오토노머스에이투지(대표 한지형, 이하 에이투지)가 자율주행 분야 최초로 국가핵심기술 수출 승인을 확보하고, 아랍에미리트(UAE) 아부다비에서 강훈식 대통령 비서실장을 단장으로 하는 대한민국 특사단과 함께 현지 합작법인에 수출 승인서를 전달했다고 26일 밝혔다.
전달식은 지난 해 11월 이재명 대통령의 UAE 국빈 방문 당시 체결된 미래 산업 협력 합의의 후속 조치로 진행됐다. 당시 에이투지는 UAE의 AI 스페이스테크 기업 Space42(스페이스42)와 한국 기업으로서는 처음으로 중동 자율주행 합작법인을 설립한 바 있다. 이번 국가핵심기술 수출 승인은 양국 정상의 선언 아래 UAE를 대상으로 허가된 것으로, 이로써 합작법인은 자율주행 기술 검증과 제도적 절차를 마치고 실질적인 사업 실행 단계로 진입하게 됐다.
행사에는 하정우 청와대 AI미래기획수석과 최영준 주아랍에미리트대사관 공사참사관, 김상진 국가AI전략위원회 국장 등 대한민국 특사단이 참석했다. 에이투지에서는 유민상 CSO가 동행해 현지 합작법인의 사업 로드맵을 공유하고 실증 및 상용화 추진 전략을 논의했으며, 합작법인 파트너인 스페이스42의 뮤니라 알 마르주키(Muneera Al Marzooqi) 상무가 함께 승인서를 확인했다.
이번 수출 승인을 계기로 에이투지는 자체개발한 레벨4 자율주행차 ‘ROii’(로이)와 다양한 개조차를 UAE에 투입한다. 에이투지의 레벨4 자율주행 기술과 스페이스42의 AI 인프라·데이터 역량을 결합한 UAE 합작법인은 중동에서 자율주행차 생산과 실증 사업, AI 모빌리티 사업을 단계적으로 확대하고 있다.

Autonomous A2Z Receives Export Approval for Core Autonomous Driving Technology
Autonomous A2Z (CEO Ji-hyung Han, hereinafter A2Z) announced on the 26th that it has secured the first approval for export of national core technology in the autonomous driving field and delivered the export approval letter to the local joint venture together with the special envoy of the Republic of Korea led by Chief of Staff to the President Kang Hoon-sik in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (UAE).
The transfer ceremony was a follow-up to the agreement on future industry cooperation signed during President Lee Jae-myung's state visit to the UAE last November. At the time, A2G established a joint venture for autonomous driving in the Middle East with UAE-based AI space tech company Space42, the first of its kind for a Korean company. This approval for the export of core national technologies was granted to the UAE following a declaration by the two leaders. With this, the joint venture has completed autonomous driving technology verification and institutional procedures, and is now entering the actual business execution phase.
The event was attended by a South Korean special delegation, including Ha Jung-woo, Senior Secretary to the President for AI Future Planning; Choi Young-joon, Minister-Counselor at the Embassy of the United Arab Emirates in the UAE; and Kim Sang-jin, Director of the National AI Strategy Committee. A2G's CSO Yoo Min-sang accompanied the event, sharing the local joint venture's business roadmap and discussing strategies for promoting verification and commercialization. Muneera Al Marzooqi, Managing Director of the joint venture partner Space42, also confirmed the approval.
With this export approval, A2G will deploy its self-developed Level 4 autonomous vehicle, "ROii," and various modified vehicles in the UAE. Combining A2G's Level 4 autonomous driving technology with Space42's AI infrastructure and data capabilities, the UAE joint venture is gradually expanding autonomous vehicle production, demonstration projects, and AI mobility businesses in the Middle East.
Han Ji-hyung, CEO of Autonomous A2Z, said, “Autonomous driving is a national strategic industry that combines AI, semiconductors, communications, software, and urban infrastructure. This export approval goes beyond simply a company’s overseas expansion and signifies that autonomous driving has entered the global stage as a core technology that will lead Korea to become one of the top three AI powerhouses.” He added, “I would like to express my deep gratitude for the support of the AI Future Planning Senior Secretary’s Office and the approval of the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy. We will not only demonstrate the competitiveness of Korean autonomous driving in the UAE with safety and quality as top priorities, but also dedicate ourselves to technology development in line with the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport’s mobility roadmap for the commercialization of Level 4 autonomous driving by 2027.”

行事にはハ・ジョンウ大統領府AI未来企画首席とチェ・ヨンジュンジュアラブ首長国連邦大使館公社参事官、キム・サンジン国家AI戦略委員会局長など大韓民国特使団が参加した。エイトゥジではユミンサンCSOが同行し、現地合弁法人の事業ロードマップを共有し、実証及び商用化推進戦略を議論し、合弁法人パートナーであるスペース42のムニエラ・アル・マルズキ(Muneera Al Marzooqi)常務が共に承認書を確認した。
今回の輸出承認をきっかけにエイトゥージーは自ら開発したレベル4自律走行車「ROii」（ロイ）と多様な改造車をUAEに投入する。エイツジのレベル4自律走行技術とスペース42のAIインフラ・データ力量を組み合わせたUAE合弁法人は、中東で自律走行車の生産と実証事業、AIモビリティ事業を段階的に拡大している。
ハン・ジヒョンオートノマスエーツージ代表は「自律走行はAIと半導体、通信、ソフトウェア、都市インフラが結合された国家戦略産業で、今回の輸出承認は単にある企業の海外進出を超え、自律走行が大韓民国のAI3大強国を率いる核心技術としてグローバル舞台に進入したことを示す」とし「AI未来感謝申し上げ、UAE現地で安全と品質を最優先に韓国型自律走行の競争力を立証するのはもちろん、国土交通部モビリティロードマップである2027年レベル4自律走行商用化に合わせて技術開発にも完売する」と明らかにした。

Autonomous A2Z的核心自动驾驶技术获得出口许可
Autonomous A2Z（CEO 韩智亨，以下简称 A2Z）于 26 日宣布，已获得自动驾驶领域国家核心技术出口的首个批准，并与韩国总统幕僚长姜勋植率领的特使团一同在阿联酋阿布扎比向当地合资企业交付了出口批准函。
此次技术转让仪式是继去年11月李在明总统对阿联酋进行国事访问期间签署的未来产业合作协议之后的后续行动。当时，A2G与阿联酋人工智能航天技术公司Space42成立了一家在中东地区开展自动驾驶业务的合资企业，这是韩国企业在中东地区开展的首例此类合作。在两国领导人共同签署声明后，阿联酋获得了向韩国出口核心技术的许可。至此，该合资企业已完成自动驾驶技术验证和机构设立手续，目前正进入实际业务运营阶段。
韩国特邀代表团出席了此次活动，成员包括总统人工智能未来规划高级秘书河正宇、阿联酋驻韩国大使馆公使衔参赞崔英俊以及韩国国家人工智能战略委员会主任金相镇。A2G首席战略官柳敏相也出席了活动，并分享了当地合资企业的业务路线图，探讨了促进验证和商业化的策略。合资伙伴Space42的总经理穆尼拉·阿尔·马尔祖基也确认了此次批准。
凭借此次出口许可，A2G将在阿联酋部署其自主研发的L4级自动驾驶汽车“ROii”以及多款改装车型。这家阿联酋合资企业将A2G的L4级自动驾驶技术与Space42的人工智能基础设施和数据能力相结合，正逐步扩大其在中东地区的自动驾驶汽车生产、示范项目和人工智能出行业务。

Autonomous A2Z obtient l'autorisation d'exporter sa technologie de conduite autonome de base
Autonomous A2Z (PDG Ji-hyung Han, ci-après A2Z) a annoncé le 26 avoir obtenu la première autorisation d'exportation de technologie nationale de base dans le domaine de la conduite autonome et a remis la lettre d'autorisation d'exportation à la coentreprise locale en compagnie de l'envoyé spécial de la République de Corée, dirigé par le chef de cabinet du président Kang Hoon-sik, à Abou Dhabi, aux Émirats arabes unis (EAU).
La cérémonie de transfert faisait suite à l'accord de coopération industrielle signé lors de la visite d'État du président Lee Jae-myung aux Émirats arabes unis en novembre dernier. À cette occasion, A2G avait créé une coentreprise pour la conduite autonome au Moyen-Orient avec Space42, société émiratie spécialisée dans les technologies spatiales et l'intelligence artificielle ; une première pour une entreprise coréenne. L'autorisation d'exporter des technologies nationales clés a été accordée aux Émirats arabes unis après une déclaration conjointe des deux dirigeants. La coentreprise a ainsi finalisé la vérification de sa technologie de conduite autonome et les formalités institutionnelles, et entame désormais sa phase opérationnelle.
Une délégation spéciale sud-coréenne, comprenant Ha Jung-woo, secrétaire principal du président pour la planification future de l'IA ; Choi Young-joon, ministre-conseiller à l'ambassade des Émirats arabes unis ; et Kim Sang-jin, directeur du Comité national de stratégie en IA, a assisté à l'événement. Yoo Min-sang, directeur de la stratégie d'A2G, a également participé à l'événement, présentant la feuille de route commerciale de la coentreprise locale et discutant des stratégies visant à promouvoir la vérification et la commercialisation. Muneera Al Marzooqi, directrice générale de Space42, partenaire de la coentreprise, a également confirmé l'approbation.
Grâce à cette autorisation d'exportation, A2G déploiera aux Émirats arabes unis son véhicule autonome de niveau 4, le « ROii », ainsi que divers véhicules modifiés. En combinant la technologie de conduite autonome de niveau 4 d'A2G avec l'infrastructure d'IA et les capacités de données de Space42, la coentreprise émiratie étend progressivement sa production de véhicules autonomes, ses projets de démonstration et ses activités liées à la mobilité basée sur l'IA au Moyen-Orient.
Han Ji-hyung, PDG d'Autonomous A2Z, a déclaré : « La conduite autonome est un secteur stratégique national qui combine l'IA, les semi-conducteurs, les communications, les logiciels et les infrastructures urbaines. Cette autorisation d'exportation va bien au-delà d'une simple expansion internationale et témoigne de l'entrée de la conduite autonome sur la scène mondiale en tant que technologie clé qui permettra à la Corée de se hisser parmi les trois premières puissances mondiales en matière d'IA. » Il a ajouté : « Je tiens à exprimer ma profonde gratitude au Bureau du Secrétaire principal à la planification future de l'IA et au ministère du Commerce, de l'Industrie et de l'Énergie pour leur soutien et leur approbation. Nous allons non seulement démontrer la compétitivité de la conduite autonome coréenne aux Émirats arabes unis, en plaçant la sécurité et la qualité au premier plan, mais aussi nous engager pleinement dans le développement technologique, conformément à la feuille de route du ministère du Territoire, des Infrastructures et des Transports pour la commercialisation de la conduite autonome de niveau 4 d'ici 2027. »
