이번 협업으로 당근페이 이용자들은 중고거래 송금을 넘어 동네 카페·음식점·생활 매장 등 일상적인 오프라인 소비 환경에서도 더욱 편리한 경험을 누릴 수 있게 됐다. 페이히어 전국 가맹점에서 결제 수단 > 간편 결제 > 당근페이를 선택한 뒤 QR코드를 통해 간편하게 결제가 가능하다.
당근 비즈프로필을 사용하는 동네 사장님들의 가게 관리도 한결 수월해진다. 페이히어 포스(POS) 시스템과 당근 비즈프로필을 연결하면 결제 후 포인트 적립이나 당근 리뷰 작성 알림 발송 등의 기능을 원스톱으로 이용할 수 있다. 특히 결제 직후 고객에게 당근 리뷰 작성 알림톡을 자동으로 발송할 수 있어 가게 홍보에 핵심이 되는 이웃들의 실제 후기를 보다 간편하게 확보할 수 있게 된다.
이를 통해 당근 동네지도를 활용하는 이용자(이웃)들의 경험도 풍부해진다. 가게를 방문하기 전, 동네지도를 통해 실제로 방문하고 결제한 이웃들의 신뢰도 높은 방문 인증 후기를 실시간으로 확인할 수 있어 장소 선택의 고민을 덜 수 있다.
