대구테크노파크(원장 김한식)가 중소벤처기업인증원이 실시한 ‘ESG 경영 수준진단’에서 최고 등급(Level 3)을 획득했다. 이번 성과로 기관의 ESG 경영 체계가 공식적으로 최고 수준임을 입증했다.
진단은 중소벤처기업인증원 소속 전문가의 현장평가 방식으로 진행됐으며, 정보공시(P), 환경(E), 사회(S), 지배구조(G) 등 4개 부문에서 전반적으로 높은 점수를 기록했다. 대구테크노파크는 총점 855점(백분율 85.5%)으로 최고 등급에 해당하는 성과를 달성했다.
정보공시와 지배구조 부문에서는 각각 90.9%, 96.8%를 기록하며 투명하고 책임 있는 경영체계를 입증했다. 사외이사 비율 93% 유지, 윤리규범 운영, 내부감사 체계 구축 등이 높은 평가로 이어졌다.
환경(E) 부문에서는 360점 중 265점을 획득했으며, 태양광 발전시설 활용과 에너지 절감 노력 등에서 성과를 보였다. 반면 환경영향평가 체계 구축 및 폐기물 감축 강화는 향후 개선 항목으로 나타났다.
사회(S) 부문은 430점 중 390점을 기록하며 사회적 책임경영 수준을 인정받았다. 산업재해율 0% 유지, 인권헌장·인권경영 지침 공시, 지역사회 봉사활동 확대, 직원 교육 및 역량 개발 투자 확대 등이 평가에 반영됐다.
대구테크노파크는 지역 5대 미래산업(UAM, 반도체, 로봇, 헬스케어, ABB) 육성과 ESG 경영 기반 강화를 추진해 왔으며, 이번 최고 등급 획득으로 지속가능경영 추진 기반을 공고히 하게 됐다.
김한식 원장은 “이번 ESG 최고 등급 달성은 전 직원의 노력으로 이룬 성과이며, 앞으로도 전 분야에서 체계적인 ESG 경영을 추진해 대구경제의 미래 경쟁력을 높이겠다”고 말했다.

Daegu Technopark Receives Highest ESG Management Level Assessment Rating
Daegu Technopark (Director Kim Han-sik) achieved the highest rating (Level 3) in the "ESG Management Level Diagnosis" conducted by the Korea SMEs and Startups Certification Institute. This achievement officially validates the institution's ESG management system as being of the highest standard.
The evaluation was conducted through an on-site evaluation by experts from the Korea SMEs and Startups Certification Institute, and resulted in high scores across four categories: Information Disclosure (P), Environment (E), Society (S), and Governance (G). Daegu Technopark achieved a total score of 855 points (85.5%), achieving the highest rating.
In the areas of information disclosure and governance, the company achieved scores of 90.9% and 96.8%, respectively, demonstrating a transparent and responsible management system. Maintaining a 93% ratio of outside directors, implementing a code of ethics, and establishing an internal audit system also earned high marks.
In the Environment (E) category, the company scored 265 out of 360 points, demonstrating progress in solar power generation facilities and energy conservation efforts. However, establishing an environmental impact assessment system and strengthening waste reduction efforts were identified as areas for future improvement.
The Social (S) sector received 390 points out of 430, demonstrating a high level of socially responsible management. The evaluation reflected the company's efforts to maintain a 0% industrial accident rate, disclose its human rights charter and human rights management guidelines, expand community service activities, and increase investment in employee training and capacity development.
Daegu Technopark has been promoting the development of five major regional future industries (UAM, semiconductors, robotics, healthcare, and ABB) and strengthening its ESG management foundation. By achieving this highest rating, it has solidified its foundation for sustainable management.

診断は中小ベンチャー企業認証院所属専門家の現場評価方式で行われ、情報開示（Ｐ）、環境（Ｅ）、社会（Ｓ）、支配構造（Ｇ）の４部門で全体的に高い点数を記録した。大邱テクノパークは総点855点(百分率85.5%)で最高等級に該当する成果を達成した。
情報開示と支配構造部門ではそれぞれ90.9％、96.8％を記録し、透明で責任ある経営体系を立証した。社外取締役比率９３％の維持、倫理規範の運営、内部監査体系の構築などが高い評価につながった。
環境（Ｅ）部門では３６０点のうち２６５点を獲得し、太陽光発電施設の活用と省エネ努力などで成果を見せた。一方、環境影響評価システムの構築と廃棄物削減の強化は、今後の改善項目として現れた。
社会（Ｓ）部門は４３０点のうち３９０点を記録し、社会的責任経営レベルを認められた。産業災害率０％維持、人権憲章・人権経営指針公示、地域社会奉仕活動拡大、職員教育及び能力開発投資拡大などが評価に反映された。
大邱テクノパークは地域5大未来産業（UAM、半導体、ロボット、ヘルスケア、ABB）の育成とESG経営基盤の強化を推進してきた。

在信息披露和公司治理方面，该公司分别取得了90.9%和96.8%的得分，展现了透明且负责任的管理体系。此外，公司外部董事占比高达93%，并实施了道德准则，建立了内部审计体系，这些举措也获得了高分。
在环境（E）类别中，该公司获得360分中的265分，表明其在太阳能发电设施和节能方面取得了进展。然而，建立环境影响评估体系和加强废物减量工作被认为是未来需要改进的方面。
社会责任（S）部门获得430分中的390分，展现了公司高度的社会责任管理水平。评估结果反映了公司在以下方面所做的努力：保持零工伤事故率、公开人权章程和人权管理准则、拓展社区服务活动以及加大对员工培训和能力建设的投入。

Le Technoparc de Daegu obtient la meilleure note en matière de gestion ESG
Le Technoparc de Daegu (dirigé par Kim Han-sik) a obtenu la meilleure note (niveau 3) lors du diagnostic de son système de gestion ESG réalisé par l'Institut coréen de certification des PME et des startups. Cette performance atteste officiellement que le système de gestion ESG de l'établissement répond aux normes les plus exigeantes.
L'évaluation, réalisée sur site par des experts du Korea SMEs and Startups Certification Institute, a permis d'obtenir d'excellents résultats dans quatre catégories : Transparence (P), Environnement (E), Société (S) et Gouvernance (G). Le Technoparc de Daegu a ainsi atteint un score total de 855 points (85,5 %), obtenant la meilleure note.
En matière de communication d'informations et de gouvernance, l'entreprise a obtenu des scores respectifs de 90,9 % et 96,8 %, témoignant d'un système de gestion transparent et responsable. Le maintien d'un taux de 93 % d'administrateurs indépendants, la mise en œuvre d'un code de déontologie et l'établissement d'un système d'audit interne ont également été salués.
Dans la catégorie Environnement (E), l'entreprise a obtenu 265 points sur 360, témoignant de progrès dans ses installations de production d'énergie solaire et ses efforts d'économie d'énergie. Toutefois, la mise en place d'un système d'évaluation des impacts environnementaux et le renforcement des initiatives de réduction des déchets ont été identifiés comme des axes d'amélioration.
Le secteur social (S) a obtenu 390 points sur 430, témoignant d'un haut niveau de responsabilité sociale. L'évaluation reflète les efforts déployés par l'entreprise pour maintenir un taux d'accidents du travail de 0 %, publier sa charte des droits humains et ses lignes directrices en matière de gestion des droits humains, développer ses activités de service communautaire et accroître ses investissements dans la formation et le développement des compétences de ses employés.
Le Technoparc de Daegu a favorisé le développement de cinq industries régionales d'avenir majeures (la mobilité aérienne urbaine, les semi-conducteurs, la robotique, la santé et ABB) et renforcé ses fondements en matière de gestion environnementale, sociale et de gouvernance (ESG). L'obtention de cette notation maximale confirme son engagement en faveur d'une gestion durable.
Le président Kim Han-sik a déclaré : « L’obtention de cette excellente notation ESG est le fruit du travail acharné de tous les employés. Nous continuerons à mettre en œuvre une gestion ESG systématique dans tous les secteurs afin de renforcer la compétitivité future de l’économie de Daegu. »
