외국인 정착 필수 앱 ‘글로우(glow)’ 운영사 클링커즈(대표 서성권)는 HR테크 기업 원티드랩과 손잡고 국내 거주 외국인을 위한 채용 서비스를 본격화한다고 8일 밝혔다.
클링커즈는 자사 외국인 올인원 플랫폼 글로우 내에 원티드랩의 채용 정보를 연동한 ‘글로우 채용’ 기능을 공식 오픈했다. 이번 협업은 국내 외국인 인재 시장의 정보 비대칭 문제를 해소하고, 우수한 외국인 인재와 기업 간 연결을 가속화하기 위해 추진됐다. 원티드랩은 외국인 관련 사업을 확대하고 글로벌 파트너십을 강화하고 있으며, 클링커즈는 외국인의 국내 생활 전반을 아우르는 슈퍼앱으로 도약하고 있다.
글로우 앱과 웹 사용자들은 원티드랩이 보유한 채용 공고를 실시간으로 확인할 수 있으며, 특히 개발, 기획, 데이터 등 IT 직군 중심의 공고가 API 방식으로 글로우 플랫폼에 맞춤 제공된다. 외국인 구직자는 별도의 검색 없이 앱 내에서 지원할 수 있어 편의성이 향상될 전망이다.
또한 양사는 금융과 커리어를 연계한 모델도 선보인다. 클링커즈는 원티드랩을 이용하는 외국인 유저를 대상으로 자사 특화 금융 상품인 ‘E-7 비자 소지자 전용 대출 상품’ 프로모션을 진행해, 취업 후 한국 생활에서의 금융 접근성 문제를 개선하고 안정적 정착을 지원한다.
양사는 온라인 연동을 시작으로 오프라인 접점도 확대할 계획이다. 향후 개최될 외국인 채용 오프라인 행사에 공동 참여해 구직 현장에서 외국인 인재들과 직접 소통할 예정이다.
클링커즈 서성권 대표는 “원티드랩과의 협업은 글로우가 라이프 사이클 전반을 케어하는 플랫폼으로 도약하는 중요한 마일스톤”이라며, “외국인 유저 데이터와 원티드랩 채용 노하우를 결합해 한국에서 꿈을 펼치려는 외국인에게 실질적 기회를 제공하겠다”고 말했다.

Clinkers (CEO Seong-Kwon Seo), the operator of the essential app for foreigners settling in Korea, announced on the 8th that it will launch a full-scale recruitment service for foreigners residing in Korea in partnership with HR tech company Wanted Lab .
Clinkers has officially launched the "Glow Recruitment" feature, which integrates Wanted Lab's recruitment information within its all-in-one platform for foreigners, Glow. Glow app and web users can access Wanted Lab's job postings in real time. Specifically, postings focused on IT fields like development, planning, and data will be provided through APIs, tailored to the Glow platform. This will enhance convenience for international job seekers, as they can apply within the app without having to search separately.
The two companies are also introducing a model that links finance and careers. Clinkers is promoting its specialized financial product, "Loan Product Exclusive to E-7 Visa Holders," for foreign users of Wanted Lab, improving financial accessibility and supporting stable settlement in Korea after employment.
The two companies plan to expand their offline presence, starting with online collaboration. They plan to jointly participate in upcoming offline recruitment events for foreign talent, enabling them to connect directly with international talent in the job market.
