대전창조경제혁신센터(대표 박대희, 이하 대전혁신센터)의 투자기업인 ㈜필상(대표 강필상)이 신용보증기금의 유망 스타트업 보증 지원 프로그램인 퍼스트펭귄에 최종 선정됐다.
퍼스트펭귄은 창의적인 아이디어와 혁신 기술을 보유한 창업기업을 발굴해 성장 단계별로 밀착 지원하는 신용보증기금의 대표적인 성장 지원 프로그램이다. 필상은 이번 선정을 통해 최대 40억 원 규모의 보증 지원과 보증료 우대 혜택을 제공받게 됐다. 회사는 확보한 자금을 바탕으로 AI 기술 고도화와 글로벌 보안 시장 진출에 속도를 낼 계획이다.
필상은 앞서 삼성금융 C-Lab Outside 최우수 기업으로 선정되며 기술력을 인정받았다. 또한 내년 초 세계 최대 IT·가전 전시회인 CES 2026에 참가해 삼성 C-Lab 전시관을 통해 악성 사이트 탐지 및 보안 관제 솔루션을 선보일 예정이다. 이를 통해 글로벌 시장에서 본격적인 사업 확장을 추진한다는 방침이다.
강필상 필상 대표는 이번 선정을 통해 자사의 보안 기술 경쟁력을 공식적으로 인정받았다고 평가하며, 국민들이 보다 안전하게 스마트폰을 사용할 수 있도록 기술 고도화에 집중하겠다고 밝혔다.
박대희 대전혁신센터 대표는 필상의 성과에 대해 대전혁신센터의 보육과 투자 지원이 지역 스타트업의 실질적인 성장으로 이어진 사례라고 평가했다. 이어 향후에도 투자 재원 확대를 통해 유망 기술 기업들이 성장 지원 프로그램을 연계 받을 수 있도록 지원을 강화하겠다고 밝혔다.

Pilsang's new album 'First Penguin' selected
Pilsang Co., Ltd. (CEO Kang Pil-sang), an investment company of the Daejeon Creative Economy Innovation Center (CEO Park Dae-hee, hereinafter referred to as the Daejeon Innovation Center), has been selected for First Penguin, a promising startup guarantee support program of the Korea Credit Guarantee Fund.
First Penguin is a representative growth support program of the Korea Credit Guarantee Fund (KCGF), which discovers startups with creative ideas and innovative technologies and provides close support at each stage of their growth. Through this selection, Pilsang will receive up to 4 billion won in guarantee support and preferential guarantee fees. The company plans to use the secured funds to accelerate its advancement of AI technology and its entry into the global security market.
Pilsang previously received recognition for its technological prowess by being selected as the best company in Samsung Finance's C-Lab Outside program. Furthermore, the company plans to participate in CES 2026, the world's largest IT and consumer electronics exhibition, early next year and showcase its malicious website detection and security control solutions in the Samsung C-Lab exhibition hall. Through this initiative, the company aims to fully expand its business in the global market.
Kang Pil-sang, CEO of Pil-sang, said that this selection officially recognized the competitiveness of the company's security technology, and that he would focus on advancing the technology so that the public can use smartphones more safely.
Park Dae-hee, CEO of the Daejeon Innovation Center, praised the center's incubation and investment support for Pilsang's achievements, stating that it was a case in point, where the center's support led to the tangible growth of local startups. He added that the center will continue to strengthen its support by expanding investment resources to ensure promising technology companies can access growth support programs.

ファーストペンギンは創造的なアイデアと革新技術を保有した創業企業を発掘し、成長段階別に密着支援する信用保証基金の代表的な成長支援プログラムだ。筆上は今回の選定を通じて最大40億ウォン規模の保証支援と保証料優遇特典を提供されることになった。同社は確保した資金をもとにAI技術の高度化とグローバルセキュリティ市場への進出に速度を出す計画だ。
筆像は先にサムスン金融C-Lab Outside最優秀企業に選ばれ、技術力を認められた。また、来年初め、世界最大のIT・家電展示会であるCES 2026に参加し、サムスンC-Lab展示館を通じて悪質なサイト検知およびセキュリティ管制ソリューションを披露する予定だ。これを通じてグローバル市場で本格的な事業拡大を推進する方針だ。

Pilsang Co., Ltd. (PDG Kang Pil-sang), une société d'investissement du Centre d'innovation de l'économie créative de Daejeon (PDG Park Dae-hee, ci-après dénommé le Centre d'innovation de Daejeon), a été sélectionnée pour First Penguin, un programme de soutien aux jeunes entreprises prometteur du Fonds coréen de garantie de crédit.
First Penguin est un programme d'accompagnement à la croissance du Fonds coréen de garantie de crédit (KCGF), qui repère les startups aux idées novatrices et aux technologies innovantes et leur apporte un soutien personnalisé à chaque étape de leur développement. Grâce à cette sélection, Pilsang bénéficiera d'un soutien financier pouvant atteindre 4 milliards de wons, assorti de frais de garantie préférentiels. L'entreprise prévoit d'utiliser ces fonds pour accélérer le développement de sa technologie d'intelligence artificielle et son entrée sur le marché mondial de la sécurité.
Pilsang a déjà été récompensée pour son expertise technologique en étant désignée meilleure entreprise du programme C-Lab Outside de Samsung Finance. L'entreprise prévoit par ailleurs de participer au CES 2026, le plus grand salon mondial des technologies de l'information et de l'électronique grand public, début 2026, et d'y présenter ses solutions de détection de sites web malveillants et de contrôle de sécurité au sein du Samsung C-Lab.
