(재)강원창조경제혁신센터는 2025년 한 해 동안 강원특별자치도 유망 스타트업 11개사와 약 5억 원 규모의 투자계약을 체결했다고 22일 밝혔다.
이번 투자는 중소벤처기업부의 창업-BuS(Build up Strategy for Startups) 프로그램을 통해 발굴된 혁신 기업을 중심으로, 초기 단계에서의 신속한 투자 연계를 통해 지역 창업기업의 성장 기반을 강화하기 위해 추진됐다.
강원창조경제혁신센터는 자체 운용 중인 강원혁신창업1호 투자조합과 강원청년창업펀드1호를 활용해 상·하반기에 걸쳐 총 11개 기업에 대한 투자를 진행했다. 투자 대상 기업들은 강원 지역에 소재하거나 강원 지역으로 이전을 희망하는 스타트업으로, 기술 경쟁력과 사업 확장 가능성을 동시에 갖춘 것이 특징이다.
상반기에는 내연기관 상용차의 수소차 전환 개조 플랫폼을 개발하는 파로텍, AI 기반 치아 컬러 추출 엔진으로 치과와 기공소를 연결하는 토털 솔루션 기업 어나더닥터, 휴먼센트릭 LED 조명 제조기업 더바이오, SaaS 기반 캠핑장 개발·운영 통합관리 솔루션 기업 메이크웍스커뮤니케이션, 음반 기획 지원 데이터 서비스 PLAYCOUNT를 개발한 사운드엣이 투자를 유치했다.
하반기에는 반도체 Thin Film 장비 특화형 부산물 처리 장치를 개발하는 비씨디텍, 인공지능 및 분자동역학 기반 차세대 신약 설계 서비스 기업 아토매트릭스, 천연물 신약 원료 기반 반려동물 기능성 영양제 및 의약품 개발 기업 810에프씨, IPFS 기술 기반 분산형 데이터 보안 스토리지 기업 코넥시, 지역 농축산물을 활용한 젤라또 제조·판매 기업 설젤컴퍼니, 중고 의료기기 직거래 유통 플랫폼을 운영하는 파트너엠 등 6개사가 포함됐다.
이번 투자기업들은 반도체, 바이오·헬스, 미래차, 미래에너지, 푸드테크, 기후테크 등 강원특별자치도가 중점 육성 중인 미래 산업 분야의 원천기술을 보유한 딥테크 스타트업으로, 향후 지역 산업 고도화와 신성장동력 창출에 기여할 것으로 기대된다.
이해정 강원창조경제혁신센터 대표이사는 “2025년은 강원 미래산업을 이끌 유망 창업기업에 대한 투자를 본격적으로 확대한 해”라며 “초기 단계에서의 신속한 투자와 체계적인 후속 지원을 통해 지역 스타트업이 국내외 시장으로 성장할 수 있도록 지속적인 투자를 이어가겠다”고 밝혔다.

The Gangwon Creative Economy Innovation Center announced on the 22nd that it had signed investment contracts worth approximately 500 million won with 11 promising startups in Gangwon Special Self-Governing Province for the year 2025.
This investment was made to strengthen the growth foundation of local startups by quickly connecting them with investments at an early stage, focusing on innovative companies discovered through the Ministry of SMEs and Startups' Build-up Strategy for Startups (BuS) program.
The Gangwon Center for Creative Economy and Innovation utilized its own Gangwon Innovation and Startup Fund No. 1 and Gangwon Youth Startup Fund No. 1 to invest in a total of 11 companies over the first and second halves of the year. These companies are startups located in or seeking to relocate to the Gangwon region, and they are characterized by both technological competitiveness and potential for business expansion.
In the first half of the year, Parotech, which develops a platform for converting internal combustion engine commercial vehicles to hydrogen vehicles; Another Doctor, a total solution company connecting dental clinics and dental laboratories with an AI-based tooth color extraction engine; The Bio, a human-centric LED lighting manufacturer; Makeworks Communication, a SaaS-based campground development and operation integrated management solution company; and Soundet, which developed PLAYCOUNT, a data service supporting album planning, attracted investment.
In the second half of the year, six companies were included: BC D Tech, which develops a specialized byproduct processing device for semiconductor thin film equipment; Atomatrix, a next-generation new drug design service company based on artificial intelligence and molecular dynamics; 810 FC, a company developing pet functional nutritional supplements and pharmaceuticals based on natural new drug raw materials; Conexi, a distributed data security storage company based on IPFS technology; Sulzel Company, a gelato manufacturer and seller using local agricultural and livestock products; and Partner M, which operates a direct transaction distribution platform for used medical devices.
The companies invested in this round are deep-tech startups possessing core technologies in future industries that Gangwon Special Self-Governing Province is prioritizing, such as semiconductors, bio-health, future vehicles, future energy, food tech, and climate tech. They are expected to contribute to the advancement of local industries and the creation of new growth engines in the future.
Lee Hae-jeong, CEO of the Gangwon Creative Economy Innovation Center, said, “2025 is the year we will fully expand our investment in promising startups that will lead Gangwon’s future industries,” and added, “We will continue to invest so that local startups can grow into domestic and international markets through rapid investment in the early stages and systematic follow-up support.”

（財）江原創造経済革新センターは2025年の1年間、江原特別自治も有望スタートアップ11社と約5億ウォン規模の投資契約を締結したと22日明らかにした。
今回の投資は、中小ベンチャー企業部の創業-BuS(Build up Strategy for Startups)プログラムを通じて発掘されたイノベーション企業を中心に、初期段階での迅速な投資連携を通じて地域創業企業の成長基盤を強化するために推進された。
江原創造経済革新センターは、自社運用中の江原革新創業1号投資組合と江原青年創業ファンド1号を活用し、上・下半期にわたって総11社への投資を進めた。投資対象企業は江原地域に所在するか江原地域に移転を希望するスタートアップで、技術競争力と事業拡張可能性を同時に備えたのが特徴だ。
上半期には、内燃機関商用車の水素車切替改造プラットフォームを開発するパロテック、AIベースの歯色抽出エンジンで歯科と起工所を連結するトータルソリューション企業アナダードクター、ヒューマンセントリックLED照明製造企業ダバイオ、SaaSベースのキャンプ場開発・運営統合管理ソリューション企業メイクワークスサウンドエットが投資を誘致した。
下半期には、半導体Thin Film機器特化型副産物処理装置を開発するビシディテック、人工知能及び分子動力学基盤次世代新薬設計サービス企業アトマトリックス、天然物新薬原料基盤ペット機能性栄養剤及び医薬品開発企業810エフ氏、IPFS技術基盤分散型データセキュリティストレージ企業コネクシ、サルゼルカンパニー、中古医療機器直取引流通プラットフォームを運営するパートナーエムなど6社が含まれた。
今回の投資企業は半導体、バイオ・ヘルス、未来車、未来エネルギー、フードテック、気候テクなど江原特別自治道が重点育成中の未来産業分野の源泉技術を保有したディープテックスタートアップで、今後地域産業の高度化と新成長動力創出に寄与するものと期待される。

Le Centre d'innovation pour l'économie créative de Gangwon a annoncé le 22 avoir signé des contrats d'investissement d'une valeur d'environ 500 millions de wons avec 11 start-ups prometteuses de la province autonome spéciale de Gangwon pour l'année 2025.
Cet investissement a été réalisé pour renforcer les bases de croissance des jeunes entreprises locales en les mettant rapidement en relation avec des investissements à un stade précoce, en se concentrant sur les entreprises innovantes découvertes grâce au programme « Build-up Strategy for Startups » (BuS) du ministère des PME et des Startups.
Le Centre de Gangwon pour l'économie créative et l'innovation a investi dans 11 entreprises au cours des deux semestres de l'année, grâce à son Fonds d'innovation et de démarrage n° 1 et à son Fonds pour les jeunes entreprises n° 1. Ces entreprises, des start-ups implantées dans la région de Gangwon ou souhaitant s'y installer, se caractérisent par leur compétitivité technologique et leur fort potentiel de croissance.
Au cours du premier semestre, Parotech, qui développe une plateforme de conversion de véhicules utilitaires à moteur à combustion interne en véhicules à hydrogène ; Another Doctor, une société de solutions globales reliant les cliniques et les laboratoires dentaires grâce à un moteur d’extraction de la couleur des dents basé sur l’IA ; The Bio, un fabricant d’éclairage LED centré sur l’humain ; Makeworks Communication, une société de solutions intégrées de gestion du développement et de l’exploitation de terrains de camping en mode SaaS ; et Soundet, qui a développé PLAYCOUNT, un service de données d’aide à la planification d’albums, ont attiré des investissements.
Au cours du second semestre, six entreprises ont été intégrées : BC D Tech, qui développe un dispositif spécialisé de traitement des sous-produits pour les équipements de couches minces semi-conductrices ; Atomatrix, une société de services de conception de médicaments de nouvelle génération basée sur l’intelligence artificielle et la dynamique moléculaire ; 810 FC, une entreprise développant des compléments nutritionnels fonctionnels et des produits pharmaceutiques pour animaux de compagnie à base de matières premières naturelles pour de nouveaux médicaments ; Conexi, une entreprise de stockage de données distribué et sécurisé basé sur la technologie IPFS ; Sulzel Company, un fabricant et vendeur de gelato utilisant des produits agricoles et d’élevage locaux ; et Partner M, qui exploite une plateforme de distribution de transactions directes pour les dispositifs médicaux usagés.
Les entreprises ayant bénéficié de ce tour de table sont des startups deep tech possédant des technologies clés dans des secteurs d'avenir prioritaires pour la province autonome spéciale de Gangwon, tels que les semi-conducteurs, la bio-santé, les véhicules du futur, les énergies du futur, l'agroalimentaire et les technologies climatiques. Elles devraient contribuer au développement des industries locales et à la création de nouveaux moteurs de croissance.
Lee Hae-jeong, PDG du Centre d'innovation de l'économie créative de Gangwon, a déclaré : « 2025 est l'année où nous allons pleinement développer nos investissements dans les jeunes entreprises prometteuses qui façonneront les industries futures de Gangwon », et a ajouté : « Nous continuerons d'investir afin que les jeunes entreprises locales puissent se développer sur les marchés nationaux et internationaux grâce à des investissements rapides dès les premières étapes et à un suivi systématique. »
