퀀텀 AI 전문기업 ㈜큐에이아이(대표 임세만, 이하 QAI)가 데이터센터 인프라 전문기업 ㈜디씨피(대표 이규정·김한석, 이하 DCP)와 ‘퀀텀 AI-DC 클라우드 구축 및 운영 사업’을 위한 업무협약(MOU)을 체결했다고 23일 밝혔다.
이번 협약을 통해 양사는 양자컴퓨팅과 GPU 기반 AI 연산을 결합한 차세대 데이터센터 인프라를 구축하고, 이를 안정적으로 운영하기 위한 포괄적인 협력 체계를 마련하기로 했다.
최근 AI 모델의 거대화로 증가한 고성능 연산(HPC) 수요에 대응하기 위해 기획된 이번 협력에서 DCP는 고밀도 GPU 워크로드 대응 역량과 운영 노하우를 활용해 센터 설비 구축과 안정적 운영을 책임진다. DCP는 현재 서울 강남 G1 데이터센터를 운영하며, 2026년 2월 마곡동 AI 엣지 데이터센터를 개소할 예정이다.
QAI는 퀀텀 AI 데이터센터의 기술 로드맵과 아키텍처 설계를 주도하며, 양자컴퓨터와 GPU/HPC 벤더 네트워크를 활용해 최적의 연산 자원을 구성하고 핵심 퀀텀 AI 연산 플랫폼을 정의한다. 이를 통해 연구 및 산업 현장에서 활용 가능한 고성능 연산 클라우드 서비스를 제공한다는 계획이다.
양사는 퀀텀 AI 클라우드 플랫폼을 단계적으로 상용화해 바이오(신약 개발), 금융(리스크 분석), 제조(공정 최적화) 등 대규모 연산이 필요한 산업군의 수요를 흡수할 목표다.
QAI 임세만 대표는 “이번 협약은 퀀텀 AI 데이터센터를 실제 사업 모델로 구현하기 위한 출발점”이라며 “양자컴퓨팅과 GPU가 결합된 차별화된 클라우드 인프라를 통해 국내외 시장에서 경쟁력을 확보할 것”이라고 말했다.
DCP 이규정 대표는 “DCP의 고전력 데이터센터 구축 경험과 QAI의 기술이 결합해 큰 시너지를 낼 것으로 기대한다”며 “안정적 퀀텀 AI 구현을 위해 적극 협력하겠다”고 밝혔다.
QAI and DCP Sign MOU to Build Quantum AI Data Center
Quantum AI specialist company QAI Co., Ltd. (CEO Se-Man Lim, hereinafter referred to as QAI) announced on the 23rd that it signed a business agreement (MOU) with data center infrastructure specialist DCP Co., Ltd. (CEO Gyu-Jeong Lee and Han-Seok Kim, hereinafter referred to as DCP) for the ‘Quantum AI-DC Cloud Construction and Operation Project.’
Through this agreement, the two companies will build a next-generation data center infrastructure that combines quantum computing and GPU-based AI operations, and establish a comprehensive cooperation system to ensure its stable operation.
This collaboration, designed to address the growing demand for high-performance computing (HPC) due to the recent growth in AI models, will see DCP leverage its capabilities in handling high-density GPU workloads and operational expertise to ensure the center's facilities are built and operated reliably. DCP currently operates the G1 data center in Gangnam, Seoul, and plans to open an AI Edge data center in Magok-dong in February 2026.
QAI will lead the technology roadmap and architectural design of the Quantum AI Data Center. Leveraging a network of quantum computers and GPU/HPC vendors, QAI will configure optimal computational resources and define a core quantum AI computing platform. Through this, QAI plans to provide a high-performance computing cloud service applicable to research and industrial applications.
The two companies aim to commercialize the quantum AI cloud platform in stages to meet the needs of industries requiring large-scale computation, such as bio (new drug development), finance (risk analysis), and manufacturing (process optimization).
QAI CEO Lim Se-man said, “This agreement is the starting point for implementing the Quantum AI Data Center as a real business model,” and added, “We will secure competitiveness in the domestic and international markets through a differentiated cloud infrastructure that combines quantum computing and GPUs.”
DCP CEO Lee Gyu-jeong said, “We expect that the combination of DCP’s experience in building high-power data centers and QAI’s technology will create great synergy,” and added, “We will actively cooperate to implement stable quantum AI.”

QAI et DCP signent un protocole d'entente pour la construction d'un centre de données d'IA quantique
La société QAI Co., Ltd., spécialisée dans l'IA quantique (PDG Se-Man Lim, ci-après dénommée QAI), a annoncé le 23 avoir signé un accord commercial (protocole d'entente) avec DCP Co., Ltd., spécialiste des infrastructures de centres de données (PDG Gyu-Jeong Lee et Han-Seok Kim, ci-après dénommée DCP), pour le « projet de construction et d'exploitation d'un cloud IA quantique-DC ».
Grâce à cet accord, les deux entreprises construiront une infrastructure de centre de données de nouvelle génération combinant l'informatique quantique et les opérations d'IA basées sur les GPU, et établiront un système de coopération complet pour assurer son fonctionnement stable.
Cette collaboration, conçue pour répondre à la demande croissante en calcul haute performance (HPC) liée à l'essor récent des modèles d'IA, permettra à DCP de mettre à profit son expertise en matière de gestion de charges de travail GPU haute densité et son savoir-faire opérationnel afin de garantir la fiabilité des installations du centre. DCP exploite actuellement le centre de données G1 à Gangnam (Séoul) et prévoit d'ouvrir un centre de données AI Edge à Magok-dong en février 2026.
QAI pilotera la feuille de route technologique et la conception architecturale du centre de données d'IA quantique. S'appuyant sur un réseau d'ordinateurs quantiques et de fournisseurs de GPU/HPC, QAI configurera des ressources de calcul optimales et définira une plateforme de calcul d'IA quantique centrale. QAI prévoit ainsi de fournir un service de cloud computing haute performance adapté à la recherche et aux applications industrielles.
Les deux sociétés visent à commercialiser la plateforme cloud d'IA quantique par étapes afin de répondre aux besoins des industries nécessitant des calculs à grande échelle, telles que la bio (développement de nouveaux médicaments), la finance (analyse des risques) et la fabrication (optimisation des processus).
Le PDG de QAI, Lim Se-man, a déclaré : « Cet accord marque le point de départ de la mise en œuvre du centre de données d'IA quantique en tant que véritable modèle commercial », et a ajouté : « Nous assurerons notre compétitivité sur les marchés nationaux et internationaux grâce à une infrastructure cloud différenciée qui combine l'informatique quantique et les GPU. »
