코아시아세미가 현지시간 6일 미국 라스베이거스에서 열리는 ‘CES2026’에서 글로벌 AI 반도체 기업 텐스토렌트(Tenstorrent)와 ‘차세대 AI 칩렛’ 양산 전환 계약을 체결했다고 밝혔다.
이번 계약은 2024년 말 체결한 텐스토렌트 AI 프로세서용 칩렛 개발 계약을 기반으로, 설계 완료에 따른 후속 양산 계약이다. 또한 코아시아세미가 2025년 7월 계약한 리벨리온 AI 제품 공급에 이어 두 번째 AI 칩렛 양산 공급 계약이기도 하다.
회사 측은 이번 계약을 통해 향후 총 1,400억 원 이상의 매출을 기대하고 있으며, 개발 단계에서 양산 단계로 전환 가능한 프로젝트가 늘어남에 따라 중장기 매출 증가세 또한 확대될 것으로 전망하고 있다.
코아시아세미는 이번 프로젝트에서 칩렛 아키텍처 설계와 검증, 파운드리를 통한 제조 및 양산 공급 단계까지 역할을 수행한다. 이를 위해 개별 SoC 칩 설계와 칩렛 패키지 설계 등 칩렛 개발 전반에 필요한 기술을 담당한다.
텐스토렌트 짐 켈러(Jim Keller) CEO는 “코아시아세미는 텐스토렌트의 칩렛 SoC 구현을 위한 신뢰도 높은 파트너”라며, “이번 계약에 이어 후속 제품 개발도 조만간 착수할 예정”이라고 밝혔다.
코아시아세미 신동수 대표이사는 “이번 계약은 코아시아의 칩 설계와 칩렛 패키지 개발 완성도를 입증하는 사례”라며, “이를 기반으로 글로벌 AI ASIC 시장 선도를 이어갈 것”이라고 말했다.

Coasia Semiconductor signs a mass production agreement with Tenstorent for next-generation AI chiplets at CES 2026.
Coasia Semi announced on the 6th (local time) at 'CES2026' held in Las Vegas, USA that it signed a contract with global AI semiconductor company Tenstorrent for mass production of 'next-generation AI chiplets'.
This contract builds on the chiplet development contract for Tensorrent AI processors signed in late 2024, and is a follow-on mass production contract following the completion of the design. It also marks Coasia Semiconductor's second contract for mass production of AI chiplets, following the supply contract for Rebellion AI products signed in July 2025.
The company expects total sales of over 140 billion won through this contract, and anticipates that mid- to long-term sales growth will also expand as the number of projects that can transition from the development stage to mass production increases.
For this project, Coasia Semiconductor will be responsible for chiplet architecture design and verification, foundry manufacturing, and mass production. To achieve this, the company will be responsible for the technologies required for all aspects of chiplet development, including individual SoC chip design and chiplet package design.
“Coasia Semiconductor is a trusted partner for Tenstorrent’s chiplet SoC implementation,” said Jim Keller, CEO of Tenstorrent. “Following this agreement, we plan to begin development of follow-up products soon.”

コアシアセミが現地時間6日、米国ラスベガスで開かれる「CES2026」でグローバルAI半導体企業テンストレント(Tenstorrent)と「次世代AIチップレット」量産転換契約を締結したと明らかにした。
今回の契約は2024年末に締結したテンストレントAIプロセッサ用チップレット開発契約を基に、設計完了に伴う後続量産契約だ。また、コアシアセミが2025年7月に契約したリベリオンAI製品の供給に続き、2番目のAIチップレット量産供給契約でもある。
会社側は今回の契約を通じて今後総1,400億ウォン以上の売上を期待しており、開発段階から量産段階に転換可能なプロジェクトが増えるにつれ、中長期売上増加傾向も拡大すると見込んでいる。
コアシアセミは、今回のプロジェクトでチップレットアーキテクチャの設計と検証、ファウンドリによる製造、量産供給段階までの役割を果たす。このため、個別SoCチップ設計やチップレットパッケージ設計など、チップレット開発全般に必要な技術を担当する。

Coasia Semi a annoncé le 6 (heure locale) au 'CES2026' qui se tient à Las Vegas, aux États-Unis, avoir signé un contrat avec la société mondiale de semi-conducteurs d'IA Tenstorrent pour la production en série de « puces d'IA de nouvelle génération ».
Ce contrat fait suite au contrat de développement de puces pour les processeurs d'IA Tensorrent signé fin 2024 et constitue un contrat de production en série faisant suite à la finalisation de la conception. Il s'agit également du deuxième contrat de Coasia Semiconductor pour la production en série de puces d'IA, après le contrat d'approvisionnement des produits Rebellion AI signé en juillet 2025.
L'entreprise prévoit un chiffre d'affaires total de plus de 140 milliards de wons grâce à ce contrat et anticipe une croissance des ventes à moyen et long terme qui s'accentuera avec l'augmentation du nombre de projets pouvant passer de la phase de développement à la production de masse.
Pour ce projet, Coasia Semiconductor sera responsable de la conception et de la vérification de l'architecture des chiplets, de la fabrication en fonderie et de la production en série. À cette fin, l'entreprise prendra en charge les technologies nécessaires à toutes les étapes du développement des chiplets, y compris la conception des puces SoC individuelles et des boîtiers.
« Coasia Semiconductor est un partenaire de confiance pour la mise en œuvre du SoC à base de chiplets de Tenstorrent », a déclaré Jim Keller, PDG de Tenstorrent. « Suite à cet accord, nous prévoyons de commencer prochainement le développement de produits complémentaires. »
