기술보증기금(이사장 김종호, 이하 ‘기보’)은 9일(화) 부산 본점에서 (재)예술경영지원센터(대표 김장호, 이하 ‘예경’)와 ‘우수 예술기업 발굴 및 지원을 위한 공동협력 업무협약’을 체결했다고 밝혔다.
이번 협약은 최근 K-컬처에 대한 국제적 위상과 관심이 높아지는 가운데, 성장 잠재력을 보유한 예술산업 영위기업을 발굴하고, 체계적으로 지원함으로써 예술산업의 글로벌 경쟁력을 강화하기 위해 마련됐다.
협약에 따라 양 기관은 예술기업의 성장을 지원하기 위한 유기적인 협력체계를 구축한다. 기보는 예경이 추천한 기업을 대상으로 향후 문화산업보증, 기술평가 등을 지원하고, 예경은 기보가 추천한 예술기업에 대해 자체 지원사업 등을 연계할 예정이다.
기보는 2009년 문화산업완성보증 제도를 도입한 이후 현재까지 1조 5000억원 규모의 보증을 콘텐츠 제작기업에 공급하며 문화산업 전반의 저변 확대에 힘써왔다. 기보는 이번 협약을 토대로 예경 및 관련 부처와 협의해 2026년 상반기 중 예술산업 영위기업에 특화된 문화산업보증제도를 신설하고, 기존 문화산업보증제도의 지원 대상을 예술산업 분야까지 확대할 계획이다.
김종호 기보 이사장은 “이번 협약으로 유망 예술기업을 체계적으로 지원하기 위한 기반이 마련됐다”며, “기보는 앞으로도 예경을 비롯한 유관기관과의 협력을 확대해 예술산업 분야의 금융 접근성을 높이고, K-컬처 산업이 지속적으로 성장할 수 있도록 적극 지원하겠다”고 밝혔다.

Kibo signs a business agreement with the Arts Management Support Center.
The Korea Technology Finance Corporation (KTIC) (Chairman Kim Jong-ho, hereinafter referred to as “KIBO”) announced on Tuesday the 9th that it signed a “Joint Cooperation Agreement for the Discovery and Support of Excellent Arts Enterprises” with the Korea Arts Management Service (CEO Kim Jang-ho, hereinafter referred to as “Ye-kyung”) at its Busan headquarters.
This agreement was established to strengthen the global competitiveness of the arts industry by identifying and systematically supporting arts industry companies with growth potential, amidst the recent rise in international recognition and interest in K-culture.
Under the agreement, the two organizations will establish an organic cooperative system to support the growth of arts enterprises. Kibo will provide support for companies recommended by Yekyung through cultural industry guarantees and technology assessments, while Yekyung will connect these companies with its own support programs.
Since introducing the Cultural Industry Completion Guarantee System in 2009, KIBO has provided KRW 1.5 trillion in guarantees to content production companies, contributing to the expansion of the cultural industry as a whole. Building on this agreement, KIBO plans to establish a specialized cultural industry guarantee system for arts-related businesses in the first half of 2026 in consultation with the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and other relevant ministries. KIBO also plans to expand the scope of support provided by the existing cultural industry guarantee system to include the arts industry.
Kim Jong-ho, CEO of Kibo, said, “This agreement has laid the foundation for systematic support for promising arts companies,” and added, “Kibo will continue to expand cooperation with related organizations, including the Korea Arts & Culture Education Service, to increase financial accessibility in the arts industry and actively support the continued growth of the K-culture industry.”

ギボ、芸術経営支援センターと業務協約締結
技術保証基金（理事長キム・ジョンホ、以下「棋保」）は９日（火）釜山本店で（財）芸術経営支援センター（代表キム・チャンホ、以下「イェギョン」）と「優秀芸術企業発掘および支援のための共同協力業務協約」を締結したと明らかにした。
今回の協約は最近、Kカルチャーに対する国際的地位と関心が高まる中、成長潜在力を保有した芸術産業営位企業を発掘し、体系的に支援することで芸術産業のグローバル競争力を強化するために設けられた。
条約に従って、両機関は芸術企業の成長を支援するための有機的な協力体制を構築する。ギボは予警が推薦した企業を対象に今後の文化産業保証、技術評価などを支援し、イェギョンはギボが推薦した芸術企業に対して自ら支援事業などを連携する予定だ。
ギボは2009年に文化産業完成保証制度を導入した後、現在まで1兆5000億ウォン規模の保証をコンテンツ制作企業に供給し、文化産業全般の底辺拡大に努めてきた。ギボは今回の条約に基づき予警及び関連省庁と協議し、2026年上半期中に芸術産業営位企業に特化した文化産業保証制度を新設し、既存文化産業保証制度の支援対象を芸術産業分野まで拡大する計画だ。
キム・ジョンホ記者理事長は「今回の協約で有望芸術企業を体系的に支援するための基盤が設けられた」とし、「起報は今後も礼経をはじめとする関連機関との協力を拡大し、芸術産業分野の金融へのアクセス性を高め、Kカルチャー産業が持続的に成長できるように積極的に支援する」と明らかにした。

Kibo与艺术管理支持中心签署商业协议。
韩国科技金融公司（KTIC）（董事长金钟浩，以下简称“KIBO”）于9日星期二宣布，该公司在其釜山总部与韩国艺术管理服务公司（首席执行官金章浩，以下简称“艺京”）签署了“优秀艺术企业发现与支持联合合作协议”。
该协议旨在通过识别和系统地支持具有增长潜力的艺术产业公司，增强艺术产业的全球竞争力，以应对近期国际上对韩国文化日益增长的认可和兴趣。
根据协议，双方将建立一个有机的合作体系，以支持艺术企业的发展。Kibo将通过文化产业保障和技术评估，为Yekyung推荐的企业提供支持；而Yekyung则会将这些企业与自身的扶持项目对接。
自2009年推出文化产业完成担保制度以来，KIBO已向内容制作公司提供了1.5万亿韩元的担保，为文化产业的整体发展做出了贡献。在此基础上，KIBO计划与文化体育观光部及其他相关部门协商，于2026年上半年建立专门针对艺术相关企业的文化产业担保制度。KIBO还计划扩大现有文化产业担保制度的覆盖范围，将艺术产业纳入其中。
Kibo 首席执行官金钟浩表示：“这项协议为系统性地支持有前途的艺术公司奠定了基础。”他还补充道：“Kibo 将继续扩大与包括韩国艺术文化教育服务中心在内的相关机构的合作，以提高艺术行业的融资便利性，并积极支持韩国文化产业的持续发展。”

La Korea Technology Finance Corporation (KTIC) (dont le président est Kim Jong-ho, ci-après dénommée « KIBO ») a annoncé mardi 9 avoir signé un « accord de coopération conjointe pour la découverte et le soutien d'entreprises artistiques d'excellence » avec le Korea Arts Management Service (dont le PDG est Kim Jang-ho, ci-après dénommé « Ye-kyung ») à son siège de Busan.
Cet accord a été établi pour renforcer la compétitivité mondiale du secteur des arts en identifiant et en soutenant systématiquement les entreprises du secteur des arts ayant un potentiel de croissance, dans un contexte de reconnaissance et d'intérêt internationaux croissants pour la culture coréenne.
Aux termes de cet accord, les deux organisations mettront en place un système de coopération organique afin de soutenir le développement des entreprises artistiques. Kibo apportera son soutien aux entreprises recommandées par Yekyung par le biais de garanties pour le secteur culturel et d'évaluations technologiques, tandis que Yekyung les mettra en relation avec ses propres programmes d'accompagnement.
Depuis la mise en place du Système de garantie d'achèvement des activités culturelles en 2009, KIBO a octroyé 1 500 milliards de wons coréens de garanties aux sociétés de production de contenu, contribuant ainsi à l'expansion de l'ensemble du secteur culturel. Fort de ce succès, KIBO prévoit de créer, au cours du premier semestre 2026, un système de garantie spécifique aux entreprises du secteur culturel et artistique, en concertation avec le ministère de la Culture, des Sports et du Tourisme et les autres ministères concernés. KIBO envisage également d'étendre le champ d'application du système de garantie existant au secteur artistique.
Kim Jong-ho, PDG de Kibo, a déclaré : « Cet accord a jeté les bases d'un soutien systématique aux entreprises artistiques prometteuses », et a ajouté : « Kibo continuera d'élargir sa coopération avec les organisations concernées, notamment le Service coréen d'éducation aux arts et à la culture, afin d'accroître l'accessibilité financière dans le secteur des arts et de soutenir activement la croissance continue de l'industrie culturelle coréenne. »
