인천창조경제혁신센터(대표이사 이재선, 이하 인천센터)는 중소벤처기업부가 주관하는 「2026년 초기창업패키지(딥테크 특화형)」 바이오·헬스 분야 창업기업을 모집한다고 밝혔다.
초기창업패키지는 딥테크 기술을 보유한 업력 3년 이내 초기 창업기업의 사업 안정화와 성장을 지원하는 정부 대표 창업지원 사업이다. 2026년에는 빅데이터·AI, 로봇, 바이오·헬스, 미래모빌리티, 친환경·에너지 등 딥테크 5대 분야를 중심으로 총 100개사 내외를 선발할 예정이다.
이 가운데 인천센터는 바이오·헬스 분야 주관기관으로 참여해 약 30개사 내외의 창업기업을 선정한다. 선정 기업에는 평균 1억3천만 원, 최대 1억5천만 원 규모의 사업화 자금이 지원되며, 기술사업화, 투자유치, 글로벌 진출을 연계한 맞춤형 지원 프로그램이 제공된다.
인천센터는 제약·바이오 및 헬스케어 분야에 특화된 지원 역량을 바탕으로 기술사업화 전략 로드맵 수립, 인허가 및 임상 컨설팅, 대기업·병원 연계 오픈이노베이션, 투자유치 및 글로벌 PoC 프로그램 등을 단계별로 지원할 계획이다. 특히 송도 바이오 클러스터 인프라와 연계해 기술 고도화부터 실증, 사업화까지 전 주기에 걸친 밀착 지원을 추진한다.
한편 인천센터는 사업에 대한 이해도를 높이기 위해 온라인과 오프라인 사업설명회를 개최했으며, 총 90개 창업기업이 참여하는 등 높은 관심을 보였다.
인천센터 관계자는 “바이오·헬스 분야는 기술력뿐 아니라 임상, 인허가, 투자 연계가 중요한 영역”이라며 “현장 중심의 전문 지원을 통해 초기 딥테크 창업기업이 빠르게 시장에 안착할 수 있도록 적극 지원하겠다”고 밝혔다.

Incheon Center for Creative Economy and Innovation (CEO Jae-seon Lee, hereinafter referred to as Incheon Center) announced that it is recruiting startups in the bio and health fields for the "2026 Early Startup Package (Deep Tech Specialization)" hosted by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups.
The Early Startup Package is a representative government startup support program that supports the business stabilization and growth of early-stage startups with deep tech technologies and less than three years of operation. In 2026, approximately 100 companies will be selected, focusing on five key deep tech sectors: big data and AI, robotics, bio and health, future mobility, and eco-friendliness and energy.
Among these, the Incheon Center will participate as the lead organization in the bio and health sector and select approximately 30 startups. Selected companies will receive commercialization funding of an average of 130 million won, with a maximum of 150 million won, and will be provided with a customized support program that links technology commercialization, investment attraction, and global expansion.
Building on its specialized support capabilities in the pharmaceutical, bio, and healthcare sectors, the Incheon Center plans to provide step-by-step support, including establishing a technology commercialization strategy roadmap, regulatory approval and clinical consulting, open innovation initiatives in collaboration with large corporations and hospitals, investment attraction, and global proof-of-concept (PoC) programs. In particular, the center will collaborate with the Songdo Bio Cluster infrastructure to provide close support throughout the entire lifecycle, from technological advancement to validation and commercialization.
Meanwhile, the Incheon Center held online and offline business briefings to increase understanding of the business, and a total of 90 startups participated, showing great interest.
An official from the Incheon Center stated, “The bio and health sectors are not only about technological prowess, but also about clinical trials, licensing, and investment connections,” adding, “We will actively support early-stage deep-tech startups to quickly establish themselves in the market through on-site, professional support.”

一方、仁川センターは事業に対する理解度を高めるためにオンラインとオフライン事業説明会を開催し、合計90の創業企業が参加するなど高い関心を示した。
仁川センターの関係者は「バイオ・ヘルス分野は技術力だけでなく、臨床、許認可、投資連携が重要な領域」とし「現場中心の専門支援を通じて初期ディープテック創業企業が迅速に市場に安着できるように積極的に支援する」と明らかにした。

Le Centre d'Incheon pour l'économie créative et l'innovation (PDG Jae-seon Lee, ci-après dénommé Centre d'Incheon) a annoncé qu'il recrute des startups dans les domaines de la bio et de la santé pour le « Programme de démarrage précoce 2026 (spécialisation Deep Tech) » organisé par le ministère des PME et des Startups.
Le programme Early Startup Package est un exemple de dispositif gouvernemental de soutien aux jeunes entreprises. Il vise à favoriser la stabilisation et la croissance des startups en phase d'amorçage, spécialisées dans les technologies de pointe et ayant moins de trois ans d'existence. En 2026, une centaine d'entreprises seront sélectionnées, principalement dans cinq secteurs clés des technologies de pointe : le big data et l'intelligence artificielle, la robotique, les biotechnologies et la santé, la mobilité du futur, ainsi que l'énergie et l'environnement.
Parmi ces organismes, le Centre d'Incheon jouera un rôle de chef de file dans le secteur des biotechnologies et de la santé et sélectionnera une trentaine de start-ups. Les entreprises retenues recevront un financement de commercialisation d'un montant moyen de 130 millions de wons, pouvant atteindre 150 millions de wons, et bénéficieront d'un programme d'accompagnement personnalisé axé sur la commercialisation de leurs technologies, la recherche d'investissements et leur expansion internationale.
S’appuyant sur son expertise dans les secteurs pharmaceutique, biotechnologique et de la santé, le Centre d’Incheon prévoit d’offrir un accompagnement progressif, incluant l’élaboration d’une stratégie de commercialisation technologique, l’obtention des autorisations réglementaires et le conseil clinique, des initiatives d’innovation ouverte en collaboration avec de grandes entreprises et des hôpitaux, la recherche d’investissements et des programmes internationaux de validation de concept (PoC). Le Centre collaborera notamment avec l’infrastructure du Songdo Bio Cluster afin d’apporter un soutien étroit tout au long du cycle de vie des produits, de l’avancée technologique à la validation et à la commercialisation.
Parallèlement, le Centre d'Incheon a organisé des séances d'information commerciales en ligne et hors ligne afin d'améliorer la compréhension du secteur, et un total de 90 startups y ont participé, témoignant d'un vif intérêt.
Un responsable du Centre d'Incheon a déclaré : « Les secteurs de la biotechnologie et de la santé ne se résument pas à la prouesse technologique, mais concernent également les essais cliniques, les licences et les relations d'investissement », ajoutant : « Nous soutiendrons activement les jeunes entreprises de technologies de pointe afin qu'elles puissent s'implanter rapidement sur le marché grâce à un accompagnement professionnel sur site. »
