바이브컴퍼니와 KG제로인은 금융 산업의 인공지능 전환(AX) 시장 선점을 목표로 업무협약(MOU)을 체결했다고 밝혔다.
양사는 이번 협약을 계기로 금융권 내 AX 사업 기회를 공동으로 발굴하고, 구체적인 사업 모델을 함께 설계해 나갈 계획이다. 바이브컴퍼니는 KG제로인이 보유한 금융 데이터 분석 역량에 자사의 AI 및 대규모언어모델(LLM) 기술을 접목해 금융 실무 환경에 최적화된 AI 에이전트 서비스를 구현한다는 구상이다.
협력 범위는 AI 사업 확대를 위한 공동 마케팅, 금융·공공·제조·엔터프라이즈 분야의 AX 및 DX 사업 협력, 사업 추진에 필요한 콘텐츠 및 데이터 상호 제공 등을 포함한다. 양사는 각 사의 전문성을 기반으로 산업별 특성에 맞춘 AX 사업을 단계적으로 확장해 나갈 방침이다.
특히 보안과 안정성이 중요한 금융권 특성을 고려해 초기 단계에서는 온프레미스(구축형) AI 중심의 사업에 집중할 예정이다. 이를 통해 금융기관이 내부 데이터를 외부 유출 우려 없이 활용할 수 있는 환경을 마련하고, 이후 협력 영역을 점진적으로 넓혀간다는 계획이다.
윤준태 바이브컴퍼니 부사장은 KG제로인과의 협력이 금융 산업에 특화된 AX 모델을 구체화하는 계기가 될 것이라고 밝혔다. 한수혁 KG제로인 대표 역시 바이브컴퍼니의 LLM 기술을 자사 금융 솔루션에 적용해 실질적인 AX 사례를 창출하고, 금융기관이 체감할 수 있는 AI 도입 방안을 제시하겠다고 전했다.
최근 금융권에서는 생성형 AI와 데이터 분석 기술을 결합한 맞춤형 솔루션 도입이 확대되면서, IT 기업과 금융 데이터 전문 기업 간 전략적 제휴가 잇따르고 있다.

The scope of the collaboration includes joint marketing to expand AI business, collaboration on AX and DX projects in the finance, public, manufacturing, and enterprise sectors, and the mutual provision of content and data necessary for business advancement. Building on each company's expertise, the two companies plan to gradually expand their AX businesses tailored to the specific needs of each industry.
Considering the financial sector's inherent importance of security and stability, the initial focus will be on on-premise AI-centric projects. This will create an environment where financial institutions can utilize internal data without fear of external leakage, and the plan is to gradually expand the scope of cooperation thereafter.
Yoon Jun-tae, Vice President of Vibe Company, stated that the collaboration with KG Zeroin will serve as an opportunity to flesh out an AX model tailored to the financial industry. Han Su-hyeok, CEO of KG Zeroin, also stated that Vibe Company will apply LLM technology to its financial solutions to create practical AX cases and present a tangible AI adoption plan for financial institutions.

Vibe Company et KG Zeroin ont annoncé avoir signé un protocole d'accord (MOU) dans le but de prendre la tête du marché de la transformation par l'intelligence artificielle (AX) dans le secteur financier.
Grâce à cet accord, les deux entreprises prévoient d'identifier conjointement les opportunités commerciales d'AX au sein du secteur financier et de concevoir conjointement un modèle commercial spécifique. Vibe Company prévoit d'intégrer les capacités d'analyse de données financières de KG Zeroin à sa technologie d'IA et de modélisation du langage à grande échelle (LLM) afin de créer un service d'agent IA optimisé pour les environnements financiers concrets.
Ce partenariat comprend des actions marketing conjointes pour développer les activités liées à l'IA, une collaboration sur des projets de transformation active (AX) et de transformation numérique (DX) dans les secteurs de la finance, du secteur public, de l'industrie et des entreprises, ainsi que la mise à disposition mutuelle de contenus et de données nécessaires à leur développement. Fortes de leurs expertises respectives, les deux entreprises prévoient d'étendre progressivement leurs activités AX en les adaptant aux besoins spécifiques de chaque secteur.
Compte tenu de l'importance intrinsèque de la sécurité et de la stabilité pour le secteur financier, l'accent sera mis dans un premier temps sur les projets d'IA sur site.
