정리수납 기반 구독형 홈케어 플랫폼 열다를 운영하는 열다컴퍼니(대표 임찬솔)가 중소벤처기업부의 기술창업 지원 프로그램 팁스(TIPS)에 최종 선정됐다고 7일 밝혔다.
팁스는 민간 투자사와 정부가 협력해 우수한 기술력을 보유한 스타트업을 발굴·육성하는 프로그램이다. 이번 선정은 최근 열다컴퍼니에 시드 투자를 진행한 팁스 운영사 서울대기술지주의 추천을 통해 이뤄졌으며, 열다컴퍼니는 향후 2년간 최대 5억 원 규모의 연구개발 자금을 지원받게 됐다.
열다컴퍼니는 전문가가 주거 공간을 진단한 뒤 맞춤형 정리·수납·가구 재배치 서비스를 제공하는 홈오거나이징 서비스를 운영하고 있다. 기존 고가의 일회성 서비스 중심이었던 시장 구조를 비대면 정기 구독 모델로 전환해, 첫 방문 이후에는 전문가 1인이 부분적인 최적화만 진행하는 방식으로 서비스 비용을 기존 대비 80% 이상 낮춘 것이 특징이다.
회사는 정리수납 과정에서 발생하는 물건 단위 데이터를 디지털화하는 공간 데이터 인프라 구축 역량을 핵심 경쟁력으로 내세우고 있다. 이를 통해 물리적 공간에서 생성되는 데이터를 체계적으로 축적·관리하고, 주거 환경 전반의 비효율을 개선하는 것을 목표로 하고 있다.
열다컴퍼니는 이번 팁스 선정을 통해 확보한 자금을 활용해 공간 내 물건 데이터를 자동으로 분석하고 관리하는 기술을 고도화할 예정이다. 향후에는 단순한 정리수납 서비스를 넘어 가구 내부 데이터까지 관리하는 공간 운영체제, 이른바 스페이스 OS로 서비스를 확장할 계획이다.
임찬솔 열다컴퍼니 대표는 서울대기술지주의 시드 투자에 이어 팁스 선정으로 회사가 추진해온 공간 데이터의 가치를 인정받았다고 밝히며, 실제 공간 데이터를 디지털화해 주거 관리, 청소, 수리 등 생활 전반을 연결하는 구독형 스마트홈 플랫폼으로 성장해 나가겠다고 말했다.

Through this, the company aims to systematically accumulate and manage data generated in physical spaces and improve inefficiencies across the residential environment.
Yeolda Company plans to use the funds secured through this TIPS selection to advance its technology for automatically analyzing and managing data on objects within spaces. Going forward, the company plans to expand its services beyond simple organizing and storage services to include a spatial operating system, dubbed Space OS, that manages data within furniture.
Lim Chan-sol, CEO of Yeolda Company, said that the value of spatial data that the company has been pursuing has been recognized by the selection of TIPS following the seed investment from Seoul National University Technology Holdings, and that the company will grow into a subscription-based smart home platform that connects all aspects of life, including home management, cleaning, and repairs, by digitizing actual spatial data.
