팝업스튜디오는 싱가포르 기반의 벤처 스튜디오 윌트벤처빌더(WVB, 대표 원대로)와 AI 스튜디오 덥덥덥(대표 김태형)이 글로벌 시장을 목표로 설립한 합작벤처기업이다. 설립 단계부터 글로벌 사업 역량과 스타트업 CTO 출신 인력의 기술력을 결합해 바이브 코딩 분야에서 해외 시장을 직접 공략하는 전략을 채택했다.
