중소벤처기업부(장관 한성숙)와 창업진흥원(원장 유종필)은 10일 서울 코엑스에서 국내 스타트업 페스티벌 ‘컴업’의 부대행사로 ‘2025 창업기획자 성장 서밋’을 개최했다고 밝혔다. 이번 행사는 초기창업기업 성장에 기여한 우수 창업기획자(AC)와 경영건전성이 우수한 벤처투자회사(VC)를 포상하고, 스타트업에 후속투자 기회를 제공하기 위해 마련됐다.
올해의 창업기획자(AC) 시상에서는 포항공과대학교기술지주, 서울대학교기술지주, 강원창조경제혁신센터, 제이엔피글로벌, 서울창조경제혁신센터 등 5곳이 중기부 장관상을 받았다. 벤처투자회사(VC) 평가에서는 인터베스트, 코메스인베스트먼트, 우리벤처파트너스, 에스비브이에이, 에코프로파트너스가 경영건전성 우수 기업으로 선정돼 장관상을 수상했다.
올해 처음 도입된 자율규제 평가에서도 아이엠투자파트너스와 엑스퀘어드가 벤처투자 시장의 건전성 제고에 기여한 점을 인정받아 중기부 장관 표창을 받았다. 또한 2016년 창업기획자 제도 도입 이후 500번째 등록 신청 기관인 이화여자대학교기술지주, 알코브코리아, 스파크바이오랩에 창업기획자 등록증이 수여됐다.
행사에서는 ‘투자자가 바라보는 글로벌 스타트업 생태계’ 특별강연, ‘AI와 창업벤처생태계 성장 인사이트’ 대담, AI 분야 창업기업 5개사의 후속투자 데모데이가 이어졌다.
중기부 김봉덕 벤처정책관은 “이번 행사는 벤처생태계 성장을 이끈 우수 AC·VC를 포상하고, 창업기획자 수가 500개를 돌파했음을 의미하는 자리”라며 “창업기획자 제도가 혁신을 선도할 수 있도록 지속적으로 지원하겠다”고 말했다.

The Ministry of SMEs and Startups (Minister Han Sung-sook) and the Korea Institute of Startups and Entrepreneurship Development (KISED) (President Yoo Jong-pil) announced on the 10th that they held the "2025 Startup Planner Growth Summit" as a side event of the domestic startup festival "ComeUp" at COEX in Seoul. This event was designed to reward outstanding startup planners (ACs) who have contributed to the growth of early-stage startups and venture capital firms (VCs) with excellent management soundness, and to provide follow-up investment opportunities for startups.
At this year's Startup Planner (AC) Awards, five organizations—Pohang University of Science and Technology Holdings, Seoul National University Holdings, Gangwon Center for Creative Economy and Innovation, JNP Global, and Seoul Center for Creative Economy and Innovation—received the Minister of SMEs and Startups Award. In the venture capital firm (VC) evaluation, Intervest, Comes Investment, Woori Venture Partners, SBVA, and Ecopro Partners were selected for their outstanding management soundness and received the Minister's Award.
In the self-regulatory evaluation, first introduced this year, IM Investment Partners and Xsquared received commendations from the Minister of SMEs and Startups for their contributions to enhancing the soundness of the venture investment market. Furthermore, Ewha Womans University Technology Holdings, Alcove Korea, and Spark Biolab, the 500th organizations to apply for registration since the launch of the Startup Planner system in 2016, were awarded Startup Planner registration certificates.
The event included a special lecture on "Investors' Perspective on the Global Startup Ecosystem," a discussion on "Insights on the Growth of AI and the Startup Venture Ecosystem," and a follow-up investment demo day for five AI startups.
Kim Bong-deok, Director General of Venture Policy at the Ministry of SMEs and Startups, said, “This event is an opportunity to reward outstanding ACs and VCs who have led the growth of the venture ecosystem and to mark the fact that the number of startup planners has surpassed 500,” adding, “We will continue to support the startup planner system so that it can lead innovation.”

中小ベンチャー企業部（長官ハン・ソンスク）と創業振興院（院長ユ・ジョンピル）は10日、ソウルCOEXで国内スタートアップフェスティバル「コムアップ」の副代行事として「2025創業企画者成長サミット」を開催したと明らかにした。今回のイベントは、初期創業企業の成長に寄与した優秀創業企画者(AC)と経営健全性に優れたベンチャー投資会社(VC)を褒賞し、スタートアップに後続投資機会を提供するために設けられた。
今年の創業企画者（ＡＣ）授賞では、浦項工科大学技術持株、ソウル大学技術技術持株、江原創造経済革新センター、ジェイエンピーグローバル、ソウル創造経済革新センターなど５カ所が中期部長官賞を受けた。ベンチャー投資会社（VC）評価では、インターベスト、コメスインベストメント、ウリベンチャーパートナーズ、エスビーブエー、エコプロパートナーズが経営健全性優秀企業に選ばれ、大臣賞を受賞した。
今年初めて導入された自律規制評価でも、アイエム投資パートナーズとエクスクエアドがベンチャー投資市場の健全性向上に寄与した点を認められ、中期部長官表彰を受けた。また、2016年創業企画者制度導入以来、500回目の登録申請機関である梨花女子大学技術持株、アルコブコリア、スパークバイオラップに創業企画者登録証が授与された。
イベントでは「投資家が眺めるグローバルスタートアップ生態系」特別講演、「AIと創業ベンチャー生態系成長インサイト」大胆、AI分野創業企業5社の後続投資デモデーが続いた。
中期部のキム・ボンドクベンチャー政策官は「今回の行事はベンチャー生態系の成長を導いた優秀AC・VCを褒賞し、創業企画者数が500を突破したことを意味する席」とし「創業企画者制度が革新を先導できるように継続的に支援する」と話した。

中小企业和创业部（部长：韩成淑）和韩国创业与企业发展研究院（KISED）（院长：柳钟弼）于10日宣布，将在首尔COEX会展中心举办的“ComeUp”国内创业节期间，同期举办“2025创业规划师成长峰会”。本次峰会旨在表彰那些为早期创业公司和风险投资公司（VC）的成长做出卓越贡献、管理稳健的优秀创业规划师，并为创业公司提供后续投资机会。
在今年的创业规划师（AC）奖评选中，浦项科技大学控股公司、首尔大学控股公司、江原道创意经济与创新中心、JNP Global和首尔创意经济与创新中心五家机构荣获中小企业和创业部长奖。在风险投资公司（VC）评选中，Intervest、Comes Investment、Woori Venture Partners、SBVA和Ecopro Partners凭借其卓越的管理能力脱颖而出，荣获部长奖。
在今年首次推出的自律评估中，IM Investment Partners 和 Xsquared 因其对提升风险投资市场稳健性所作出的贡献，获得了中小企业和创业部长的表彰。此外，自 2016 年“创业规划师”系统启动以来，第 500 家申请注册的机构——梨花女子大学科技控股公司、Alcove Korea 和 Spark Biolab 获得了“创业规划师”注册证书。
此次活动包括一场关于“投资者对全球创业生态系统的看法”的特别讲座、一场关于“人工智能和创业风险生态系统发展洞察”的讨论，以及为五家人工智能创业公司举办的后续投资演示日。
中小企业和创业部风险投资政策司司长金奉德表示：“此次活动旨在表彰引领风险投资生态系统发展的杰出咨询顾问和风险投资家，并纪念创业规划师人数突破500人。”他补充道：“我们将继续支持创业规划师制度，使其引领创新。”

Le ministère des PME et des Startups (ministre Han Sung-sook) et l'Institut coréen pour le développement des startups et de l'entrepreneuriat (KISED) (président Yoo Jong-pil) ont annoncé le 10 juin la tenue du « Sommet de la croissance des planificateurs de startups 2025 », en marge du festival coréen des startups « ComeUp », au COEX de Séoul. Cet événement visait à récompenser les planificateurs de startups les plus performants, ayant contribué à la croissance de jeunes entreprises et de sociétés de capital-risque grâce à leur excellente gestion, et à offrir des opportunités d'investissement aux startups.
Lors des Startup Planner (AC) Awards de cette année, cinq organisations – Pohang University of Science and Technology Holdings, Seoul National University Holdings, Gangwon Center for Creative Economy and Innovation, JNP Global et Seoul Center for Creative Economy and Innovation – ont reçu le Prix du Ministre des PME et des Startups. Dans la catégorie des sociétés de capital-risque, Intervest, Comes Investment, Woori Venture Partners, SBVA et Ecopro Partners ont été distinguées pour leur gestion exemplaire et ont reçu le Prix du Ministre.

Par ailleurs, Ewha Womans University Technology Holdings, Alcove Korea et Spark Biolab, les 500e organisations à avoir déposé une demande d'enregistrement depuis le lancement du système Startup Planner en 2016, ont reçu leur certificat d'enregistrement.
L'événement comprenait une conférence spéciale sur « Le point de vue des investisseurs sur l'écosystème mondial des startups », une discussion sur « Perspectives sur la croissance de l'IA et l'écosystème des startups » et une journée de démonstration d'investissement pour cinq startups spécialisées dans l'IA.
Kim Bong-deok, directeur général de la politique d'investissement au ministère des PME et des Startups, a déclaré : « Cet événement est l'occasion de récompenser les conseillers et investisseurs en capital-risque exceptionnels qui ont contribué à la croissance de l'écosystème du capital-risque et de souligner que le nombre de planificateurs de startups a dépassé les 500 », ajoutant : « Nous continuerons à soutenir le système de planification des startups afin qu'il puisse stimuler l'innovation. »
