스타트업얼라이언스는 임정욱 전 중소벤처기업부 창업벤처혁신실장을 신임 공동대표로 선임했다고 밝혔다. 임 신임 대표는 2026년 1월 2일자로 취임해 이기대 대표와 함께 조직을 공동으로 이끌 예정이다.
임정욱 신임 공동대표는 2013년부터 7년간 스타트업얼라이언스 초대 센터장을 역임하며 국내 스타트업 생태계 조성과 활성화에 기여한 바 있다. 이후 언론과 글로벌 인터넷 기업, 벤처캐피탈, 정부 부처 등 다양한 영역에서 활동하며 창업과 혁신 정책에 대한 폭넓은 경험을 쌓아왔다. 또한 미국과 일본의 혁신 생태계 현장에서 근무한 이력을 바탕으로 글로벌 시각을 갖춘 인물로 평가받고 있다.
스타트업얼라이언스는 이번 공동대표 선임을 계기로 글로벌 스타트업 네트워크를 확장하고, 스타트업 정책과 산업 동향을 분석하는 싱크탱크 역할을 한층 강화한다는 계획이다. 민간과 공공, 국내와 해외를 잇는 가교 역할을 통해 스타트업 생태계 전반의 경쟁력 제고를 도모한다는 방침이다.

Startup Alliance announced the appointment of Lim Jeong-wook, former Director of the Startup and Venture Innovation Office at the Ministry of SMEs and Startups, as its new co-CEO. Lim will take office on January 2, 2026, and will co-lead the organization alongside Lee Ki-dae.
Lim Jeong-wook, the newly appointed Co-CEO, served as the inaugural Center Director of the Startup Alliance for seven years, beginning in 2013, contributing to the development and revitalization of the domestic startup ecosystem. Since then, he has worked in diverse fields, including media, global internet companies, venture capital, and government agencies, accumulating extensive experience in entrepreneurship and innovation policy. Furthermore, his experience working within the innovation ecosystems of the US and Japan has earned him a reputation for possessing a global perspective.
With the appointment of these co-CEOs, Startup Alliance plans to expand its global startup network and further strengthen its role as a think tank analyzing startup policies and industry trends. By serving as a bridge between the private and public sectors, domestically and internationally, the alliance aims to enhance the competitiveness of the entire startup ecosystem.
In his inaugural remarks, new co-CEO Lim Jeong-wook stated that Startup Alliance has played a role in the development of the Korean startup ecosystem for the past 10 years, and that he will contribute to the domestic startup ecosystem taking a leap forward based on his experience in the venture capital industry and the government.

Startup Alliance宣布任命中小企业和创业部创业与风险创新办公室前主任林正旭为新任联席首席执行官。林正旭将于2026年1月2日正式上任，与李基大共同领导该组织。
新任联席首席执行官林正旭先生自2013年起担任创业联盟首任中心主任长达七年，为韩国创业生态系统的发展和振兴做出了卓越贡献。此后，他曾涉足媒体、全球互联网公司、风险投资和政府机构等多个领域，积累了丰富的创业和创新政策经验。此外，他在美国和日本创新生态系统的工作经历也为他赢得了拥有全球视野的声誉。

Startup Alliance a annoncé la nomination de Lim Jeong-wook, ancien directeur du Bureau de l'innovation pour les startups et les entreprises au sein du ministère des PME et des Startups, au poste de co-directeur général. M. Lim prendra ses fonctions le 2 janvier 2026 et codirigera l'organisation aux côtés de Lee Ki-dae.
Lim Jeong-wook, récemment nommé co-directeur général, a été le premier directeur du Centre Startup Alliance pendant sept ans, à partir de 2013, contribuant ainsi au développement et à la revitalisation de l'écosystème des startups en Corée du Sud. Depuis, il a travaillé dans divers secteurs, notamment les médias, les multinationales du web, le capital-risque et les agences gouvernementales, acquérant une vaste expérience en matière d'entrepreneuriat et de politiques d'innovation. Par ailleurs, son expérience au sein des écosystèmes d'innovation américains et japonais lui a valu la réputation d'avoir une vision globale.
Avec la nomination de ces co-PDG, Startup Alliance prévoit d'étendre son réseau mondial de startups et de renforcer son rôle de laboratoire d'idées analysant les politiques et les tendances du secteur.
