중소벤처기업부는 7일 중국 상하이국제회의중심에서 ‘한·중 벤처스타트업 서밋’을 개최했다고 밝혔다. 이번 행사는 이재명 대통령의 중국 국빈 방문을 계기로 양국 벤처스타트업 생태계 간 협력 기반을 강화하고, 국내 스타트업의 중국 진출을 지원하기 위해 마련됐다.
행사는 ‘한·중 벤처스타트업과의 대화’, ‘한·중 투자 컨퍼런스’, ‘한·중 비즈니스 밋업’ 등으로 구성됐으며, 중국 진출을 희망하는 국내 유망 스타트업의 제품과 기술 전시도 함께 운영됐다. 현장에는 한·중 양국 정부 관계자를 비롯해 스타트업, 벤처캐피탈, 대기업 등 생태계 관계자 약 400명이 참석했다.
메인 행사인 ‘한·중 벤처스타트업과의 대화’에서는 ‘연결을 넘어 공동 성장으로’를 주제로 양국 대표 스타트업 관계자들이 경험을 공유하고 협력 방향을 논의했다. 중국 뉴로테크 기업 브레인코, 국내 의료 AI 기업 루닛, 대화형 AI 기업 마음AI, 자율주행 드론 기업 시엔에스, 중국 AI 스타트업 미니맥스, 초상은행국제(CMBI) 관계자 등이 참여해 기술 혁신과 시장 협력 사례를 소개했다.
이어 열린 ‘한·중 투자 컨퍼런스’에는 중기부 장관과 중국국제무역촉진위원회 상해 부회장을 비롯해 양국 주요 벤처캐피탈 관계자 약 100명이 참석했다. 컨퍼런스에서는 아시아 투자 동향, 한·중 투자시장 발표, 협력 방안 패널토론이 진행됐으며, 한국벤처투자(KVIC)와 CMBI 간 글로벌펀드 체결식도 열렸다. 해당 펀드는 한국 모태펀드가 1,000만 달러를 출자해 총 2,500만 달러 규모로 조성될 예정으로, 국내 스타트업 투자와 중국 진출을 지원하는 역할을 맡는다.
‘한·중 비즈니스 밋업’에서는 스타트업 IR, 네트워킹, 비즈니스 매칭 프로그램이 운영돼 양국 스타트업과 투자자 간 실질적인 협력 논의가 이뤄졌다. 이를 통해 국내 기업들이 중국 현지 파트너 발굴과 공동 사업 가능성을 모색할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
이와 함께 행사장에는 한·중 스타트업 전시관이 마련돼 국내 유망 스타트업 10개사가 혁신 기술과 제품을 선보였으며, 중국 로봇 스타트업 아지봇은 휴머노이드 로봇을 전시했다.
한성숙 중기부 장관은 “이번 서밋은 정상외교를 계기로 형성된 협력 분위기를 벤처스타트업과 투자 협력으로 구체화한 자리”라며 “양국 스타트업이 공동 성장하고 글로벌 시장으로 도약할 수 있도록 지속적인 지원을 이어가겠다”고 밝혔다.

The Ministry of SMEs and Startups announced on the 7th that it held the "Korea-China Venture Startup Summit" at the Shanghai International Convention Center in China. This event, held in conjunction with President Lee Jae-myung's state visit to China, aimed to strengthen the foundation for cooperation between the two countries' venture startup ecosystems and support Korean startups' expansion into the Chinese market.
The event consisted of a "Dialogue with Korean-Chinese Venture Startups," a "Korea-China Investment Conference," and a "Korea-China Business Meetup." It also featured a product and technology exhibition by promising Korean startups seeking to expand into China. Approximately 400 participants, including government officials from both Korea and China, startups, venture capitalists, and large corporations, attended the event.
The main event, "Dialogue with Korean and Chinese Venture Startups," focused on the theme of "Beyond Connection, Towards Joint Growth," where representatives from leading startups from both countries shared their experiences and discussed future directions for cooperation. Representatives from Chinese neurotech company Brainco, Korean medical AI company Lunit, conversational AI company Maum AI, autonomous drone company CNS, Chinese AI startup Minimax, and China Merchants Bank International (CMBI) participated and presented examples of technological innovation and market cooperation.
The Korea-China Investment Conference, which followed, was attended by approximately 100 key venture capitalists from both countries, including the Minister of SMEs and Startups and the Shanghai Vice Chairman of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade. The conference featured panel discussions on Asian investment trends, presentations on the Korea-China investment markets, and cooperative initiatives. A signing ceremony for a global fund was also held between Korea Venture Investment Corporation (KVIC) and CMBI. The fund, with a $10 million contribution from Korean mother funds, will bring the total to $25 million. It will support investment in domestic startups and their expansion into China.
The "Korea-China Business Meetup" featured startup investor relations, networking, and business matching programs, fostering practical discussions on cooperation between startups and investors from both countries. This is expected to help Korean companies discover local partners in China and explore joint business opportunities.
In addition, a Korean-Chinese startup exhibition hall was set up at the event venue, where 10 promising domestic startups showcased their innovative technologies and products, and Chinese robotics startup Azibot exhibited its humanoid robot.
Minister of SMEs and Startups Han Seong-sook said, “This summit is an opportunity to concretize the cooperative atmosphere created through summit diplomacy into venture startup and investment cooperation,” and added, “We will continue to provide support so that startups from both countries can grow together and leap into the global market.”

中期部、「韓・中ベンチャースタートアップサミット」開催
中小ベンチャー企業部は７日、中国上海国際会議中心で「韓中ベンチャースタートアップサミット」を開催したと明らかにした。今回のイベントは李在明大統領の中国国賓訪問を契機に両国ベンチャースタートアップ生態系間の協力基盤を強化し、国内スタートアップの中国進出を支援するために設けられた。
イベントは「韓・中ベンチャースタートアップとの対話」、「韓・中投資カンファレンス」、「韓・中ビジネスミットアップ」などで構成され、中国進出を希望する国内有望スタートアップの製品と技術展示も一緒に運営された。現場には韓中両国政府関係者をはじめ、スタートアップ、ベンチャーキャピタル、大企業など生態系関係者約４００人が参加した。
メインイベントの「韓中ベンチャースタートアップとの対話」では、「連結を超えて共同成長へ」をテーマに、両国の代表スタートアップ関係者が経験を共有し、協力方向を議論した。中国ニューロテック企業ブレーンコ、国内医療AI企業ルーネット、対話型AI企業心AI、自律走行ドローン企業シエンエス、中国AIスタートアップミニマックス、肖像銀行国際(CMBI)関係者などが参加して技術革新と市場協力事例を紹介した。
続いて開かれた「韓・中投資カンファレンス」には中期部長官と中国国際貿易促進委員会上海副会長をはじめ、両国の主要ベンチャーキャピタル関係者約100人が参加した。カンファレンスではアジア投資動向、韓中投資市場発表、協力案パネル討論が行われ、韓国ベンチャー投資(KVIC)とCMBI間のグローバルファンド締結式も開かれた。同ファンドは韓国モテファンドが1,000万ドルを出資し、合計2,500万ドル規模で造成される予定で、国内スタートアップ投資と中国進出を支援する役割を担う。
「韓中ビジネスミットアップ」ではスタートアップＩＲ、ネットワーキング、ビジネスマッチングプログラムが運営され、両国スタートアップと投資家間の実質的な協力議論がなされた。これにより、国内企業が中国現地パートナーの発掘と共同事業の可能性を模索できると期待される。
これと共にイベント会場には韓中スタートアップ展示館が設けられ、国内有望スタートアップ10社が革新技術と製品を披露し、中国ロボットスタートアップアジボットはヒューマノイドロボットを展示した。
ハン・ソンスク中基部長官は「今回のサミットは首脳外交を契機に形成された協力雰囲気をベンチャースタートアップと投資協力で具体化した席」とし「両国スタートアップが共同成長し、グローバル市場に跳躍できるように持続的な支援を続ける」と明らかにした。

韩国中小企业和创业部于7日宣布，在上海国际会议中心举办了“韩中创业峰会”。此次峰会与韩国总统李在明对中国进行国事访问同期举行，旨在加强两国创业生态系统合作的基础，并支持韩国创业企业拓展中国市场。
此次活动包括“韩中创业企业对话会”、“韩中投资会议”和“韩中商务洽谈会”。此外，一些有潜力进军中国市场的韩国创业企业还举办了产品和技术展览。约400名参与者出席了此次活动，其中包括来自韩国和中国的政府官员、创业企业、风险投资家和大型企业代表。

Le ministère des PME et des Start-ups a annoncé le 7 la tenue du « Sommet Corée-Chine des startups à fort potentiel » au Centre international de conventions de Shanghai, en Chine. Cet événement, organisé en marge de la visite d'État du président Lee Jae-myung en Chine, visait à renforcer les bases de la coopération entre les écosystèmes de startups des deux pays et à soutenir l'expansion des startups coréennes sur le marché chinois.
L'événement comprenait un dialogue avec des startups coréennes-chinoises, une conférence sur l'investissement Corée-Chine et une rencontre d'affaires Corée-Chine. Il proposait également une exposition de produits et de technologies présentée par des startups coréennes prometteuses souhaitant s'implanter en Chine. Environ 400 participants, dont des représentants gouvernementaux coréens et chinois, des startups, des investisseurs en capital-risque et de grandes entreprises, y ont assisté.
L'événement principal, intitulé « Dialogue avec les startups coréennes et chinoises », était axé sur le thème « Au-delà de la simple connexion, vers une croissance commune ». La Conférence d'investissement Corée-Chine qui a suivi a réuni une centaine de capital-risqueurs clés des deux pays, dont le ministre des PME et des Start-ups et le vice-président de Shanghai du Conseil chinois pour la promotion du commerce international. Au programme : tables rondes sur les tendances d'investissement en Asie, présentations sur les marchés d'investissement Corée-Chine et initiatives de coopération. Une cérémonie de signature d'un fonds mondial a également eu lieu entre la Korea Venture Investment Corporation (KVIC) et le CMBI. Ce fonds, doté d'un apport de 10 millions de dollars de fonds mères coréens, portera le total à 25 millions de dollars. Il soutiendra l'investissement dans les startups coréennes et leur expansion en Chine.
Le « Rencontre d'affaires Corée-Chine » proposait des programmes de mise en relation entre startups et investisseurs, ainsi que des opportunités de réseautage et de mise en relation commerciale, favorisant des échanges concrets sur la coopération entre startups et investisseurs des deux pays. L'objectif est d'aider les entreprises coréennes à trouver des partenaires locaux en Chine et à explorer des opportunités commerciales communes.
Par ailleurs, un hall d'exposition dédié aux startups coréennes et chinoises a été installé sur le lieu de l'événement, où 10 startups nationales prometteuses ont présenté leurs technologies et produits innovants, et la startup chinoise de robotique Azibot a exposé son robot humanoïde.
La ministre des PME et des Start-ups, Han Seong-sook, a déclaré : « Ce sommet est l'occasion de concrétiser l'atmosphère de coopération créée grâce à la diplomatie des sommets en une coopération en matière de création d'entreprises et d'investissement », et a ajouté : « Nous continuerons à apporter notre soutien afin que les startups des deux pays puissent se développer ensemble et s'imposer sur le marché mondial. »
