AI 음성인식 기술 전문 기업 라피치(대표 김경회)의 대화형 AI 서비스 통합 플랫폼 ‘ConvAI v1.0’이 조달청 우수조달물품으로 최종 지정됐다.
이번 지정은 라피치가 지난 2023년 하반기 중소벤처기업부 우수연구개발 혁신제품으로 선정된 데 이어, 공공 AI 시장에서 기술력과 제품 안정성을 입증한 결과로 평가된다.
조달청 우수조달물품 제도는 중소·벤처기업 제품 중 기술과 품질이 우수한 제품을 선정하는 제도로, 핵심 기술 적용 및 품질 자료 제출을 조건으로 한다. 2025년 4회차 심사에는 320개 제품이 신청했으며, 67개 제품이 최종 선정됐다.
우수조달물품으로 지정된 제품은 공공기관과 수의계약 체결이 가능하며, 우선구매 대상으로 활용된다. 라피치는 이를 통해 공공 판로 확보와 안정적인 사업 운영이 가능해졌다.
ConvAI는 혁신제품 선정 이후 조달청 주관 혁신제품 시범구매 사업을 통해 시각장애인 복지기관에 서비스가 납품되며 기술 완성도와 현장 적용 가능성을 검증받았다. 이후 사용성 평가를 거쳐 우수조달물품으로 지정됐다.
ConvAI는 실시간 음성처리 기술, AI 엔진 융합 플랫폼, 목소리 생체 인증 솔루션(ASENTI) 등을 통합해 기관 환경에 맞는 맞춤형 AI 서비스 설계를 지원한다.
김경회 대표는 “조달청 우수제품 선정은 AI 기술이 공공 서비스 품질 향상에 기여할 수 있음을 입증한 결과”라며, “NI 사업과 연계해 공공과 민간을 아우르는 AI 통합 솔루션 분야를 선도할 것”이라고 밝혔다.
한편 라피치는 최근 네트워크 인프라 및 데이터센터 구축 전문기업 서경엔씨에스 지분을 116억원에 인수하며 사업 영역을 확장했다. 서경엔씨에스는 약 30년간 공공기관과 민간기업 프로젝트를 수행해온 기업이다.
AI 산업 성장에 따라 데이터센터와 네트워크 인프라 수요가 증가함에 따라, 라피치는 AI 기술과 인프라 구축을 통합해 AI 데이터센터부터 지능형 컨택센터(AICC) 서비스까지 전 과정을 내재화하고 디지털 전환 시장에서 경쟁력을 강화할 계획이다.

The conversational AI service integration platform 'ConvAI v1.0' of AI voice recognition technology specialist company Rafichi (CEO Kyung-hoe Kim) has been finally designated as an excellent procurement item by the Public Procurement Service.
This designation is seen as a result of Rapich's demonstration of technological prowess and product stability in the public AI market, following its selection as an excellent research and development innovation product by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups in the second half of 2023.
The Public Procurement Service's Excellent Procurement Product System selects products from small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and venture companies that demonstrate superior technology and quality. This system stipulates the application of core technologies and submission of quality data. In the fourth round of evaluation in 2025, 320 products applied, and 67 were ultimately selected.
Products designated as excellent procurement items are eligible for contracts with public institutions and are given priority purchasing. This has enabled Rapichi to secure public sales channels and ensure stable business operations.
After being selected as an innovative product, ConvAI was supplied to a welfare organization for the visually impaired through a pilot purchase program for innovative products hosted by the Public Procurement Service, demonstrating its technological completeness and practical applicability. Following a usability evaluation, ConvAI was designated as an excellent procurement product.
ConvAI integrates real-time voice processing technology, an AI engine fusion platform, and a voice biometric authentication solution (ASENTI) to support the design of customized AI services tailored to the institutional environment.
CEO Kim Kyung-hoe said, “The selection of the Public Procurement Service as an excellent product demonstrates that AI technology can contribute to improving the quality of public services,” and added, “In conjunction with the NI project, we will lead the field of integrated AI solutions that encompass both the public and private sectors.”
Meanwhile, Rapich recently expanded its business by acquiring a stake in Seo Kyung NCS, a network infrastructure and data center construction specialist, for 11.6 billion won. Seo Kyung NCS has been working on projects for public institutions and private companies for approximately 30 years.
As the demand for data centers and network infrastructure increases with the growth of the AI industry, Rafich plans to integrate AI technology and infrastructure construction to internalize the entire process from AI data centers to intelligent contact center (AICC) services, thereby strengthening its competitiveness in the digital transformation market.

Cette désignation est perçue comme le résultat de la démonstration par Rapich de sa maîtrise technologique et de la stabilité de ses produits sur le marché public de l'IA, suite à sa sélection comme excellent produit d'innovation en matière de recherche et développement par le ministère des PME et des Startups au cours du second semestre 2023.
Le système d'excellence des marchés publics (Excellent Procurement Product System) sélectionne les produits des petites et moyennes entreprises (PME) et des entreprises innovantes qui font preuve d'une technologie et d'une qualité supérieures. Ce système exige l'utilisation de technologies clés et la soumission de données de qualité. Lors de la quatrième évaluation, en 2025, 320 produits ont été soumis et 67 ont finalement été retenus.
Les produits désignés comme articles d'approvisionnement d'excellence sont éligibles aux marchés publics et bénéficient d'un traitement prioritaire. Cela a permis à Rapichi de sécuriser ses canaux de vente publics et d'assurer la stabilité de ses activités.
Après avoir été sélectionné comme produit innovant, ConvAI a été fourni à une association caritative pour personnes malvoyantes dans le cadre d'un programme d'achat pilote de produits innovants, mis en place par le Service des marchés publics. Ce programme a démontré sa maîtrise technologique et son applicabilité pratique. Suite à une évaluation de son ergonomie, ConvAI a été désigné comme un excellent produit d'acquisition.
ConvAI intègre une technologie de traitement vocal en temps réel, une plateforme de fusion de moteurs d'IA et une solution d'authentification biométrique vocale (ASENTI) pour soutenir la conception de services d'IA personnalisés adaptés à l'environnement institutionnel.
Le PDG Kim Kyung-hoe a déclaré : « La sélection du Service des marchés publics comme produit d'excellence démontre que la technologie de l'IA peut contribuer à améliorer la qualité des services publics », et a ajouté : « En collaboration avec le projet NI, nous serons à la pointe des solutions d'IA intégrées qui englobent à la fois les secteurs public et privé. »
Parallèlement, Rapich a récemment étendu ses activités en acquérant une participation dans Seo Kyung NCS, spécialiste de la construction d'infrastructures réseau et de centres de données, pour 11,6 milliards de wons. Seo Kyung NCS travaille sur des projets pour des institutions publiques et des entreprises privées depuis une trentaine d'années.
Face à la demande croissante en centres de données et infrastructures réseau liée à la croissance du secteur de l'IA, Rafich prévoit d'intégrer la technologie d'IA et la construction d'infrastructures afin d'internaliser l'ensemble du processus, des centres de données d'IA aux services de centres de contact intelligents (AICC), renforçant ainsi sa compétitivité sur le marché de la transformation numérique.
