텔레픽스(TelePIX, 대표 조성익)는 헝가리 정부가 추진하는 국가 지구관측 위성 프로그램 HULEO(Hungarian Low Earth Orbit)에 국토위성급 고해상도 전자광학(EO) 카메라 시스템을 공급하는 계약을 체결했다고 19일 밝혔다. 수출 규모는 수천만 달러 수준이다.
이번 계약은 정부 주도 우주개발 성과가 민간 기업 기술 경쟁력으로 연결된 사례로, 텔레픽스는 항공우주연구원(KARI)으로부터 이전받은 기술을 고도화해 상용화에 성공했다. 텔레픽스는 설계부터 부품 생산, 조립·시험까지 전 과정을 내재화한 수직계열화 체계를 기반으로 유럽 인증을 통과하며 공급사로 최종 선정됐다.
HULEO 프로그램은 저궤도(LEO)에서 운용되는 독자 위성 역량 확보를 목표로 하며, 위성 데이터는 환경 모니터링, 지도 제작, 인프라 관측, 국가 재난 대응 등 다양한 분야에 활용될 예정이다. 프로젝트 총괄은 헝가리 ICT·방산 대기업 4iG 산하 위성기업 REMRED Zrt.가 맡는다.
텔레픽스는 이번 계약과 함께 AI 기반 위성 온보드 프로세싱과 영상 분석 솔루션을 포함한 통합 체계 수출 논의를 진행 중이며, 향후 현지 합작법인(JV) 설립 가능성도 검토하고 있다. 이를 통해 유럽 시장에서 장기적 사업 기회를 확보하고 추가 위성 사업 및 데이터 서비스 영역으로 협력 범위를 확대할 계획이다.

텔레픽스는 광학 탑재체부터 AI 기반 위성영상 처리·분석 솔루션까지 갖춘 우주 AI 솔루션 기업으로, 군집 위성 환경에서도 효율적 운용이 가능한 자동화·통합 솔루션을 개발하고 있다. 최근 기술특례상장을 위한 기술평가를 통과했으며, 하반기 코스닥 상장을 목표로 IPO를 준비 중이다.

TelePIX (CEO Sung-ik Cho) announced on the 19th that it has signed a contract to supply a high-resolution electro-optical (EO) camera system for a national satellite for the Hungarian Low Earth Orbit (HULEO) national Earth observation satellite program promoted by the Hungarian government. The export volume is in the tens of millions of dollars.
This contract exemplifies how government-led space development has translated into the technological competitiveness of a private enterprise. Telefix successfully commercialized the technology it received from the Korea Aerospace Research Institute (KARI) by further enhancing it. Based on its vertically integrated system, which internalizes the entire process from design to component production, assembly, and testing, Telefix passed European certification and was ultimately selected as the supplier.
The HULEO program aims to establish an independent satellite capability operating in Low Earth Orbit (LEO). Satellite data will be utilized in a variety of fields, including environmental monitoring, mapping, infrastructure observation, and national disaster response. The project will be overseen by REMRED Zrt., a satellite company under the Hungarian ICT and defense conglomerate 4iG.
In conjunction with this contract, Telefix is currently discussing exporting an integrated system, including AI-based satellite onboard processing and image analysis solutions. The company is also exploring the possibility of establishing a local joint venture (JV). Through this, the company plans to secure long-term business opportunities in the European market and expand its cooperation into additional satellite business and data services.
Cho Sung-ik, CEO of Telefix, stated, "We will strengthen our technological competitiveness in the global satellite market through an integrated solution that combines high-resolution electro-optical technology with AI-based onboard processing capabilities." Jeon Seung-hwan, Head of Global Business Division, stated, "With this agreement as a starting point, we plan to expand our cooperation to include European satellite operations and data services."
Telefix is a space AI solutions company with solutions ranging from optical payloads to AI-based satellite image processing and analysis. It is developing automated and integrated solutions that enable efficient operation even in constellation satellite environments. It recently passed the technology assessment for a special listing under the technology special treatment and is currently preparing for an IPO, aiming for a KOSDAQ listing in the second half of the year.

TelePIX (PDG : Sung-ik Cho) a annoncé le 19 avoir signé un contrat pour la fourniture d'un système de caméra électro-optique (EO) haute résolution destiné au programme national hongrois d'observation de la Terre en orbite basse (HULEO), piloté par le gouvernement hongrois. Le montant de ce contrat se chiffre en dizaines de millions de dollars.
Ce contrat illustre comment le développement spatial piloté par l'État a permis à une entreprise privée d'atteindre la compétitivité technologique. Telefix a commercialisé avec succès la technologie reçue de l'Institut coréen de recherche aérospatiale (KARI) en la perfectionnant. Grâce à son système intégré verticalement, qui internalise l'ensemble du processus, de la conception à la production des composants, en passant par l'assemblage et les tests, Telefix a obtenu la certification européenne et a finalement été sélectionnée comme fournisseur.
Le programme HULEO vise à établir une capacité satellitaire indépendante opérant en orbite terrestre basse (LEO). Les données satellitaires seront utilisées dans divers domaines, notamment la surveillance environnementale, la cartographie, l'observation des infrastructures et la gestion des catastrophes nationales. Le projet sera supervisé par REMRED Zrt., une société satellitaire appartenant au conglomérat hongrois 4iG, spécialisé dans les TIC et la défense.
Dans le cadre de ce contrat, Telefix discute actuellement de l'exportation d'un système intégré comprenant des solutions de traitement embarqué et d'analyse d'images par satellite basées sur l'IA. Telefix est une société spécialisée dans les solutions d'IA spatiale, proposant des solutions allant des charges utiles optiques au traitement et à l'analyse d'images satellitaires par IA.
