AI·클라우드 기업 메가존클라우드(대표 염동훈)가 바이오테크 기업 셀키에이아이(CellKey AI)와 차세대 바이오 AI 솔루션 글로벌 사업을 위한 전략적 파트너십을 체결했다. 체결식은 경기도 과천 메가존산학연센터에서 열렸으며, 양사 주요 관계자들이 참석했다.
이번 협력을 통해 메가존클라우드는 클라우드·AI 인프라를 제공하고, 셀키에이아이는 바이오 버티컬 AI 에이전트 ‘바이오이오스(BioEOS)’를 해당 인프라 환경에서 운영하며 글로벌 시장 확장을 추진한다. 양사는 BioEOS의 운영 최적화, 기술 고도화, 도입 컨설팅, PoC, 운영 지원 등 제약·바이오 기업과 병원을 대상으로 한 협력을 확대할 계획이다.
염동훈 메가존클라우드 대표는 “바이오 산업의 데이터 규모와 복잡성을 고려할 때 안정적인 클라우드 인프라와 AI 분석 역량의 결합이 필수”라며 “셀키에이아이의 플랫폼과 메가존클라우드 인프라를 결합해 제약·바이오 및 의료 현장에서 실질적 성과를 만들어가겠다”고 말했다.

MegaZone Cloud (CEO Donghoon Yeom), an AI and cloud company, has signed a strategic partnership with biotech company CellKey AI to develop next-generation bio AI solutions globally. The signing ceremony took place at the MegaZone Industry-Academia-Research Center in Gwacheon, Gyeonggi Province, and was attended by key representatives from both companies.
Through this collaboration, MegaZone Cloud will provide cloud and AI infrastructure, while Cellkey.AI will operate its bio-vertical AI agent, "BioEOS," within this infrastructure environment, promoting global market expansion. The two companies plan to expand their collaboration with pharmaceutical and biotech companies and hospitals, focusing on operational optimization, technological advancement, implementation consulting, proof-of-concept (PoC), and operational support for BioEOS.
“Considering the scale and complexity of data in the bio industry, the combination of stable cloud infrastructure and AI analysis capabilities is essential,” said Yeom Dong-hoon, CEO of MegaZone Cloud. “By combining Cellkey.AI’s platform and MegaZone Cloud’s infrastructure, we will create tangible results in the pharmaceutical, bio, and medical fields.”

MegaZone Cloud (PDG : Donghoon Yeom), entreprise spécialisée en intelligence artificielle et en services cloud, a signé un partenariat stratégique avec la société de biotechnologie CellKey AI afin de développer des solutions de bio-IA de nouvelle génération à l’échelle mondiale. La cérémonie de signature s’est déroulée au Centre industriel, académique et de recherche MegaZone de Gwacheon, dans la province de Gyeonggi, en présence de représentants clés des deux entreprises.
