중소벤처기업인증원(원장 엄진엽, KOSRE)은 아키브소프트(대표이사 김지성)가 국제표준 ISO 30301 기록경영시스템 인증을 획득했다고 8일 밝혔다.
ISO 30301은 조직의 성과 향상과 목표 달성, 업무 수행에 대한 투명성과 신뢰성, 책임성 확보를 목적으로 기록물의 생산과 관리 전 과정에 걸친 기록관리 경영체제를 국제 표준에 따라 구축·운영하고 있는지를 평가하는 인증이다.
지난 2일 경기도 고양시에 위치한 아키브소프트 본사에서는 최영민 중소벤처기업인증원 과장과 김지성 아키브소프트 대표이사 등이 참석한 가운데 인증서 수여식이 진행됐다.
최영민 과장은 인증서 전수식에서 아키브소프트의 ISO 30301 인증 획득이 기록관리시스템 분야에서 기업의 사회적 책임과 신뢰성을 강화한 사례라고 평가했다.
김지성 아키브소프트 대표이사는 이번 인증을 통해 전자기록물 관리 서비스의 효율성과 고객 신뢰도가 제고될 것으로 기대된다고 밝혔다. 또한 기록경영시스템을 전자기록물 관리 분야에서 지속적인 혁신을 추진하기 위한 핵심 체계로 활용하겠다는 계획을 제시했다.
아키브소프트는 AI 서비스 및 플랫폼 구축, 정보시스템 구축·운영(SI·SM), 표준기록관리시스템 구축·운영 및 유지보수, 경영전략 컨설팅, 전자기록물 이관을 포함한 데이터 마이그레이션, 정보시스템 인프라 설계 및 구축 등 다양한 사업을 수행하고 있다.
특히 한국지역정보개발원, 행정안전부 국가기록원, 공정거래위원회, 해양경찰청, 한국전력공사, 육군 인사사령부, 지방자치단체 등 다수의 정부 및 공공기관 프로젝트를 수행해 왔으며, 그 공로를 인정받아 2019년 경기도지사 표창, 2023년 과학기술정보통신부장관 표창, 2025년 중소벤처기업부장관 표창을 수상했다.

The Korea Small and Medium Business Administration (KOSRE) announced on the 8th that Archivsoft (CEO Ji-seong Kim) has obtained the international standard ISO 30301 records management system certification.
ISO 30301 is a certification that evaluates whether an organization has established and operated a records management system in accordance with international standards throughout the entire process of records production and management, with the aim of improving organizational performance, achieving goals, and ensuring transparency, reliability, and accountability in business performance.
On the 2nd, a certificate award ceremony was held at the headquarters of Akisoft located in Goyang-si, Gyeonggi-do, with the attendance of Choi Young-min, manager of the Small and Medium Venture Business Certification Institute, and Kim Ji-seong, CEO of Akisoft.
At the certificate presentation ceremony, Manager Choi Young-min evaluated Archivsoft's acquisition of ISO 30301 certification as an example of strengthening the company's social responsibility and reliability in the field of records management systems.
Kim Ji-seong, CEO of ArchiveSoft, stated that he expects this certification to enhance the efficiency of electronic records management services and customer trust. He also announced plans to utilize the records management system as a core framework for driving continuous innovation in the field of electronic records management.
Archisoft is engaged in a variety of projects, including AI service and platform development, information system construction and operation (SI/SM), standard records management system construction, operation, and maintenance, business strategy consulting, data migration including electronic record transfer, and information system infrastructure design and construction.
In particular, it has carried out numerous government and public institution projects, including the Korea Regional Information Development Institute, the National Archives of Korea, the Fair Trade Commission, the Korea Coast Guard, the Korea Electric Power Corporation, the Army Personnel Command, and local governments. 中小ベンチャー企業認証院（院長オム・ジンヨプ、ＫＯＳＲＥ）は、アーキブソフト（代表取締役キム・ジソン）が国際標準ＩＳＯ ３０３０１記録経営システム認証を獲得したと８日明らかにした。
ISO 30301は、組織の成果向上と目標達成、業務遂行に対する透明性と信頼性、責任性確保を目的として、記録物の生産と管理全過程にわたる記録管理経営体制を国際標準に従って構築・運営しているかを評価する認証である。
去る2日、京畿道高陽市に位置するアーキブソフト本社ではチェ・ヨンミン中小ベンチャー企業認証院課長とキム・ジソンアーキブソフト代表理事などが参加した中で証明書授与式が行われた。
チェ・ヨンミン課長は、証明書専修式でアーキブソフトのISO 30301認証取得が記録管理システム分野で企業の社会的責任と信頼性を強化した事例だと評価した。
キム・ジソンアーキブソフト代表理事は、今回の認証を通じて電子記録物管理サービスの効率性と顧客信頼度が向上すると期待されると明らかにした。また、記録管理システムを電子記録物管理分野で継続的なイノベーションを推進するための核心体系として活用する計画を提示した。
アーキブソフトはAIサービス及びプラットフォーム構築、情報システム構築・運営(SI・SM)、標準記録管理システム構築・運営及びメンテナンス、経営戦略コンサルティング、電子記録物移管を含むデータ移行、情報システムインフラ設計及び構築など多様な事業を行っている。

2日，在位于京畿道高阳市的Akisoft总部举行了证书颁发仪式，中小企业创业企业认证机构经理崔永民和Akisoft首席执行官金智成出席了仪式。
在证书颁发仪式上，经理崔永敏评价 Archivsoft 获得 ISO 30301 认证，认为这是加强公司在档案管理系统领域的社会责任和可靠性的一个例证。
ArchiveSoft首席执行官金智成表示，他期望此次认证能够提升电子档案管理服务的效率和客户信任度。他还宣布计划将该档案管理系统作为核心框架，推动电子档案管理领域的持续创新。

L'Administration coréenne des petites et moyennes entreprises (KOSRE) a annoncé le 8 qu'Archivsoft (PDG Ji-seong Kim) avait obtenu la certification de système de gestion des documents selon la norme internationale ISO 30301.
La norme ISO 30301 est une certification qui évalue si une organisation a mis en place et exploité un système de gestion des documents conformément aux normes internationales tout au long du processus de production et de gestion des documents, dans le but d'améliorer les performances organisationnelles, d'atteindre les objectifs et de garantir la transparence, la fiabilité et la responsabilité dans les performances de l'entreprise.
Le 2, une cérémonie de remise de certificats s'est tenue au siège d'Akisoft situé à Goyang-si, Gyeonggi-do, en présence de Choi Young-min, directeur de l'Institut de certification des petites et moyennes entreprises, et de Kim Ji-seong, PDG d'Akisoft.
Lors de la cérémonie de remise des certificats, le directeur Choi Young-min a salué l'obtention par Archivsoft de la certification ISO 30301 comme un exemple de renforcement de la responsabilité sociale et de la fiabilité de l'entreprise dans le domaine des systèmes de gestion des documents.
Kim Ji-seong, PDG d'ArchiveSoft, a déclaré s'attendre à ce que cette certification améliore l'efficacité des services de gestion des documents électroniques et renforce la confiance des clients. Il a également annoncé son intention d'utiliser ce système de gestion comme cadre central pour stimuler l'innovation continue dans ce domaine.

En reconnaissance de sa contribution, elle a reçu le prix du gouverneur de la province de Gyeonggi en 2019, le prix du ministre des Sciences et des TIC en 2023 et le prix du ministre des PME et des start-ups en 2025.
