글로벌 AI 에이전트 스타트업 라이너(대표 김진우)가 비즈니스 문서 작업에 특화된 AI 에이전트 ‘라이너 라이트(Liner Write)’를 26일 출시했다고 밝혔다.
라이너는 전문 연구에 특화된 AI 에이전트 라이너 스콜라를 고도화하는 과정에서 축적한 지식 구조화 기술을 기반으로, 복잡한 정보를 비즈니스 성과물로 전환하는 기술적 기반을 마련했다. 이를 토대로 직장인이 실무 현장에서 활용할 수 있는 특화 서비스를 별도로 선보였다는 설명이다.
라이너 라이트는 고정확도 리서치 시스템 라이너 딥 리서치를 기반으로 작동한다. 해당 시스템은 글로벌 AI 성능 평가 지표인 SimpleQA 벤치마크에서 93.7점을 기록했다.
라이너 라이트는 별도 설치 없이 웹 브라우저 기반으로 제공된다. 라이너 검색 메인 화면 또는 워크스페이스에서 해당 모드를 선택해 이용할 수 있다. 이번 출시로 라이너는 정보 탐색 중심의 ‘라이너 AI 검색’, 학술 연구 특화 ‘라이너 스콜라’, 비즈니스 문서 작업에 특화된 ‘라이너 라이트’로 이어지는 서비스 체계를 구축했다.
김진우 라이너 대표는 “학술적 워크플로우 개발 경험을 바탕으로 일반 문서 작업에서도 AI와의 지능형 협업이 가능함을 확인했으며, 사용자가 의사결정에 집중할 수 있는 환경을 제공하겠다”라고 밝혔다.
라이너는 향후 기업 맞춤형 AI 에이전트 도입과 기존 협업 시스템 연계를 확대해 B2B 시장 공략을 강화할 계획이다.

Liner Launches Business-Specific AI Agent 'Liner Lite'
Global AI agent startup Liner (CEO Jinwoo Kim) announced on the 26th that it has launched 'Liner Write', an AI agent specialized in business document work.
Liner has established a technological foundation for transforming complex information into business outcomes, based on knowledge structuring technology accumulated during the process of enhancing Liner Scholar, an AI agent specialized in specialized research. Building on this foundation, Liner has also launched a specialized service specifically designed for practical use by professionals.
Liner Light is powered by the high-accuracy research system Liner Deep Research. The system achieved a score of 93.7 on the SimpleQA benchmark, a global AI performance evaluation index.
Liner Lite is provided as a web browser-based service, requiring no separate installation. You can access it by selecting the appropriate mode from the Liner search main screen or workspace. With this release, Liner has established a service system that includes "Liner AI Search," which focuses on information exploration, "Liner Scholar," which specializes in academic research, and "Liner Lite," which specializes in business document processing.
“Based on our experience developing academic workflows, we have proven that intelligent collaboration with AI is possible even in general document tasks, and we will provide an environment where users can focus on decision-making,” said Kim Jin-woo, CEO of Liner.
Liner plans to strengthen its B2B market presence by introducing customized AI agents for businesses and expanding integration with existing collaboration systems.
