미 대만증권거래소(TWSE)와 철도청 등 공공기관 레퍼런스를 확보하며 안정적인 해외 고객 기반을 마련해 왔다.
이번 계약은 현지 파트너 중화텔레콤시큐리티(CHTS)와의 협력으로 추진됐다. S2W는 지난 9월 상장을 통해 글로벌 진출에 필요한 신뢰도를 강화한 만큼 공공부문에서 민간시장으로 확대해 나가는 해외사업 전략을 지속적으로 실행할 계획이다.

S2W to Supply Security AI Platform 'Quasar' to Evergreen Shipping
Big data analysis AI company S2W announced on the 9th that it will supply 'QUAXAR', a security AI platform for companies and institutions, to Evergreen Shipping, a global shipping company headquartered in Taipei, Taiwan.
S2W plans to monitor and analyze potential threats and attacker trends that could impact Evergreen Shipping and the broader shipping industry through Quasar, providing advanced intelligence. This will enable customers to identify and respond to previously undetected risks early on.
This order is seen as a validation of S2W's global strategy of expanding from public-focused overseas operations to the private sector. S2W has already secured a stable overseas client base, securing references from public institutions such as the Taiwan Stock Exchange (TWSE) and the National Railway Administration.
This contract was achieved in collaboration with local partner Chunghwa Telecom Security (CHTS). Having strengthened its credibility for global expansion through its IPO last September, S2W plans to continue executing its overseas business strategy of expanding from the public sector to the private sector.
Lee Yu-kyung, S2W’s head of overseas business, said, “Securing a reference in the Taiwanese shipping industry is a case that demonstrates the competitiveness of S2W’s data intelligence technology,” and announced plans to “expand our business to government agencies and major industries across Asia, including Taiwan.”
