AI 기반 IT 인프라 솔루션 전문 기업 에어키(대표이사 사장 이창진)는 3일 이창진 전략경영본부장을 신임 대표이사 사장으로 선임했다고 밝혔다.
이창진 신임 대표이사는 지난해 6월 에어키에 합류해 경영전략본부장으로서 회사의 비즈니스 전략 수립, 재무, 인사 등 경영 전반을 총괄했다. 12월부터는 그룹 미래전략실 실장을 겸직하며 중장기 성장 전략을 이끌었다. 전략 수립과 실행, 조직 운영에서의 전문성과 리더십을 인정받아 이번 승진과 함께 대표이사 사장에 취임했다.
이 대표는 “에어키가 24년간 축적한 기술력과 고객 신뢰를 기반으로 미래 성장 동력을 확보하고 지속가능한 사업 구조를 강화하겠다”며 “수익성 중심의 경영 체질 개선과 AI 분야 사업 확장을 통해 한 단계 도약하겠다”고 밝혔다.
이창진 대표는 LG CNS 연구원을 시작으로 한글과컴퓨터, CJ올리브네트웍스, 빗썸코리아 등에서 전략기획 및 경영 전략을 담당하며 기업 전략 수립, 인수합병(M&A), 기획조정 등 핵심 보직을 역임했다. 학력은 서울대학교 학사·석사, 성균관대학교 박사 학위를 보유하고 있다.
에어키는 시스코를 비롯한 글로벌 IT 선도 기업의 국내 파트너로 활동하며, 올해 시스코 신규 파트너 프로그램에서 네트워킹·보안 분야 ‘프리퍼드 파트너(Preferred Partner)’ 및 클라우드·AI, 서비스, 콜라보레이션 분야 ‘포트폴리오 파트너’ 자격을 획득하며 전문성과 기술 역량을 인정받았다.
Airkey Appoints Lee Chang-jin, Head of Strategic Management, as New CEO and President
Airkey (CEO Lee Chang-jin), a company specializing in AI-based IT infrastructure solutions, announced on the 3rd that it has appointed Lee Chang-jin, head of the Strategic Management Division, as its new CEO.
Newly appointed CEO Lee Chang-jin joined Airkey in June of last year and, as Head of the Management Strategy Division, oversaw all aspects of the company's operations, including business strategy development, finance, and human resources. Since December, he has concurrently served as Head of the Group's Future Strategy Office, spearheading the company's mid- to long-term growth strategy. Recognized for his expertise and leadership in strategy development, execution, and organizational operations, he has been promoted to CEO and President.
The CEO stated, “Based on the technological prowess and customer trust Airkey has accumulated over the past 24 years, we will secure future growth engines and strengthen our sustainable business structure,” adding, “We will take a leap forward by improving our management structure to focus on profitability and expanding our business in the AI field.”
CEO Lee Chang-jin began his career as a researcher at LG CNS, then moved to Hancom, CJ OliveNetworks, and Bithumb Korea, where he held key positions in strategic planning and management strategy, including corporate strategy formulation, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and planning coordination. He holds bachelor's and master's degrees from Seoul National University and a doctorate from Sungkyunkwan University.
Airkey is a domestic partner of leading global IT companies including Cisco, and this year, it was recognized for its expertise and technological capabilities by obtaining the 'Preferred Partner' status in the networking and security field and the 'Portfolio Partner' status in the cloud, AI, service, and collaboration fields in Cisco's new partner program.

AI基盤ITインフラソリューション専門企業エアキー(代表取締役社長イチャンジン)は3日、李チャンジン戦略経営本部長を新任代表取締役社長に選任したと明らかにした。
イ・チャンジン新任代表理事は昨年6月、エアキーに合流して経営戦略本部長として会社のビジネス戦略樹立、財務、人事など経営全般を総括した。 12月からはグループ未来戦略室の実装を兼務し、中長期の成長戦略を導いた。戦略樹立と実行、組織運営における専門性とリーダーシップを認められ、今回の昇進とともに代表取締役社長に就任した。

イ・チャンジン代表はLG CNS研究員を皮切りにハングルとコンピュータ、CJオリーブネットワークス、ビッサムコリアなどで戦略企画および経営戦略を担当し、企業戦略樹立、買収合併(M&A)、企画調整など核心保職を歴任した。学歴はソウル大学学士・修士、成均館大学博士学位を保有している。

专注于人工智能IT基础设施解决方案的公司Airkey（CEO：李昌镇）于3日宣布，已任命战略管理部部长李昌镇为新任CEO。
新任首席执行官李昌镇于去年6月加入Airkey，担任管理战略部负责人，负责公司运营的各个方面，包括业务战略制定、财务和人力资源。自去年12月起，他还兼任集团未来战略办公室负责人，领导公司制定中长期增长战略。凭借其在战略制定、执行和组织运营方面的专业知识和领导才能，他被晋升为首席执行官兼总裁。

Airkey (PDG Lee Chang-jin), une société spécialisée dans les solutions d'infrastructure informatique basées sur l'IA, a annoncé le 3 qu'elle avait nommé Lee Chang-jin, chef de la division de gestion stratégique, comme son nouveau PDG.
Lee Chang-jin, récemment nommé PDG, a rejoint Airkey en juin dernier. À la tête de la division Stratégie de gestion, il supervisait l'ensemble des opérations de l'entreprise, notamment le développement de la stratégie commerciale, les finances et les ressources humaines. Depuis décembre, il dirige également le Bureau de la stratégie future du Groupe, pilotant la stratégie de croissance à moyen et long terme de l'entreprise. Reconnu pour son expertise et son leadership en matière de développement stratégique, de mise en œuvre et d'organisation, il a été promu PDG et président.
Le PDG a déclaré : « Forts de l'expertise technologique et de la confiance de nos clients acquises au cours des 24 dernières années, nous allons consolider nos futurs moteurs de croissance et renforcer notre structure commerciale durable », ajoutant : « Nous allons franchir une étape importante en améliorant notre structure de gestion afin de nous concentrer sur la rentabilité et de développer nos activités dans le domaine de l'IA. »
Le PDG Lee Chang-jin a débuté sa carrière comme chercheur chez LG CNS, avant de rejoindre Hancom, CJ OliveNetworks et Bithumb Korea, où il a occupé des postes clés en planification stratégique et en gestion, notamment en matière de stratégie d'entreprise, de fusions-acquisitions et de coordination de la planification. Il est titulaire d'une licence et d'une maîtrise de l'Université nationale de Séoul et d'un doctorat de l'Université Sungkyunkwan.
