종합물류서비스 전문기업 태웅로직스의 자회사이자 항공물류 전문 콘솔사인 트랜스올(대표 신윤선)이 국토교통부로부터 상용화주(Regulated Agent) 지정 인가를 받았다.
상용화주터미널은 상용화주가 직접 운영하는 물류 시설로, 터미널 내 보안 검색과 항공화물컨테이너(ULD) 작업을 완료한 화물은 공항 화물터미널의 추가 보안 검색 없이 항공기에 바로 탑재할 수 있다. 이를 통해 공항 반입 대기 시간이 단축되고 항공화물 처리 효율이 향상될 것으로 예상된다.
트랜스올은 지난 2024년 인천국제공항공사와 공항물류단지(G7 부지) 실시협약을 체결한 이후 인천 자유무역지역 내 신규 창고를 확보하고 사업을 확장했다. 현재 G7 부지 내 약 1340평 규모의 신규 창고와 약 800평 규모의 상용화주터미널을 운영 중이며, 시설 구축과 운영 준비를 단계적으로 진행해 지정 요건을 충족했다.
이번 지정 인가를 통해 트랜스올은 최첨단 엑스레이 등 보안·검사 설비를 갖춘 상용화주터미널을 본격 운영하게 됐다. 화물기와 여객기 화물에 대한 BUP(Bulk Utilization Program) 작업을 수행할 수 있는 환경을 구축했으며, 상용화주 전용 보안 트럭 운영과 강화된 보안 프로세스를 적용하고 전담 조직을 구성해 신속한 대응 체계를 마련했다.
트랜스올은 상용화주터미널 전용 브랜드 ‘TACT(Transall Air Cargo Terminal)’를 도입했으며, 향후 고객 친화적 서비스를 강화하기 위해 화물 입고 사진과 중량 정보 제공, SMS 알림 기능을 포함한 차세대 물류 관리 프로그램 ‘T-ONE’을 공개할 예정이다. 이를 통해 고객사는 화물 처리 현황을 실시간으로 확인할 수 있다.
트랜스올 관계자는 이번 지정 인가를 통해 인천공항 내 항공화물 처리 경쟁력을 강화하고, 안정적인 보안 체계와 효율적인 운영을 바탕으로 항공사와 고객사에 차별화된 서비스를 제공하겠다고 밝혔다.

Transall Receives Designation as a Commercial Shipper from the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport
Transall (CEO Shin Yoon-seon), a subsidiary of Taewoong Logistics, a comprehensive logistics service provider and specialized air logistics consolidator, has received approval from the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport to be designated as a commercial shipper (Regulated Agent).
A commercial cargo terminal is a logistics facility directly operated by commercial cargo owners. Cargo that has completed security screening and air cargo container (ULD) loading within the terminal can be loaded directly onto aircraft without additional security screening at the airport cargo terminal. This is expected to shorten airport arrival waiting times and improve air cargo handling efficiency.
Since signing a development agreement with Incheon International Airport Corporation (IIAC) for the Airport Logistics Complex (G7 site) in 2024, Transall has secured a new warehouse and expanded its operations within the Incheon Free Trade Zone. Transall currently operates a new warehouse measuring approximately 4,340 square meters (approximately 4,400 sq ft) within the G7 site and a commercial cargo terminal measuring approximately 2,600 square meters (approximately 8,000 sq ft). The company has met the designation requirements by gradually completing facility construction and operational preparations.
With this designation, Transall has fully operationalized a commercial cargo terminal equipped with state-of-the-art security and inspection equipment, including X-ray equipment. Transall has established an environment capable of conducting Bulk Utilization Program (BUP) operations for cargo and passenger aircraft. Transall has also implemented enhanced security processes, implemented dedicated security trucks for commercial cargo, and established a dedicated team to ensure a rapid response system.
Transall has introduced "TACT (Transall Air Cargo Terminal)," a brand dedicated to commercial cargo terminals. To further enhance customer-friendly services, Transall plans to launch "T-ONE," a next-generation logistics management program that includes cargo arrival photos, weight information, and SMS notifications. This will allow customers to monitor cargo processing status in real time.
Transall officials stated that through this designation and approval, they will strengthen the competitiveness of air cargo handling at Incheon Airport and provide differentiated services to airlines and customers based on a stable security system and efficient operations.
