IoT 기반 스마트 의류수거 솔루션 기업 그린루프(Green Loop)는 광교종합사회복지관과 지역사회 자원순환 문화 확산과 ESG 환경경영 실천을 위한 업무협약(MOU)을 체결했다고 밝혔다.
그린루프는 스마트 의류수거함 오터리와 서비스 애플리케이션 페이옷을 통해 의류 배출 데이터를 수집·분석하고, 이를 참여자 보상과 사회적 가치로 환산하는 자원순환 기업이다.
이번 협약은 단순한 의류 수거를 넘어 의류 수거, 데이터 분석, 가치 환산, 지역사회 환원으로 이어지는 자원순환 구조를 복지 현장에 적용하는 데 목적이 있다. 양 기관은 기술과 복지를 결합한 주민 참여형 ESG 실천 모델을 공동으로 구축할 계획이다.
협약에 따라 광교종합사회복지관은 지역 주민 참여를 기반으로 한 홍보와 캠페인 운영을 담당하고, 그린루프는 스마트 의류수거함 운영과 수거 데이터 관리, ESG 성과 지표화 업무를 맡는다.
양 기관은 연내 지역 주민의 자발적 참여를 유도하는 의류 기부 캠페인과 환경 인식 개선 활동을 공동으로 추진한다. 이를 통해 수거된 의류를 지역사회 환원 구조와 연계해 자원순환의 선순환 모델을 구축한다는 방침이다.
그린루프 관계자는 “이번 협약은 스마트 기술을 활용한 자원순환 시스템이 지역 복지와 결합된 사례”라며 “주민들이 일상생활 속에서 자연스럽게 ESG 실천에 참여할 수 있는 환경을 조성해 나가겠다”고 밝혔다.
한편, 그린루프는 현대백화점, 현대건설, 한국섬유산업연합회 등과 협력해 스마트 의류 수거 생태계를 전국 단위로 확장하고 있으며, 향후 지자체와 민간 기업과의 협력을 통해 순환경제 모델을 지속적으로 확대해 나갈 계획이다.

This agreement aims to apply a resource circulation structure beyond simple clothing collection to welfare settings, encompassing clothing collection, data analysis, value conversion, and community contribution. The two organizations plan to jointly develop a resident-participatory ESG practice model that combines technology and welfare.
According to the agreement, Gwanggyo Community Welfare Center will be responsible for public relations and campaign operations based on the participation of local residents, while Green Loop will be responsible for operating smart clothing collection boxes, managing collection data, and developing ESG performance indicators.
The two organizations will jointly promote a clothing donation campaign and environmental awareness initiatives throughout the year to encourage voluntary participation from local residents. The goal is to link the collected clothing with community-based initiatives, establishing a virtuous cycle model for resource recycling.
A Green Roof representative stated, “This agreement is an example of a resource circulation system utilizing smart technology being combined with local welfare,” and added, “We will create an environment where residents can naturally participate in ESG practices in their daily lives.”
Meanwhile, Green Loop is expanding its smart clothing collection ecosystem nationwide in collaboration with Hyundai Department Store, Hyundai Engineering & Construction, and the Korea Federation of Textile Industries, and plans to continue expanding its circular economy model through collaboration with local governments and private companies in the future.

両機関は、年内に地域住民の自発的参加を促す衣類寄付キャンペーンと環境意識改善活動を共同で推進する。これにより収集された衣類を地域社会還元構造と連携して資源循環の好循環モデルを構築する方針だ。
グリーンループ関係者は「今回の条約はスマート技術を活用した資源循環システムが地域福祉と結合された事例」とし「住民が日常生活の中で自然にESG実践に参加できる環境を造成していく」と明らかにした。
一方、グリーンループは現代デパート、現代建設、韓国繊維産業連合会などと協力してスマート衣類収集エコシステムを全国単位で拡張しており、今後自治体と民間企業との協力を通じて循環経済モデルを継続的に拡大していく計画だ。
