출장세차 O2O 플랫폼 ㈜세진사(대표 윤용빈)가 ㈜송파시니어클럽(관장 서승학)과 시니어 출장세차 전문가 양성 및 일자리 연계를 위한 업무협약을 체결했다.
이번 협약은 시니어 인력을 대상으로 현장 중심의 출장세차 전문 교육을 제공하고, 교육 수료자를 실제 업무에 연계하는 것을 목표로 한다. 세진사는 서비스 운영 매뉴얼과 교육 프로그램을 제공하며, 송파시니어클럽은 참여 인력 모집과 사업 운영을 담당한다.
양 기관은 3월부터 ‘출장세차 전문가 교육 과정’을 개설할 예정이며, 실습 중심 교육을 통해 일정 기준을 충족한 인력은 송파시니어클럽 내 출장세차 사업단 운영에 참여할 수 있다. 2026년 하반기에는 정식 사업단 출범을 목표로 세부 운영 방안을 협의할 계획이다.
세진사는 서울 지역 50플러스센터와 협력해 중장년 대상 출장세차 교육 프로그램을 운영 중이며, 서울광역자활센터와 협력해 동대문자활센터 출장세차 사업단이 세진사 협력 크루로 활동하고 있다. 2025년 12월에는 기술보증기금으로부터 소셜벤처 인증을 받았으며, 현재 서울 전역에서 2천 명 이상의 전문 크루와 서비스를 운영하고 있다.
서승학 송파시니어클럽 관장은 “지역 시니어들이 교육을 통해 실제 수익 활동에 참여할 수 있는 기반을 마련했다”고 설명했으며, 윤용빈 세진사 대표는 “현장 중심의 안정적 운영 구조를 구축하고 지역 기관과 협력해 지속 가능한 일자리 연계 모델을 이어가겠다”고 밝혔다.

Sejinsa Signs Business Agreement with Songpa Senior Club
Sejinsa Co., Ltd. (CEO Yongbin Yoon), an O2O platform for mobile car washing, signed a business agreement with Songpa Senior Club Co., Ltd. (Director Seunghak Seo) to train senior mobile car washing experts and provide job opportunities.
This agreement aims to provide field-oriented, specialized mobile car wash training to seniors and connect trainees with practical work. Sejin will provide the service operation manual and training program, while Songpa Senior Club will be responsible for recruiting participants and managing business operations.
The two organizations plan to launch a "Mobile Car Wash Specialist Training Course" starting in March. Through this hands-on training, individuals who meet certain criteria will be able to participate in the operation of the Mobile Car Wash Business Unit within the Songpa Senior Club. They plan to discuss detailed operational plans with the goal of launching the business unit officially in the second half of 2026.
Sejinsa is collaborating with the Seoul 50+ Center to run a mobile car wash training program for middle-aged and older adults. In collaboration with the Seoul Metropolitan Rehabilitation Center, the Dongdaemun Rehabilitation Center's mobile car wash business unit operates as a Sejinsa affiliated crew. In December 2025, the company received social venture certification from the Korea Technology Finance Corporation (KIBO) and currently operates services with over 2,000 professional crews throughout Seoul.
Seo Seung-hak, director of Songpa Senior Club, explained, “We have laid the foundation for local seniors to participate in actual income-generating activities through education,” and Yoon Yong-bin, CEO of Sejinsa, said, “We will establish a stable, field-centered operational structure and continue a sustainable job creation model in cooperation with local organizations.”

セジン社、ソンパシニアクラブと業務協定締結
出張洗車O2Oプラットフォーム(株)セジン社(代表ユン・ヨンビン)が(株)ソンパシニアクラブ(官長ソ・スンハク)とシニア出張洗車専門家養成及び雇用連携のための業務協約を締結した。
今回の条約は、シニア人材を対象に現場中心の出張洗車専門教育を提供し、教育修了者を実際の業務に連携することを目指す。セジン社はサービス運営マニュアルと教育プログラムを提供し、ソンパシニアクラブは参加人材募集と事業運営を担当する。
両機関は3月から「出張洗車専門家教育過程」を開設する予定であり、実習中心教育を通じて一定基準を満たした人材は、松坡シニアクラブ内の出張洗車事業団の運営に参加することができる。 2026年下半期には正式事業団発足を目標に細部運営方案を協議する計画だ。
セジン社はソウル地域50プラスセンターと協力して中長年対象出張洗車教育プログラムを運営中であり、ソウル広域自活センターと協力して東大文字活性センター出張洗車事業団がセジンサ協力クルーとして活動している。 2025年12月には技術保証基金からソーシャルベンチャー認証を受け、現在ソウル全域で2千人以上の専門クルーとサービスを運営している。
ソ・スンハクのソンパシニアクラブ管長は「地域シニアが教育を通じて実際の収益活動に参加できる基盤を設けた」と説明した。

本协议旨在为老年人提供以实地操作为导向的专业移动洗车培训，并为学员提供实际工作机会。世进公司将提供服务操作手册和培训方案，而松坡老年俱乐部将负责招募学员和运营管理。
两家机构计划于3月推出“移动洗车专家培训课程”。通过这项实践培训，符合特定条件的人员将有机会参与松坡老年俱乐部旗下移动洗车业务部门的运营。他们计划就详细的运营方案进行磋商，目标是在2026年下半年正式启动该业务部门。
世真社正与首尔50岁以上人士中心合作，为中老年人开展移动洗车培训项目。东大门康复中心的移动洗车业务部门与首尔市立康复中心合作，以世真社旗下团队的形式运营。2025年12月，世真社获得韩国科技金融公社（KIBO）的社会企业认证，目前在首尔拥有超过2000支专业团队提供服务。
松坡老年俱乐部主任徐承学解释说：“我们通过教育为当地老年人参与实际的创收活动奠定了基础。”世进社首席执行官尹勇彬表示：“我们将建立以实地为中心的稳定运营结构，并与当地组织合作，继续推行可持续的就业创造模式。”

Sejinsa signe un accord commercial avec le club des aînés Songpa
Sejinsa Co., Ltd. (PDG Yongbin Yoon), une plateforme O2O de lavage de voitures à domicile, a signé un accord commercial avec Songpa Senior Club Co., Ltd. (directeur Seunghak Seo) pour former des experts seniors en lavage de voitures à domicile et offrir des opportunités d'emploi.
Cet accord vise à offrir aux seniors une formation pratique et spécialisée en lavage de véhicules mobiles et à leur permettre d'acquérir une expérience professionnelle concrète. Sejin fournira le manuel d'utilisation et le programme de formation, tandis que le club Songpa Senior Club sera responsable du recrutement des participants et de la gestion opérationnelle.
