부산창조경제혁신센터(대표이사 김용우, 이하 부산창경)는 부산광역시와 서구청과 함께 일과 휴식이 공존하는 근무환경 조성과 체류형 생활인구 확대를 위해 ‘휴앤워크 서구 워케이션 센터’를 부산형 워케이션 공식 위성센터로 지정하고 운영한다고 밝혔다.
서구 송도해변 일원에 위치한 휴앤워크 서구 워케이션 센터는 지난 1월 26일 부산형 워케이션 참가자가 이용할 수 있는 공식 위성센터로 지정됐으며, 이달부터 본격적인 운영에 들어간다.
이번 위성센터 지정은 인구감소지역인 서구의 지역 여건과 관광, 의료, 해양자원을 활용해 체류형 워케이션을 안정적으로 정착시키고, 참여자의 서부산권 원격근무 활동 반경을 확장하기 위해 추진됐다. 이를 통해 기존 거점센터와 일부 지역에 집중됐던 수요를 분산하고, 지역 간 균형 있는 체류와 소비를 유도할 계획이다.
휴앤워크 서구 워케이션 센터는 지난해 한국해양대학교 물멍라운지에 이어 두 번째로 조성된 공공형 워케이션 업무공간이다. 서부산권에 안정적인 워케이션 인프라를 확충함으로써 향후 민간 숙박시설과 업무공간 확산을 이끄는 기반 시설로 활용될 것으로 기대된다.
해당 센터는 서구 암남동 일원에 위치한 공공형 워케이션 특화 공간으로, 바다 전망을 활용한 개방적인 공간 구성과 함께 업무 집중과 휴식을 모두 고려해 조성됐다. 내부에는 1인 집중형 좌석과 협업형 좌석으로 구성된 업무공간, 화상회의가 가능한 회의실, 소규모 미팅과 네트워킹을 위한 라운지, 휴식과 재충전을 위한 편의공간 등이 마련돼 있다.
서구는 송도해수욕장과 암남공원 등 관광 자원과 함께 대학병원과 종합병원이 위치한 의료관광 인프라를 보유하고 있어, 관광과 의료 자원을 연계한 워케이션 프로그램 운영이 가능할 것으로 전망된다.
한편 부산창경과 부산광역시는 위성센터 운영을 계기로 서구 권역 워케이션에 대한 초기 수요를 창출하기 위해 ‘부산형 워케이션 서구 연계’ 숙박 바우처 지원 이벤트를 한시적으로 추진한다. 이번 이벤트는 총 50명을 선착순으로 모집하며, 부산형 워케이션 참가자를 대상으로 서구 워케이션 지정 숙박시설 이용 시 숙박비 일부를 추가 지원하는 방식으로 운영된다.
부산형 워케이션 사업은 부산광역시와 부산창경이 공동 추진하는 사업으로, 지역 외 기업 임직원과 해외 디지털 노마드를 대상으로 업무공간과 숙박, 관광 콘텐츠를 연계해 체류 인구 확대와 지역경제 활성화를 목표로 하고 있다.
부산창경은 앞으로도 휴가지 원격근무가 가능한 시설을 지속적으로 발굴해 거점센터와 위성센터를 확대하고, 지역 상권과 관광 콘텐츠를 연계한 맞춤형 프로그램을 단계적으로 고도화해 나갈 계획이다.
김용우 부산창경 대표는 이번 위성센터 운영을 통해 부산형 워케이션의 공간적 범위가 서부산권까지 확대되는 계기가 될 것이라며, 숙박 바우처 이벤트를 통해 더 많은 참여자가 부산형 워케이션을 경험하고 지역 체류와 소비로 이어질 수 있도록 지원을 이어가겠다고 밝혔다.

Busan Changgyeong to Operate 'Huenwork Seogu Workation Center' as Busan-style Workation Satellite Center
The Busan Creative Economy Innovation Center (CEO Yongwoo Kim, hereinafter referred to as Busan Changgyeong) announced that it will designate and operate the 'Hu&Work Seogu Workation Center' as the official Busan-type workation satellite center in order to create a work environment where work and rest coexist and to expand the population of people who live a long-term lifestyle, in cooperation with the Busan Metropolitan City and Seogu District Office.
The Hue & Work Seogu Workation Center, located in the Songdo Beach area of Seogu, was designated as an official satellite center for Busan-style workation participants on January 26th, and will begin full-scale operations this month.
This satellite center designation aims to leverage the local conditions of Seo-gu, an area experiencing population decline, and its tourism, medical, and marine resources to establish a stable workcation program. It also aims to expand the scope of remote work activities for participants in the western Busan area. This will disperse demand, previously concentrated in existing hub centers and select regions, and promote a balanced stay and consumption pattern across regions.
The Hue & Work Seogu Workation Center is the second public workation space, following the Korea Maritime and Ocean University's Mulmung Lounge, established last year. By expanding the stable workation infrastructure in the western Busan area, it is expected to serve as a foundation for the future expansion of private accommodations and workspaces.
This center, located in the Seo-gu Amnam-dong area, is a public workcation-focused space. Its open layout takes advantage of ocean views and was designed to foster both focus and relaxation. Inside, the space features workspaces with individual and collaborative seating, conference rooms with video conferencing capabilities, lounges for small meetings and networking, and convenient spaces for relaxation and recharging.
The West possesses medical tourism infrastructure, including university hospitals and general hospitals, along with tourist attractions such as Songdo Beach and Amnam Park. Therefore, it is expected that workation programs linking tourism and medical resources will be feasible.
Meanwhile, Busan Changgyeong and Busan Metropolitan City are launching a limited-time "Busan-style Workcation, West District Linkage" accommodation voucher support event to generate initial demand for workcations in the Seo-gu region, capitalizing on the satellite center's operation. This event will accept 50 participants on a first-come, first-served basis, and will provide additional support for a portion of the accommodation costs when using designated Seo-gu workcation accommodations.
The Busan-type workation project is a joint initiative between Busan Metropolitan City and Busan Changgyeong. It aims to expand the number of residents and revitalize the local economy by linking workspaces, accommodations, and tourism content for employees of companies outside the region and overseas digital nomads.
Busan Changgyeong plans to continue to discover facilities that facilitate remote work in vacation destinations, expand its base and satellite centers, and gradually enhance customized programs that link local businesses and tourism content.
Kim Yong-woo, CEO of Busan Changgyeong, said that the operation of this satellite center will serve as an opportunity to expand the spatial scope of Busan-style workation to the western Busan area, and that he will continue to support more participants to experience Busan-style workation through accommodation voucher events and lead to local stays and consumption.

釜山昌慶、「ヒューアントウォーク西区ウォーキングセンター」釜山型ウォーキング衛星センターとして運営
釜山創造経済革新センター（代表取締役キム・ヨンウ、以下釜山昌慶）は、釜山広域市と西区庁とともに、仕事と休息が共存する勤務環境の造成と在留型生活人口拡大のために、「ヒューアントウォーク西区ウォークセンター」を釜山型ウォーク公式衛星センターに指定して運営すると明らかにした。
西区松島ビーチの一員に位置するヒューアンウォーク西区ウォークセンターは1月26日、釜山型ウォーク参加者が利用できる公式衛星センターに指定され、今月から本格的な運営に入る。
今回の衛星センター指定は、人口減少地域である西区の地域の状況や観光、医療、海洋資源を活用し、在留型ワークを安定的に定着させ、参加者の西部産権遠隔勤務活動半径を拡大するために推進された。これにより、既存拠点センターと一部地域に集中した需要を分散し、地域間のバランスの取れた滞在と消費を誘導する計画だ。
ヒューアントウォーク西区ウォークセンターは昨年、韓国海洋大学の水遊びラウンジに続き、2番目に造成された公共型ウォーキング業務空間だ。西釜山圏に安定したワーキングインフラを拡充することで、今後の民間宿泊施設と業務空間の広がりを導くインフラとして活用されることが期待される。
同センターは西区岩南洞の一員に位置する公共型ウォーキング特化空間で、海の眺めを活用した開放的な空間構成とともに、業務集中と休息の両方を考慮して造成された。内部には、1人集中型座席と協業型座席で構成された業務空間、テレビ会議が可能な会議室、小規模ミーティングとネットワーキングのためのラウンジ、休憩と再充電のための便宜空間などが設けられている。
西区は松島海水浴場や岩南公園など観光資源とともに大学病院と総合病院が位置する医療観光インフラを保有しており、観光と医療資源を連携したワーキングプログラム運営が可能と見込まれる。
一方、釜山昌慶と釜山広域市は、衛星センターの運営を契機に西区圏域ウォケーションに対する初期需要を創出するために、「釜山型ウォーケーション西区連携」宿泊券の支援イベントを一時的に推進する。今回のイベントは合計50人を先着順で募集し、釜山型ウォークの参加者を対象に西区ウォーク指定宿泊施設利用時宿泊費の一部を追加支援する方式で運営される。
釜山型ウォーキング事業は釜山広域市と釜山昌慶が共同推進する事業で、地域外企業役職員と海外デジタルノマドを対象に業務空間と宿泊、観光コンテンツを連携して滞在人口拡大と地域経済活性化を目指している。
釜山昌慶は今後も休暇地遠隔勤務が可能な施設を持続的に発掘して拠点センターと衛星センターを拡大し、地域商圏と観光コンテンツを連携したカスタマイズプログラムを段階的に高度化していく計画だ。
キム・ヨンウ釜山チャンギョン代表は今回の衛星センター運営を通じて釜山型ウォークの空間的範囲が西釜山圏まで拡大するきっかけとなるだろうとし、宿泊バウチャーイベントを通じてより多くの参加者が釜山型ウォーケーションを経験して地域滞在と消費につながるように支援を続けると明らかにした。

釜山昌京将运营“Huenwork西久工作度假中心”，作为釜山式工作度假卫星中心
釜山创意经济创新中心（CEO 金永宇，以下简称釜山昌京）宣布，将与釜山广域市和西区厅合作，指定并运营“Hu&Work 西区工作度假中心”作为釜山官方的工作度假卫星中心，以创造工作与休息并存的工作环境，并扩大长期生活方式的人口。
位于西区松岛海滩地区的Hue & Work西区工作度假中心于1月26日被指定为釜山式工作度假参与者的官方卫星中心，并将于本月开始全面运营。
设立卫星中心旨在充分利用人口减少的西区当地的旅游、医疗和海洋资源，建立一个稳定的工作度假项目。同时，也旨在扩大釜山西部地区参与者的远程工作活动范围。这将分散此前集中在现有枢纽中心和特定区域的需求，促进跨区域的均衡住宿和消费模式。
顺化与工作西区工作度假中心是继去年韩国海洋大学穆尔蒙休息室之后，第二个面向公众开放的工作度假空间。通过拓展釜山西部地区稳定的工作度假基础设施，该中心有望为未来私人住宿和办公空间的扩展奠定基础。
该中心位于首尔西区岩南洞，是一个以工作度假为主题的公共空间。其开放式布局充分利用了海景，旨在营造专注与放松兼顾的工作环境。中心内部设有配备个人和协作座椅的工作区、配备视频会议功能的会议室、用于小型会议和社交的休息室，以及舒适的休闲放松空间。
西方国家拥有完善的医疗旅游基础设施，包括大学附属医院和综合医院，以及松岛海滩和岩南公园等旅游景点。因此，将旅游与医疗资源相结合的“工作度假”项目有望取得成功。
与此同时，釜山昌京区和釜山广域市联合推出限时“釜山式工作度假，西区联动”住宿补贴活动，旨在利用卫星中心的运营，刺激西区工作度假的初期需求。本次活动将以先到先得的方式接受50名参与者，并为使用指定西区工作度假住宿的参与者提供部分住宿费用补贴。
釜山式工作度假项目是釜山广域市和釜山昌京市的联合倡议。该项目旨在通过将工作空间、住宿和旅游资源连接起来，吸引外地公司员工和海外数字游民，从而增加当地居民数量并振兴当地经济。
釜山昌京计划继续探索有利于度假胜地远程办公的设施，扩大其基地和卫星中心，并逐步加强将当地企业与旅游内容联系起来的定制化项目。
釜山昌京首席执行官金容宇表示，该卫星中心的运营将为釜山式工作度假的空间范围扩展到釜山西部地区提供契机，他将继续通过住宿券活动支持更多参与者体验釜山式工作度假，并引导他们在当地住宿和消费。

Busan Changgyeong exploitera le « Huenwork Seogu Workation Center » en tant que centre satellite de loisirs de type Busan.
Le Centre d'innovation de l'économie créative de Busan (PDG Yongwoo Kim, ci-après dénommé Busan Changgyeong) a annoncé qu'il désignera et exploitera le « Centre de travail-habitat Hu&Work Seogu » comme centre satellite officiel de type Busan afin de créer un environnement de travail où travail et repos coexistent et d'accroître le nombre de personnes adoptant un mode de vie à long terme, en coopération avec la ville métropolitaine de Busan et le bureau du district de Seogu.
Le centre de séjour de travail Hue & Work Seogu, situé dans le quartier de Songdo Beach à Seogu, a été désigné centre satellite officiel pour les participants au programme de séjour de travail de style Busan le 26 janvier et commencera ses opérations à grande échelle ce mois-ci.
La désignation de ce centre satellite vise à tirer parti des atouts locaux de Seo-gu, une zone en déclin démographique, et de ses ressources touristiques, médicales et maritimes, afin de mettre en place un programme de télétravail stable. Elle vise également à étendre les possibilités de travail à distance pour les participants de l'ouest de Busan. Ceci permettra de répartir la demande, auparavant concentrée dans les pôles existants et certaines régions, et de promouvoir un équilibre entre les séjours et les modes de consommation sur l'ensemble du territoire.
Le centre de coworking Hue & Work Seogu est le deuxième espace de coworking public, après le Mulmung Lounge de l'Université maritime et océanique de Corée, inauguré l'an dernier. En développant une infrastructure de coworking stable dans l'ouest de Busan, il devrait servir de base à l'expansion future des logements et espaces de travail privés.
Situé dans le quartier d'Amnam-dong, dans l'arrondissement de Seo-gu, ce centre est un espace de travail collaboratif ouvert et convivial. Son agencement aéré offre une vue imprenable sur l'océan et a été conçu pour favoriser à la fois la concentration et la détente. À l'intérieur, on trouve des espaces de travail individuels et collaboratifs, des salles de conférence équipées pour la visioconférence, des salons pour les réunions informelles et les échanges informels, ainsi que des espaces confortables pour se détendre et se ressourcer.
L'Ouest dispose d'infrastructures de tourisme médical, notamment des hôpitaux universitaires et généraux, ainsi que d'attractions touristiques comme la plage de Songdo et le parc Amnam. Par conséquent, on peut s'attendre à ce que des programmes de travail-vacances associant tourisme et ressources médicales soient réalisables.
Parallèlement, Busan Changgyeong et la ville métropolitaine de Busan lancent une opération ponctuelle de soutien à l'hébergement, intitulée « Workcation à la Busan, liaison avec le district ouest », afin de stimuler la demande de séjours de travail dans le quartier de Seo-gu, en s'appuyant sur le fonctionnement du centre satellite. Cette opération, limitée à 50 participants (premier arrivé, premier servi), offre une aide financière pour une partie des frais d'hébergement dans les établissements partenaires de Seo-gu.
Le projet de « travail et vacances » de type Busan est une initiative conjointe de la ville métropolitaine de Busan et de Busan Changgyeong. Il vise à accroître le nombre de résidents et à revitaliser l'économie locale en proposant des espaces de travail, des hébergements et des offres touristiques aux employés d'entreprises hors région et aux nomades numériques internationaux.
Busan Changgyeong prévoit de continuer à identifier des infrastructures facilitant le télétravail dans les destinations touristiques, d'étendre son réseau de centres principaux et satellites, et d'améliorer progressivement les programmes personnalisés reliant les entreprises locales et l'offre touristique.
Kim Yong-woo, PDG de Busan Changgyeong, a déclaré que l'exploitation de ce centre satellite offrira l'opportunité d'étendre la portée spatiale du concept de « travail-vacances à la Busan » à la zone ouest de Busan, et qu'il continuera à soutenir davantage de participants afin qu'ils puissent découvrir ce concept grâce à des offres de bons d'hébergement et favoriser ainsi les séjours et la consommation locaux.
