한국인공지능·소프트웨어산업협회(회장 조준희, 이하 KOSA)는 1월 6일 서울 송파구 한국철강협회 대회의실에서 한국철강협회(회장 장인화)와 철강산업 AI 자율제조 생태계 조성 및 융합형 인재양성을 위한 업무협약(MOU)을 체결했다고 밝혔다.
이날 협약식에는 KOSA 서성일 상근부회장과 한국철강협회 이경호 상근부회장을 비롯해 양 기관 주요 관계자들이 참석했다.
이번 협약을 통해 양 기관은 철강산업의 디지털 혁신을 가속화하기 위한 협력 사업을 추진한다. 주요 협력 내용은 철강 특화 AI 전문인력 양성 교육과정 공동 개발, 철강 데이터 표준화 가이드라인 수립, 정부 주도 AI 인프라 활용 지원, 중소 철강기업 대상 AI 도입 컨설팅 및 바우처 연계 등이다.
또한 양 기관은 향후 가칭 철강AI 자율제조 확산위원회를 구성해 정책 제안, 인재양성, 기술 검증 등 구체적인 실행 과제를 단계적으로 추진할 계획이다.
KOSA는 이번 협약을 계기로 철강 제조 공정에 특화된 AI 솔루션을 개발·보급하고, 산업 현장 중심의 AI 인재 양성 체계를 구축해 국내 제조업의 경쟁력 강화를 지원할 방침이다.

KOSA Signs Business Agreement with Korea Iron and Steel Association
The Korea Artificial Intelligence and Software Industry Association (Chairman Cho Jun-hee, hereinafter KOSA) announced on January 6 that it signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the Korea Iron and Steel Association (Chairman Jang In-hwa) at the Korea Iron and Steel Association conference room in Songpa-gu, Seoul, to foster an AI autonomous manufacturing ecosystem and convergence talent development in the steel industry.
The signing ceremony was attended by key officials from both organizations, including KOSA Executive Vice President Seong-il Seo and Korea Iron and Steel Association Executive Vice President Gyeong-ho Lee.
Through this agreement, the two organizations will pursue collaborative projects to accelerate digital innovation in the steel industry. Key areas of collaboration include jointly developing a training program for AI professionals specializing in steel, establishing guidelines for standardizing steel data, supporting government-led AI infrastructure utilization, and providing AI adoption consulting and voucher programs for small and medium-sized steel companies.
Additionally, the two organizations plan to establish a so-called Steel AI Autonomous Manufacturing Expansion Committee in the future and gradually implement specific implementation tasks, including policy proposals, talent development, and technology verification.
Through this agreement, KOSA plans to develop and distribute AI solutions specialized for the steel manufacturing process and establish an industrial-focused AI talent training system to support the strengthening of the competitiveness of the domestic manufacturing industry.

KOSA、韓国鉄鋼協会と業務協約締結
韓国人工知能・ソフトウェア産業協会（会長チョ・ジュンヒ、以下KOSA）は1月6日、ソウル松坡区韓国鉄鋼協会大会議室で韓国鉄鋼協会（会長職人化）と鉄鋼産業AI自律製造エコシステム造成及び融合型人材養成のための業務協約（MOU）を締結した。
この日の協約式には、KOSA西成日常勤副会長と韓国鉄鋼協会イ・ギョンホ常勤副会長をはじめ、両機関の主要関係者が参加した。
今回の条約を通じて、両機関は鉄鋼産業のデジタルイノベーションを加速するための協力事業を推進する。主な協力内容は、鉄鋼特化AI専門人材養成教育課程共同開発、鉄鋼データ標準化ガイドラインの策定、政府主導AIインフラ活用支援、中小鉄鋼企業対象AI導入コンサルティング及びバウチャー連携などである。
また、両機関は今後仮称鉄鋼AI自律製造拡散委員会を構成し、政策提案、人材養成、技術検証など具体的な実行課題を段階的に推進する計画だ。
KOSAは今回の条約をきっかけに鉄鋼製造工程に特化したAIソリューションを開発・普及し、産業現場中心のAI人材養成体系を構築し、国内製造業の競争力強化を支援する方針だ。

韩国钢铁协会与韩国钢铁协会签署商业协议
韩国人工智能与软件产业协会（会长赵俊熙，以下简称KOSA）于1月6日宣布，在首尔松坡区韩国钢铁协会会议室与韩国钢铁协会（会长张仁和）签署谅解备忘录，旨在促进钢铁行业的人工智能自主制造生态系统和融合人才培养。
双方组织的关键官员出席了签约仪式，其中包括韩国钢铁协会执行副总裁徐成一和韩国钢铁协会执行副总裁李京浩。
通过这项协议，双方将开展合作项目，加速钢铁行业的数字化创新。主要合作领域包括：共同开发面向钢铁行业人工智能专业人员的培训项目；制定钢铁数据标准化指南；支持政府主导的人工智能基础设施建设；以及为中小钢铁企业提供人工智能应用咨询和补贴项目。

KOSA signe un accord commercial avec l'Association coréenne du fer et de l'acier
L'Association coréenne de l'industrie de l'intelligence artificielle et des logiciels (Président Cho Jun-hee, ci-après KOSA) a annoncé le 6 janvier avoir signé un protocole d'accord avec l'Association coréenne du fer et de l'acier (Président Jang In-hwa) dans la salle de conférence de l'Association coréenne du fer et de l'acier à Songpa-gu, Séoul, afin de favoriser un écosystème de fabrication autonome basé sur l'IA et le développement de talents convergents dans l'industrie sidérurgique.
La cérémonie de signature s'est déroulée en présence de hauts responsables des deux organisations, dont Seong-il Seo, vice-président exécutif de KOSA, et Gyeong-ho Lee, vice-président exécutif de la Korea Iron and Steel Association.
Grâce à cet accord, les deux organisations mèneront des projets de collaboration visant à accélérer l'innovation numérique dans l'industrie sidérurgique. Les principaux axes de collaboration comprennent le développement conjoint d'un programme de formation pour les professionnels de l'IA spécialisés dans l'acier, l'établissement de lignes directrices pour la normalisation des données sur l'acier, le soutien à l'utilisation des infrastructures d'IA mises en place par les pouvoirs publics et la fourniture de services de conseil en adoption de l'IA ainsi que de programmes de subventions pour les PME sidérurgiques.
De plus, les deux organisations prévoient de créer à l'avenir un comité d'expansion de la fabrication autonome d'acier par l'IA et de mettre progressivement en œuvre des tâches spécifiques, notamment des propositions de politiques, le développement des talents et la vérification technologique.
Grâce à cet accord, KOSA prévoit de développer et de distribuer des solutions d'IA spécialisées pour le processus de fabrication de l'acier et de mettre en place un système de formation des talents en IA axé sur l'industrie afin de soutenir le renforcement de la compétitivité de l'industrie manufacturière nationale.
