ICT 보안 선도 기업 이니텍(대표 김철균)이 금융 IT 전문 기업 아임솔텍(대표 김동희)과 증권 분야 총판 계약을 체결했다.
이번 계약은 이니텍의 보안 기술력과 아임솔텍의 증권사 영업 네트워크를 결합해 금융 보안 시장에서의 입지를 강화하기 위해 추진됐다. 아임솔텍은 현재 30여 개 증권사 및 선물사를 고객으로 두고 있으며, 기술 인력의 80% 이상이 중급 이상의 전문 기술자로 구성돼 있다.
총판 계약을 통해 아임솔텍은 국내 전 증권사를 대상으로 이니텍의 보안 솔루션 제품군을 독점 판매할 권한을 갖는다. 공급 제품에는 기존 주력 솔루션뿐만 아니라 제로트러스트 플랫폼과 클라우드 네이티브 애플리케이션 보호 플랫폼(CNAPP) 등 신규 솔루션이 포함된다.
양사는 기술 지원과 공동 마케팅 등 전방위적인 협업을 진행할 계획이다. 이니텍은 아임솔텍에 기술 교육, 마케팅 자료, 테스트 라이선스를 무상으로 제공하며 파트너 에코시스템을 구축하고, 아임솔텍의 영업력과 기술 역량을 활용해 신규 고객 확보와 매출 성장에 집중할 방침이다.
이니텍 관계자는 금융권 클라우드 전환과 보안 패러다임 변화에 맞춰 제로트러스트와 CNAPP 등 차세대 보안 기술 수요가 증가하고 있으며, 아임솔텍과의 협력을 통해 금융 보안 시장에서 리더십을 강화하겠다고 밝혔다.
아임솔텍은 이번 총판 계약을 시작으로 향후 성과에 따라 타 금융권과 공공, 제조 분야로 사업 영역을 확대할 계획이다.

Initech Signs Securities Distribution Agreement with Imsoltech
Initech (CEO Kim Chul-gyun), a leading ICT security company, has signed a distribution agreement in the securities sector with financial IT specialist Imsoltech (CEO Kim Dong-hee).
This agreement aims to strengthen its position in the financial security market by combining Initech's security technology with Imsoltech's securities firm sales network. Imsoltech currently serves approximately 30 securities and futures firms as clients, and over 80% of its technical staff are mid-level or higher-level specialists.
Through this distribution agreement, Imsoltech has exclusive rights to sell Initec's security solution portfolio to all domestic securities firms. The offering includes existing flagship solutions as well as new solutions such as the Zero Trust Platform and the Cloud Native Application Protection Platform (CNAPP).
The two companies plan to pursue a comprehensive collaboration, including technical support and joint marketing. Initech will leverage Imsoltech's sales and technical capabilities to focus on acquiring new customers and driving revenue growth.
An Initech official stated that demand for next-generation security technologies such as Zero Trust and CNAPP is increasing in line with the transition to cloud computing in the financial sector and the changing security paradigm, and that the company will strengthen its leadership in the financial security market through its collaboration with Imsoltech.
Starting with this distribution agreement, Imsoltech plans to expand its business to other financial institutions, the public sector, and manufacturing, depending on future performance.
