디지털 헬스케어 기업 휴먼스케이프는 50억 원 규모의 시리즈 C 이후 브릿지 라운드 투자 유치를 완료했다고 밝혔다. 회사는 이번 투자를 통해 상장을 앞두고 성장 전략 실행과 IPO 추진을 위한 재무적 기반을 강화할 계획이다.
이번 투자 라운드에는 네이버가 신규 투자자로 참여했으며, 기존 투자사인 한국투자파트너스 싱가포르 법인과 대웅제약 관계사인 대웅인베스트먼트도 함께했다. 한국투자파트너스는 휴먼스케이프에 세 차례에 걸쳐 투자를 이어오며 장기적인 파트너십을 유지하고 있다.
휴먼스케이프는 임신·육아 플랫폼 마미톡과 환자 데이터 기반 플랫폼 레어노트를 운영하고 있다. 마미톡은 산부인과와 연계해 초음파 영상, AI 기반 성장 분석, 임신·출산·육아 관련 정보를 제공하는 서비스로, 국내 주요 임신·육아 플랫폼으로 자리 잡았다. 해외에서는 미국, 베트남, 인도네시아를 중심으로 이용자가 증가하며 전년 대비 글로벌 매출이 3배 이상 성장했다.
레어노트는 환자를 대상으로 의료 기록 관리, 치료비 계산, 복약 관리 등 맞춤형 정보를 제공하는 플랫폼이다. 희귀질환 분야에서 축적된 환자 데이터는 향후 글로벌 임상 연구와 치료제 개발을 위한 기초 자료로 활용될 예정이다.
휴먼스케이프는 이번 투자금을 미국을 중심으로 한 글로벌 시장 확대와 환자 및 플랫폼 데이터를 활용한 AI 헬스케어 솔루션 연구개발, AI 기반 서비스 고도화에 집중 투입할 계획이다.
한편 휴먼스케이프는 지난 9월 KB증권과 코스닥 상장 주관사 계약을 체결하고 상장 준비를 진행 중이다. 이번 투자 유치로 회사의 누적 투자금은 800억 원 규모로 확대됐다.
장민후 휴먼스케이프 대표는 이번 투자를 계기로 국내에서 확보한 성과를 바탕으로 글로벌 시장에서도 경쟁력을 강화해 나갈 계획이라고 밝혔다.

Humanscape Secures 5 Billion Won in Bridge Investment
Digital healthcare company Humanscape announced that it has completed a bridge round of funding, following its Series C round, valued at 5 billion won. The company plans to use this investment to strengthen its financial foundation for executing its growth strategy and pursuing an IPO ahead of its IPO.
Naver participated as a new investor in this round, along with existing investors Korea Investment Partners Singapore and Daewoong Investment, an affiliate of Daewoong Pharmaceutical. Korea Investment Partners has invested in Humanscape three times, maintaining a long-term partnership.
Humanscape operates Mamitok, a pregnancy and childcare platform, and Rarenote, a patient data-driven platform. Mamitok, which works with obstetrics and gynecology clinics to provide ultrasound imaging, AI-based growth analysis, and information related to pregnancy, childbirth, and childcare, has established itself as a leading pregnancy and childcare platform in Korea. Overseas, user growth has been particularly strong in the US, Vietnam, and Indonesia, with global revenue more than tripling year-over-year.
RareNote is a platform that provides patients with personalized information, including medical record management, treatment cost calculations, and medication management. The patient data accumulated in the rare disease field will serve as a foundation for future global clinical research and treatment development.
Humanscape plans to use this investment to expand its global market, focusing on the United States, research and development of AI healthcare solutions utilizing patient and platform data, and advancement of AI-based services.
Meanwhile, Humanscape signed a contract with KB Securities as the lead underwriter for its KOSDAQ listing last September and is currently preparing for its listing. This investment brings the company's cumulative investment to 80 billion won.
Jang Min-hu, CEO of Humanscape, stated that with this investment, the company plans to strengthen its competitiveness in the global market based on the achievements it has made in Korea.

レアノートは、患者を対象に医療記録管理、治療費計算、服薬管理などのカスタマイズされた情報を提供するプラットフォームです。希少疾患分野で蓄積された患者データは、今後のグローバル臨床研究と治療薬開発のための基礎資料として活用される予定だ。
ヒューマンスケープは今回の投資金を米国を中心としたグローバル市場の拡大と患者およびプラットフォームデータを活用したAIヘルスケアソリューションの研究開発、AIベースのサービス高度化に集中投入する計画だ。
一方ヒューマンスケープは去る9月KB証券とコスダック上場主管社契約を締結して上場準備を進行中だ。今回の投資誘致で会社の累積投資金は800億ウォン規模に拡大した。
チャンミンフヒューマンスケープ代表は今回の投資をきっかけに国内で確保した成果をもとにグローバル市場でも競争力を強化していく計画だと明らかにした。

La société Humanscape, spécialisée dans la santé numérique, a annoncé avoir finalisé un tour de table intermédiaire, faisant suite à son tour de table de série C, pour une valeur de 5 milliards de wons. L'entreprise prévoit d'utiliser cet investissement pour consolider ses bases financières et mettre en œuvre sa stratégie de croissance en vue d'une introduction en bourse.
Naver a participé à ce tour de table en tant que nouvel investisseur, aux côtés des investisseurs historiques Korea Investment Partners Singapore et Daewoong Investment, filiale de Daewoong Pharmaceutical. Korea Investment Partners a investi dans Humanscape à trois reprises, témoignant ainsi d'un partenariat de longue date.
Humanscape exploite Mamitok, une plateforme dédiée à la grossesse et à la petite enfance, et Rarenote, une plateforme basée sur les données des patients. Humanscape prévoit d'utiliser cet investissement pour étendre son marché mondial, en se concentrant sur les États-Unis, la recherche et le développement de solutions de santé basées sur l'IA utilisant les données des patients et de la plateforme, ainsi que le développement de services basés sur l'IA.
Parallèlement, Humanscape a signé en septembre dernier un contrat avec KB Securities, chef de file de la souscription de son introduction en bourse sur le KOSDAQ, et prépare actuellement cette cotation. Cet investissement porte le total des investissements de la société à 80 milliards de wons.
Jang Min-hu, PDG de Humanscape, a déclaré qu'avec cet investissement, l'entreprise prévoit de renforcer sa compétitivité sur le marché mondial en s'appuyant sur les succès qu'elle a obtenus en Corée.
