AI 기반 비대면 인지 건강 관리 플랫폼을 개발하는 에이지테크 스타트업 실비아헬스는 개발 중인 디지털 기반 인지 건강 관리 소프트웨어 ‘SILVIA Rx(실비아 알엑스)’가 GS(Good Software) 인증 1등급을 획득했다고 밝혔다.
GS 인증은 국산 소프트웨어의 품질을 검증하는 국가 공인 제도로, 한국정보통신기술협회(TTA) 등 전문 기관이 국제 표준인 ISO/IEC 25023, 25041, 25051 등을 기준으로 기능성, 신뢰성, 사용성, 효율성 등 9개 핵심 항목을 평가해 부여한다. SILVIA Rx는 해당 평가를 통과하며 소프트웨어의 기술적 완성도와 안정성을 인정받았다.
SILVIA Rx는 경도인지장애 위험이 있는 성인을 대상으로 인지 건강 관리를 지원하기 위해 개발 중인 디지털 기반 소프트웨어로, 현재 안전성과 사용 적합성 확인을 위한 임상 연구가 진행되고 있다. 실비아헬스는 앞서 의료기기 제조 및 품질관리 기준 적합 인정서(K-GMP)를 획득했으며, SILVIA Rx는 식품의약품안전처로부터 혁신의료기기로 지정된 바 있다. 회사는 2026년까지 확증 임상시험을 완료하고 의료기기 품목허가를 받아 상용화를 추진할 계획이다.
실비아헬스는 이번 GS 인증을 바탕으로 AI 기반 비대면 인지 건강 관리 플랫폼 ‘SILVIA Wellness’와 SILVIA Rx 간 연계를 강화해 인지 저하 위험 확인부터 관리까지 아우르는 통합 디지털 솔루션을 구축한다는 방침이다. 이를 통해 인지 건강 관리의 접근성과 지속성을 높이는 것을 목표로 하고 있다.

Silvia Health, an agetech startup developing an AI-based non-face-to-face cognitive healthcare platform, announced that its digital-based cognitive healthcare software, 'SILVIA Rx', which is under development, has received GS (Good Software) certification level 1.
GS certification is a nationally recognized system that verifies the quality of domestic software. Specialized organizations, including the Telecommunications Technology Association (TTA), evaluate nine core criteria, including functionality, reliability, usability, and efficiency, based on international standards such as ISO/IEC 25023, 25041, and 25051. SILVIA Rx passed the evaluation, demonstrating its technical perfection and stability.
SILVIA Rx is a digital-based software currently under development to support cognitive health management in adults at risk for mild cognitive impairment. Clinical trials are currently underway to confirm its safety and suitability for use. Silvia Health previously obtained a certificate of conformity to the Korea Good Manufacturing Practices (K-GMP) for medical devices, and SILVIA Rx has been designated as an innovative medical device by the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety.
