서울테크노파크(원장 윤종욱)는 1월 27일 대한상공회의소 중회의실A에서 2026년 민관공동기술사업화(R&D) 기술이전사업화 사업설명회를 개최한다고 20일 밝혔다. 이번 설명회는 공공기술 이전을 계획 중인 본 사업에 참여를 희망하는 전국 중소기업을 대상으로 마련되며, 서울테크노파크 공식 유튜브 채널을 통해 실시간 중계도 진행된다.
설명회는 기술이전사업화 사업 안내와 질의응답뿐만 아니라, 성공적인 기술이전을 위한 기술사업화 전략 강의, R&D 연구개발계획서 작성 요령 강의 등 기업에게 실질적 도움이 되는 전문가 특강으로 구성됐다. 또한 종료 후 기업 상담부스를 운영해 기술매칭과 사업화 과정에서 발생하는 애로사항을 현장에서 밀착 지원할 계획이다.
서울테크노파크는 다래전략사업화센터, 주식회사 코다와 컨소시엄을 구성해 본 사업을 운영하며, 공공기술의 민간 이전을 기반으로 R&D-실증-사업화 전 과정을 지원하는 전주기 기술사업화 모델을 추진한다.
중소기업기술정보진흥원(TIPA) 관계자는 “설명회는 기술이전사업화에 관심 있는 중소기업이 제도와 추진 절차를 명확히 이해하도록 마련됐다”며 “현장 질의응답을 통해 과제 신청과 수행에 대한 주요 사항을 안내하고 원활한 사업 참여를 지원할 것”이라고 말했다.
서울테크노파크 기업지원팀은 “본 사업은 독자적인 기술 개발이 어려운 중소기업이 공공기술을 활용해 성장 동력을 확보할 수 있는 기회”라며 “많은 기업이 이해도를 높이고 기술경쟁력을 강화하도록 지원하겠다”고 밝혔다.

Seoul Technopark Holds 2026 Public-Private Joint Technology Commercialization and Technology Transfer Briefing Session
Seoul Technopark (Director Jong-wook Yoon) announced on the 20th that it will hold a briefing session on the 2026 Public-Private Joint Technology Commercialization (R&D) Technology Transfer Project at the Korea Chamber of Commerce and Industry's Medium Conference Room A on January 27th. This briefing session is designed for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) nationwide that wish to participate in this project, which is planning to transfer public technology, and will also be live-streamed on Seoul Technopark's official YouTube channel.
The briefing session not only included an introduction to technology transfer and commercialization projects and a Q&A session, but also included expert lectures offering practical assistance to businesses, including a lecture on technology commercialization strategies for successful technology transfer and tips on writing R&D research and development plans. Furthermore, a company consultation booth will be set up after the event to provide on-site support for any challenges encountered during technology matching and commercialization.
Seoul Technopark, in partnership with the Darae Strategy Commercialization Center and Coda Co., Ltd., will operate this project as a consortium. The project will pursue a full-cycle technology commercialization model that supports the entire process from R&D to validation and commercialization, based on the transfer of public technology to the private sector.
An official from the Technology Information Promotion Agency (TIPA) said, “The briefing session was designed to help small and medium-sized enterprises interested in technology transfer commercialization clearly understand the system and procedures,” and added, “We will provide guidance on key matters related to project application and implementation through on-site Q&A sessions and support smooth project participation.”
The Seoul Technopark Corporate Support Team stated, “This project is an opportunity for small and medium-sized enterprises that have difficulty developing their own technologies to secure growth momentum by utilizing public technology,” and added, “We will support many companies to increase their understanding and strengthen their technological competitiveness.”

ソウルテクノパーク（院長ユン・ジョンウク）は１月２７日、大韓商工会議所中会議室Ａで２０２６年、民館共同技術事業化（Ｒ＆Ｄ）技術移転事業化事業説明会を開催すると２０日、明らかにした。今回の説明会は公共技術移転を計画中の本事業に参加を希望する全国中小企業を対象に設けられ、ソウルテクノパーク公式YouTubeチャンネルを通じてリアルタイム中継も進行される。
説明会は技術移転事業化事業案内と質疑応答だけでなく、成功した技術移転のための技術事業化戦略講義、R&D研究開発計画書作成要領講義など企業に実質的に役立つ専門家特講で構成された。また、終了後企業相談ブースを運営し、技術マッチングと事業化の過程で発生する懸念事項を現場で密着支援する計画だ。
ソウルテクノパークは、ダレ戦略事業化センター、株式会社コーダとコンソーシアムを構成して本事業を運営し、公共技術の民間移転に基づいてR&D-実証-事業化全過程を支援する全周期技術事業化モデルを推進する。
中小企業技術情報振興院（ＴＩＰＡ）関係者は「説明会は技術移転事業化に関心のある中小企業が制度と推進手続きを明確に理解するように設けられた」とし「現場質疑応答を通じて課題の申請と遂行に対する主要事項を案内し、円滑な事業参加を支援する」と話した。
ソウルテクノパーク企業支援チームは「本事業は独自の技術開発が難しい中小企業が公共技術を活用して成長動力を確保する機会」とし「多くの企業が理解度を高め、技術競争力を強化するよう支援する」と明らかにした。

Le Technoparc de Séoul organise une session d'information sur la commercialisation et le transfert de technologies dans le cadre de partenariats public-privé à l'horizon 2026
Le Seoul Technopark (directeur Jong-wook Yoon) a annoncé le 20 qu'il organisera une séance d'information sur le projet de transfert de technologie (R&D) public-privé de commercialisation conjointe 2026, qui se tiendra le 27 janvier dans la salle de conférence moyenne A de la Chambre de commerce et d'industrie de Corée. Cette séance d'information est destinée aux petites et moyennes entreprises (PME) de tout le pays qui souhaitent participer à ce projet, qui prévoit le transfert de technologies publiques, et sera également diffusée en direct sur la chaîne YouTube officielle du Seoul Technopark.
La séance d'information comprenait non seulement une introduction aux projets de transfert et de commercialisation de technologies et une séance de questions-réponses, mais aussi des conférences d'experts offrant une assistance pratique aux entreprises, notamment une conférence sur les stratégies de commercialisation des technologies pour un transfert réussi et des conseils sur la rédaction de plans de recherche et développement. De plus, un stand de consultation sera installé après l'événement afin d'apporter un soutien sur place pour toute difficulté rencontrée lors de la mise en relation et de la commercialisation des technologies.
Le Technoparc de Séoul, en partenariat avec le Centre de commercialisation stratégique de Darae et Coda Co., Ltd., pilotera ce projet sous forme de consortium. Ce dernier adoptera un modèle de commercialisation technologique à cycle complet, couvrant l'ensemble du processus, de la R&D à la validation et à la commercialisation, grâce au transfert de technologies publiques vers le secteur privé.
Un responsable de l'Agence de promotion de l'information technologique (TIPA) a déclaré : « La séance d'information visait à aider les petites et moyennes entreprises intéressées par la commercialisation du transfert de technologie à bien comprendre le système et les procédures », et a ajouté : « Nous fournirons des conseils sur les points clés liés à la demande et à la mise en œuvre du projet grâce à des séances de questions-réponses sur place et nous soutiendrons une participation fluide au projet. »
L'équipe de soutien aux entreprises du Technoparc de Séoul a déclaré : « Ce projet offre aux petites et moyennes entreprises qui ont des difficultés à développer leurs propres technologies l'opportunité de dynamiser leur croissance en utilisant la technologie publique », et a ajouté : « Nous aiderons de nombreuses entreprises à approfondir leurs connaissances et à renforcer leur compétitivité technologique. »
