서울투자진흥재단과 법무법인(유) 세종이 26일 외국인 투자유치 활성화와 투자기업 지원 강화를 위한 업무협약(MOU)을 체결했다.
서울투자진흥재단은 서울시 투자유치 전담기관으로, 국내외 기업의 서울 투자 유치를 지원하고 투자환경 홍보, 투자 상담, 인센티브 안내 등 종합적인 투자 지원 서비스를 제공하고 있다. 재단은 이번 협약을 통해 외국인 투자기업에 대한 법률 자문 연계를 강화하고, 투자유치부터 정착까지 전 과정에 대한 지원 체계를 고도화할 계획이다.
법무법인 세종은 M&A, 금융, 조세 등 기업 활동 전반에 걸쳐 다양한 산업의 국내외 고객에게 종합 법률서비스를 제공하고 있다. 2025년에는 창사 이래 최대 실적을 기록하며 성장세를 이어가고 있으며, 국내 주요 로펌으로서의 입지를 강화하고 있다.
협약에 따라 법무법인 세종은 서울 진출 및 투자와 관련된 법률, 금융, 회계 등 전문 자문 서비스를 제공하고, 투자 과정에서 발생할 수 있는 법률적 리스크를 사전에 검토·지원할 예정이다. 이를 통해 외국인 투자기업의 투자 안정성과 실행 가능성을 높일 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
양 기관은 국내외 유망 기업 공동 발굴 및 홍보, 투자유치 관련 행사 협력, 투자정보 및 기업정보 공유 등 다양한 분야에서도 협력을 추진한다. 이를 바탕으로 외국인 투자기업의 서울 진출을 보다 체계적으로 지원하고 투자유치 성과를 확대할 방침이다.
이지형 서울투자진흥재단 이사장은 외국투자가와 외국인 투자기업이 서울에서 사업을 추진하는 과정에서 겪는 법률·절차적 부담을 완화하고, 신뢰할 수 있는 투자환경 조성에 힘쓰겠다고 밝혔다.

On the 26th, the Seoul Investment Promotion Foundation and Sejong Law Firm signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to promote foreign investment and strengthen support for investment companies.
The Seoul Investment Promotion Foundation (SIP), the Seoul Metropolitan Government's dedicated investment attraction agency, supports domestic and international companies in attracting investment to Seoul and provides comprehensive investment support services, including promotion of the investment environment, investment consulting, and incentive guidance. Through this agreement, the foundation plans to strengthen its legal advisory services for foreign-invested companies and enhance its support system across the entire investment process, from attracting investment to settling in.
Sejong Law Firm provides comprehensive legal services to domestic and international clients across a wide range of industries, covering all aspects of corporate activities, including M&A, finance, and taxation. In 2025, the firm achieved its highest performance since its founding, continuing its growth and strengthening its position as a leading law firm in Korea.
Under the agreement, Sejong Law Firm will provide specialized legal, financial, and accounting advisory services related to establishing and investing in Seoul, as well as proactively review and support legal risks that may arise during the investment process. This is expected to enhance the investment stability and feasibility of foreign-invested companies.
The two organizations will collaborate in various areas, including jointly discovering and promoting promising domestic and international companies, cooperating on investment attraction events, and sharing investment and corporate information. Based on this, they plan to more systematically support foreign-invested companies' expansion into Seoul and expand their investment attraction efforts.
Lee Ji-hyung, Chairman of the Seoul Investment Promotion Foundation, announced that he will work to alleviate the legal and procedural burdens faced by foreign investors and foreign-invested companies when conducting business in Seoul and to create a trustworthy investment environment.

ソウル投資振興財団と法務法人(有)世宗が26日、外国人投資誘致活性化と投資企業支援強化のための業務協約(MOU)を締結した。

条約に基づき、法務法人世宗はソウル進出および投資に関連する法律、金融、会計などの専門諮問サービスを提供し、投資過程で発生する可能性のある法律的リスクを事前に検討・支援する予定だ。これにより、外国人投資企業の投資安定性と実行可能性を高めることができると期待される。
両機関は、国内外の有望企業共同発掘及び広報、投資誘致関連行事協力、投資情報及び企業情報共有など多様な分野でも協力を推進する。これをもとに外国人投資企業のソウル進出をより体系的に支援し、投資誘致成果を拡大する方針だ。
イ・ジヒョンソウル投資振興財団理事長は、外国投資家と外国人投資企業がソウルで事業を推進する過程で経験する法律・手続的負担を緩和し、信頼できる投資環境の造成に努めると明らかにした。

Le 26, la Fondation de promotion des investissements de Séoul et le cabinet d'avocats Sejong ont signé un protocole d'accord (MOU) visant à promouvoir les investissements étrangers et à renforcer le soutien aux sociétés d'investissement.
La Fondation pour la promotion des investissements de Séoul (SIP), agence dédiée à l'attraction des investissements du gouvernement métropolitain de Séoul, accompagne les entreprises nationales et internationales dans leurs efforts pour attirer des investissements à Séoul et leur offre une gamme complète de services de soutien, notamment la promotion d'un environnement favorable aux investissements, le conseil en investissement et l'information sur les incitations fiscales. Grâce à cet accord, la fondation entend renforcer ses services de conseil juridique aux entreprises à capitaux étrangers et consolider son dispositif d'accompagnement tout au long du processus d'investissement, de la recherche de financements à l'installation.
Le cabinet d'avocats Sejong offre une gamme complète de services juridiques à une clientèle nationale et internationale issue de nombreux secteurs d'activité, couvrant tous les aspects des activités des entreprises, notamment les fusions-acquisitions, la finance et la fiscalité.
