기술보증기금(이사장 김종호, 이하 ‘기보’)은 26일(목) 충청북도청에서 이노비즈협회 충북지회(회장 안준식, 이하 ‘충북지회’)와 ‘지식재산공제사업 활성화를 통한 공동발전 업무협약’을 체결했다고 밝혔다.
이번 협약은 양 기관이 보유한 기업 지원 인프라와 지역 네트워크를 연계해 충북지역 기술중소기업의 지식재산공제 가입을 확대하고, 공제사업에 대한 인지도를 제고하기 위해 마련됐다.
지식재산공제사업은 중소·중견기업의 지식재산(IP) 관련 비용 부담을 완화해 기술경쟁력 확보를 지원하는 제도로, 2019년 기보가 지식재산처와 함께 국내 최초로 도입했다. 기보는 공제 가입기업이 납입한 부금을 기반으로 기금을 조성하고, 가입기업에게 지식재산권 분쟁이나 국내외 출원 등의 사유 발생시 해당 비용을 지원함으로써 기업의 안정적인 성장을 돕고 있다.
협약에 따라 기보는 충북지역 기술혁신형 중소기업을 대상으로 지식재산공제 설명회와 맞춤형 상담을 운영하고, 충북지회는 지역기업 네트워크를 활용해 공제사업 홍보를 지원한다. 양 기관은 이를 통해 지역 중소기업의 지식재산 역량을 강화하고, 지역경제 활성화를 위한 협력을 이어갈 방침이다.
안준식 충북지회장은 “지식재산공제사업이 기술혁신형 중소기업의 경쟁력 강화에 실질적인 도움이 될 것으로 기대한다”라며, “이번 협약을 계기로 지역기업들이 공제제도를 적극 활용할 수 있도록 지원하겠다”고 밝혔다.
권세왕 기보 지식재산공제센터장은 “기보는 이노비즈협회 충북지회의 지역기업 네트워크를 적극 활용해 지식재산공제의 인지도를 높이고 신규가입 홍보활동을 적극 추진할 계획”이라며, “이번 협약을 통해 지역 중소기업의 지식재산공제 가입 확대와 기술경쟁력 강화에 더욱 힘쓰겠다”고 전했다.

Kibo Signs Business Agreement with the Chungbuk Branch of the Innobiz Association
The Korea Technology Finance Corporation (Korea Technology Finance Corporation, Chairman Kim Jong-ho, hereinafter referred to as “KIBO”) announced on Thursday, the 26th, that it signed a “Joint Development Agreement through Activation of Intellectual Property Mutual Aid Projects” with the Chungbuk Branch of the Innobiz Association (Chairman Ahn Jun-sik, hereinafter referred to as “Chungbuk Branch”) at the Chungcheongbuk-do Provincial Office.
This agreement was established to expand the participation of technology SMEs in the Chungbuk region in the intellectual property insurance system by linking the corporate support infrastructure and regional networks of both organizations and to raise awareness of the insurance program.
The Intellectual Property (IP) Deduction Program, a program designed to alleviate the burden of intellectual property (IP)-related costs for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and help them secure technological competitiveness, was first introduced in Korea by KIBO in 2019 in collaboration with the Ministry of Intellectual Property. KIBO establishes a fund based on premiums paid by participating companies and provides financial support for participating companies in cases such as IP disputes or domestic and international patent applications, thereby fostering stable corporate growth.
Under the agreement, KIBO will conduct information sessions and provide customized consultations on intellectual property deductions for technologically innovative SMEs in the Chungcheongbuk-do region, while the Chungcheongbuk-do branch will support the promotion of the deduction program by leveraging its local business network. Through this agreement, the two organizations plan to strengthen the intellectual property capabilities of local SMEs and continue their cooperation to revitalize the local economy.
Chungbuk Branch President Ahn Jun-sik said, “I expect the Intellectual Property Mutual Aid Program to be of practical help in strengthening the competitiveness of technologically innovative small and medium-sized enterprises,” and added, “Through this agreement, we will support local companies to actively utilize the mutual aid program.”
Kwon Se-wang, head of the Intellectual Property Insurance Center at Kibo, said, “Kibo plans to actively utilize the regional corporate network of the Chungbuk branch of the Innobiz Association to raise awareness of the Intellectual Property Insurance and actively promote new subscriptions,” adding, “Through this agreement, we will further strive to expand subscriptions to the Intellectual Property Insurance for local small and medium-sized enterprises and strengthen their technological competitiveness.”

技術保証基金（理事長キム・ジョンホ、以下「棋保」）は２６日（木）忠清北道庁でイノビズ協会忠北支会（会長アン・ジュンシク、以下「忠北支会」）と「知識財産共済事業活性化による共同発展業務協約」を締結したと明らかにした。
今回の条約は、両機関が保有する企業支援インフラと地域ネットワークを連携し、忠北地域技術中小企業の知的財産控除加入を拡大し、控除事業に対する認知度を高めるために設けられた。
知的財産共済事業は、中小・中堅企業の知的財産（IP）関連の費用負担を緩和し、技術競争力確保を支援する制度で、2019年に棋保が知的財産先とともに国内初に導入した。起報は控除加入企業が納入した賦金を基に基金を造成し、加入企業に知的財産権紛争や国内外出願などの事由発生時に該当費用を支援することで企業の安定的な成長を助けている。
条約に基づき、棋保は忠北地域技術革新型中小企業を対象に知識財産共済説明会とカスタマイズされた相談を運営し、忠北支会は地域企業ネットワークを活用して共済事業の広報を支援する。両機関はこれを通じて地域中小企業の知的財産能力を強化し、地域経済活性化のための協力を続ける方針だ。

韩国科技金融公司（韩国科技金融公司，董事长金钟浩，以下简称“KIBO”）于26日星期四宣布，在忠清北道政府与韩国产业技术振兴会忠清北道分会（董事长安俊植，以下简称“忠清北道分会”）签署了“通过激活知识产权互助项目开展联合开发协议”。
该协议旨在通过连接两个组织的机构支持基础设施和区域网络，扩大忠清北道科技中小企业参与知识产权保险体系的程度，并提高人们对该保险计划的认识。
知识产权（IP）扣除计划旨在减轻中小企业（SME）的知识产权相关成本负担，帮助其提升技术竞争力。该计划由韩国知识产权局（KIBO）于2019年与知识产权部合作推出。KIBO根据参与企业缴纳的保费设立基金，为参与企业在知识产权纠纷或国内外专利申请等情况下提供财政支持，从而促进企业稳定发展。
根据协议，KIBO将为忠清北道地区的技术创新型中小企业举办信息宣讲会并提供知识产权抵扣方面的定制咨询服务，而忠清北道分公司将利用其本地商业网络，支持该抵扣项目的推广。双方计划通过该协议，增强当地中小企业的知识产权能力，并继续合作，以振兴当地经济。

La Korea Technology Finance Corporation (Korea Technology Finance Corporation, président Kim Jong-ho, ci-après dénommée « KIBO ») a annoncé jeudi 26 avoir signé un « accord de développement conjoint par le biais de l’activation de projets d’entraide en matière de propriété intellectuelle » avec la branche Chungbuk de l’association Innobiz (président Ahn Jun-sik, ci-après dénommée « branche Chungbuk ») au bureau provincial de Chungcheongbuk-do.
Cet accord a été établi pour élargir la participation des PME technologiques de la région de Chungbuk au système d'assurance de la propriété intellectuelle en reliant l'infrastructure de soutien aux entreprises et les réseaux régionaux des deux organisations et pour sensibiliser au programme d'assurance.
Le Programme de déduction pour la propriété intellectuelle (PI), conçu pour alléger le fardeau des coûts liés à la propriété intellectuelle pour les petites et moyennes entreprises (PME) et les aider à garantir leur compétitivité technologique, a été introduit en Corée en 2019 par KIBO en collaboration avec le ministère de la Propriété intellectuelle. KIBO constitue un fonds alimenté par les cotisations des entreprises participantes et leur apporte un soutien financier en cas de litiges en matière de PI ou de demandes de brevets nationaux et internationaux, favorisant ainsi une croissance durable.
Aux termes de cet accord, KIBO organisera des séances d'information et proposera des consultations personnalisées sur les déductions fiscales liées à la propriété intellectuelle aux PME innovantes du Chungcheongbuk-do. La branche locale de KIBO, quant à elle, soutiendra la promotion de ce programme de déduction en mobilisant son réseau d'entreprises. Grâce à cet accord, les deux organisations entendent renforcer les compétences des PME locales en matière de propriété intellectuelle et poursuivre leur coopération pour dynamiser l'économie locale.
Le président de la branche de Chungbuk, Ahn Jun-sik, a déclaré : « Je m'attends à ce que le programme d'entraide en matière de propriété intellectuelle contribue concrètement à renforcer la compétitivité des petites et moyennes entreprises technologiquement innovantes », et a ajouté : « Grâce à cet accord, nous soutiendrons les entreprises locales afin qu'elles utilisent activement ce programme d'entraide. »
Kwon Se-wang, responsable du Centre d'assurance de la propriété intellectuelle chez Kibo, a déclaré : « Kibo prévoit d'utiliser activement le réseau d'entreprises régional de la branche Chungbuk de l'Association Innobiz pour sensibiliser à l'assurance de la propriété intellectuelle et promouvoir activement de nouvelles souscriptions », ajoutant : « Grâce à cet accord, nous nous efforcerons davantage d'élargir le nombre de souscriptions à l'assurance de la propriété intellectuelle pour les petites et moyennes entreprises locales et de renforcer leur compétitivité technologique. »
