AIoT 기반 공급망 인텔리전스 솔루션 기업 윌로그(대표 배성훈·윤지현)는 10일 코엑스에서 열린 ‘2025 벤처창업진흥유공 포상’ 시상식에서 대통령 표창을 수상했다고 밝혔다. 중소벤처기업부가 주최하는 이 포상은 혁신 성장을 견인한 우수 벤처기업과 창업가를 발굴·격려하기 위해 매년 개최된다.
윌로그는 독자적인 AIoT 기술을 기반으로 물류 산업의 디지털 전환(DX)을 이끈 성과와 고용 창출 공로를 인정받았다. 기존 타코미터나 USB 데이터로거 방식은 실시간 확인이 어렵고 데이터 변조 위험이 존재해 신뢰도에 한계가 있었다. 회사는 이를 개선하기 위해 자체 개발한 고도화된 QR코드 기술과 BLE, LTE 통신 기반 IoT 센서 디바이스 라인업을 구축했다.
이 기술을 통해 온도, 습도, 충격, 기울기, 조도, 위치 등 화물 상태 정보를 실시간으로 수집하고 별도 소프트웨어 없이 운송 전 과정을 확인할 수 있는 ‘물류 인텔리전스’ 환경을 구현했다. 이러한 솔루션은 바이오 의약품, 반도체, 2차전지, 디스플레이 등 민감도가 높은 고부가가치 화물 운송에서 활용도가 높다.
특히 자체 개발한 i-VLC(지능형 가변길이 제어 알고리즘)는 기존 QR 대비 4배 이상의 데이터를 담을 수 있으며 보안성을 강화했다. BLE·LTE 모델은 운송 중 데이터 전송의 안정성을 확보해 실시간 모니터링 품질을 높였다.
기술 혁신은 고용 확대에도 기여했다. 윌로그는 설립 이후 연평균 28%의 고용 증가율을 기록했으며 2021년 대비 170% 증가한 일자리를 창출했다. 능력 중심 평가·보상 체계를 도입해 청년 고용 환경 개선과 고용 안정화에도 영향을 미쳤다.
회사는 이번 수상을 계기로 2026년을 글로벌 확장의 원년으로 삼을 계획이다. 미국, 싱가포르, 일본 법인을 중심으로 해외 시장 공략을 강화하고, 축적된 물류 데이터를 기반으로 보험, 금융, 탄소배출권 등 연관 서비스로 사업을 확장해 데이터 기반 인사이트 제공형 물류 인텔리전스 플랫폼으로의 전환을 추진한다.

In particular, the self-developed i-VLC (Intelligent Variable Length Control Algorithm) can hold over four times more data than conventional QR codes and offers enhanced security. The BLE/LTE model ensures stable data transmission during transport, enhancing real-time monitoring quality.
Technological innovation has also contributed to job growth. Since its founding, Willog has achieved an average annual employment growth rate of 28%, creating 170% more jobs than in 2021. The introduction of a competency-based evaluation and compensation system has also contributed to improving the youth employment environment and stabilizing employment.
The company plans to use this award as a catalyst for its global expansion in 2026. It will strengthen its overseas market presence, focusing on its US, Singapore, and Japanese subsidiaries. Building on its accumulated logistics data, the company will expand its business into related services such as insurance, finance, and carbon emissions trading. Organisée par le ministère des PME et des Startups, cette cérémonie de remise de prix annuelle vise à découvrir et à encourager les entreprises et les entrepreneurs les plus performants, moteurs d'une croissance innovante.
Willog a été récompensée pour ses réalisations en matière de transformation numérique (TN) dans le secteur de la logistique et de création d'emplois, grâce à sa technologie AIoT propriétaire. Les tachymètres et enregistreurs de données USB existants peinaient à assurer une surveillance en temps réel et étaient vulnérables à la falsification des données, ce qui limitait leur fiabilité. Pour remédier à ces problèmes, l'entreprise a développé sa propre technologie de code QR avancée et conçu une gamme de capteurs IoT basés sur les communications BLE et LTE.
Cette technologie crée un environnement d'« intelligence logistique » qui collecte en temps réel des informations sur l'état du chargement, notamment la température, l'humidité, les chocs, l'inclinaison, l'éclairage et la localisation, et surveille l'intégralité du processus de transport sans nécessiter de logiciel supplémentaire. Depuis sa création, Willog a enregistré un taux de croissance annuel moyen de l'emploi de 28 %, créant 170 % d'emplois de plus qu'en 2021.
