드론·위성 공간 분석 AI 기업 메이사가 총 100억 원 규모의 프리 IPO 투자 유치를 완료했다고 23일 밝혔다. 이번 투자 유치로 메이사의 누적 투자금은 약 350억 원에 달하며, 회사는 2026년 하반기 상장을 목표로 하고 있다.
이번 프리 IPO 라운드에는 LIG넥스원-IBK캐피탈 방산혁신 펀드, GVA자산운용, NH헤지자산운용, 페인터즈앤벤처스, 비전에쿼티파트너스, 트라이앵글파트너스, 아이디벤처스 등 다수의 신규 투자자가 참여했다. 기존 주주인 지앤텍벤처투자와 상장 주관사인 키움증권도 투자자로 참여했다. 특히 상장 주관사가 투자사로도 참여한 점은 메이사의 사업 모델과 성장성에 대한 시장 신뢰를 보여주는 것으로 평가된다. 또한 한국항공우주산업(KAI)에 이어 LIG넥스원까지 참여하면서 K-방산 ‘빅 4’ 기업 중 두 곳의 선택을 받은 기업으로 주목받고 있다.
메이사는 위성과 드론 기반의 멀티소스 공간 데이터를 수집하고 분석해 실시간 인사이트를 제공하는 AI 플랫폼을 운영하고 있다. 기존 공간 데이터 활용이 수작업과 사후 분석에 의존하던 방식과 달리, 자동화된 분석과 대응 체계를 통해 민간 및 공공 분야 의사결정을 지원한다.
특히 메이사는 SaaS 기반 플랫폼을 제공하며 DL E&C, HDC현대산업개발, 롯데건설 등 국내 대형 건설사들이 전국 현장에서 플랫폼을 일상적으로 활용하고 있다. 회사는 디지털화 난도가 높은 건설 산업에서 쌓은 경험을 바탕으로 방산·우주 분야까지 적용 영역을 확대하며 사업 포트폴리오 다각화를 추진하고 있다.

Meisa Completes 10 Billion Won Investment Secured
Meisa, a drone and satellite space analysis AI company, announced on the 23rd that it has completed a pre-IPO investment of 10 billion won. This investment brings Meisa's cumulative investment to approximately 35 billion won, and the company is targeting an IPO in the second half of 2026.

Meisa operates an AI platform that collects and analyzes multi-source spatial data from satellites and drones, providing real-time insights. In particular, Meisa provides a SaaS-based platform, and major domestic construction companies such as DL E&C, HDC Hyundai Development Company, and Lotte Engineering & Construction routinely utilize the platform at construction sites nationwide. Building on its experience in the construction industry, where digitalization is challenging, the company is expanding its scope of application to the defense and space sectors, diversifying its business portfolio.
