팹리스 자동화부품 위탁생산 솔루션 ‘비링커 매뉴팩처링’과 AI 기반 제조 도면 관리 솔루션 ‘비링커 클라우드’를 운영하는 비링커(대표 안재민)는 중소벤처기업부가 주관하는 글로벌 팁스(Global TIPS) 프로그램에 최종 선정됐다고 6일 밝혔다.
글로벌 팁스는 해외 벤처캐피탈로부터 투자를 유치한 유망 스타트업을 대상으로 해외 법인 설립과 글로벌 시장 진출을 체계적으로 지원하는 정부 프로그램이다. 기술력과 사업성, 글로벌 확장 가능성을 종합적으로 평가해 선발하며, 해외 투자자로부터 20만 달러 이상의 투자를 유치한 기업만이 지원 자격을 갖는다. 지난해에는 약 120개 기업이 지원해 20개 기업만이 최종 선정될 정도로 경쟁률이 높았다.
비링커는 이번 글로벌 팁스 선정에 앞서 미국 벤처캐피탈 스트롱벤처스(Strong Ventures)로부터 투자를 유치하며 글로벌 사업 역량과 성장 가능성을 인정받았다. 이후 해당 투자사의 추천을 통해 글로벌 팁스 프로그램에 지원해 최종 선정됐다.
이번 선정으로 비링커는 향후 3년간 최대 6억원 규모의 해외 진출 자금 지원을 받게 된다. 이를 바탕으로 해외 법인 설립, 현지 사업화 추진, 글로벌 파트너십 구축 등 본격적인 글로벌 확장을 위한 지원을 받을 예정이다.
비링커는 현재 팹리스 기반 자동화부품 위탁생산 네트워크를 통해 북미 시장을 중심으로 가공품 수출 성과를 확대하고 있다. 이미 초도 물량 납품을 완료했으며, 이를 기반으로 후속 물량에 대한 수출 협의를 이어가고 있다. 회사는 이번 글로벌 팁스 선정을 계기로 북미 지역에 해외 자회사를 설립하고, 현지 거점을 중심으로 신규 영업을 강화해 해외 매출 확대에 나설 계획이다.
안재민 비링커 대표는 “이번 글로벌 팁스 선정은 비링커의 제조 데이터 기술력과 글로벌 사업 경쟁력이 공식적으로 인정받은 결과”라며 “해외 제조 시장에서 데이터 기반 제조 솔루션의 경쟁력을 지속적으로 확대해 나갈 것”이라고 밝혔다.

Biringer selected for the Ministry of SMEs and Startups' Global Tips Program
Birinker (CEO Jae-min Ahn), which operates the fabless automated parts consignment manufacturing solution 'Birinker Manufacturing' and the AI-based manufacturing drawing management solution 'Birinker Cloud', announced on the 6th that it was finally selected for the Global TIPS program hosted by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups.
Global TIPS is a government program that systematically supports promising startups that have attracted investment from overseas venture capital firms in establishing overseas subsidiaries and entering the global market. Applicants are selected based on a comprehensive evaluation of their technological prowess, business viability, and global expansion potential. Only companies that have secured at least $200,000 in investment from overseas investors are eligible to apply. Last year, the program was highly competitive, with approximately 120 companies applying and only 20 ultimately selected.
Prior to being selected for this Global TIPS program, Biringer secured investment from the US venture capital firm Strong Ventures, demonstrating its global business capabilities and growth potential. Following the investment firm's recommendation, Biringer applied for the Global TIPS program and was ultimately selected.
With this selection, Biringer will receive up to 600 million won in overseas expansion funding over the next three years. This funding will support full-scale global expansion, including establishing overseas subsidiaries, promoting local business development, and establishing global partnerships.
Bilinker is currently expanding its exports of processed products, focusing on the North American market, through its fabless-based automated component consignment manufacturing network. It has already completed the delivery of its initial batch, and is currently in negotiations for exports of subsequent volumes. Capitalizing on this Global TIPS selection, the company plans to establish an overseas subsidiary in North America and strengthen new sales efforts centered on local operations, further expanding its overseas sales.
Jae-min Ahn, CEO of Biringer, said, “This selection as a Global TIPS is the official recognition of Biringer’s manufacturing data technology and global business competitiveness,” and added, “We will continue to expand the competitiveness of our data-driven manufacturing solutions in overseas manufacturing markets.”

今回の選定でビーリンカーは今後3年間最大6億ウォン規模の海外進出資金支援を受けることになる。これをもとに海外法人設立、現地事業化の推進、グローバルパートナーシップ構築など本格的なグローバル拡張のための支援を受ける予定だ。
ビーリンカーは現在、ファブレスベースの自動化部品委託生産ネットワークを通じて北米市場を中心に加工品輸出成果を拡大している。すでに初度物量納品を完了しており、これを基に後続物量に対する輸出協議を続けている。同社は今回のグローバルティップス選定を契機に北米地域に海外子会社を設立し、現地拠点を中心に新規営業を強化し、海外売上拡大に乗り出す計画だ。

Global TIPS est un programme gouvernemental qui soutient systématiquement les jeunes entreprises prometteuses ayant levé des fonds auprès de sociétés de capital-risque étrangères, afin de les aider à créer des filiales à l'étranger et à s'implanter sur le marché mondial. Les candidats sont sélectionnés sur la base d'une évaluation approfondie de leur expertise technologique, de la viabilité de leur modèle économique et de leur potentiel d'expansion internationale. Seules les entreprises ayant obtenu au moins 200 000 $ d'investissements étrangers sont éligibles. L'année dernière, le programme était très sélectif : sur environ 120 candidatures, seules 20 entreprises ont été retenues.
Avant d'être sélectionnée pour le programme Global TIPS, Biringer avait obtenu un investissement de la société de capital-risque américaine Strong Ventures, démontrant ainsi son potentiel de croissance et ses capacités commerciales à l'échelle mondiale. Suite à la recommandation de Strong Ventures, Biringer a déposé sa candidature au programme Global TIPS et a finalement été retenue.
Grâce à cette sélection, Biringer recevra jusqu'à 600 millions de wons de financement pour son expansion internationale au cours des trois prochaines années. Ce financement soutiendra un développement mondial d'envergure, incluant la création de filiales à l'étranger, la promotion du développement commercial local et l'établissement de partenariats internationaux.
Bilinker développe actuellement ses exportations de produits transformés, en ciblant le marché nord-américain, grâce à son réseau de production automatisée de composants sous contrat, basé sur une usine sans site de production. L'entreprise a déjà livré son premier lot et négocie actuellement l'exportation des volumes suivants. Forte de sa sélection au programme Global TIPS, elle prévoit de créer une filiale en Amérique du Nord et de renforcer ses efforts de vente auprès des acteurs locaux, afin d'accroître encore ses ventes à l'international.
Jae-min Ahn, PDG de Biringer, a déclaré : « Cette sélection en tant que Global TIPS est la reconnaissance officielle de la technologie des données de fabrication et de la compétitivité commerciale mondiale de Biringer », et a ajouté : « Nous continuerons à développer la compétitivité de nos solutions de fabrication basées sur les données sur les marchés de fabrication étrangers. »
