세종창조경제혁신센터(대표이사 오득창, 이하 세종센터)는 소상공인시장진흥공단이 추진하는 ‘2026년 혁신소상공인 투자연계 지원사업(LIPS: Lifestyle Biz Incubator Program for Strong Enterprise)’의 민간운영사로 최종 선정됐다고 4일 밝혔다.
세종센터는 신사업창업사관학교, 로컬크리에이터 육성사업, 강한소상공인 육성사업 등을 운영하며 지역 기반 소상공인과 창업기업의 성장을 지원해 왔다. 또한 세종센터는 로컬 창업기업을 대상으로 한 투자 성장 지원 체계를 구축해 ‘수요투자라운드’와 ‘수요투자 IR’ 등 정기적인 투자 연계 프로그램을 운영한다.
아울러 올해 추진되는 ‘2026 로컬창업기업 육성사업’과 LIPS 프로그램을 연계해 창업 초기 단계부터 사업화, 시장 검증, 글로벌 진출까지 이어지는 통합 지원 구조를 마련한다는 방침이다.
오득창 세종센터 대표는 “중부권 로컬 기업과 소상공인이 시장에서 지속적으로 성장할 수 있도록 투자 중심 지원 체계를 확대해 왔다”며 “이번 LIPS 운영을 계기로 창업기업의 사업화와 투자, 해외 진출까지 연결되는 성장 지원 모델을 강화하겠다”고 말했다.
한편 최근 정부와 지자체는 지역 기반 창업과 소상공인 스케일업을 위해 투자 연계형 지원 프로그램을 확대하며 로컬 창업 생태계 활성화를 추진하고 있다.

Sejong Center Selects Private Operator for 2026 Innovative Small Business Investment Support Project
Sejong Center for Creative Economy and Innovation (CEO Oh Deuk-chang, hereinafter referred to as Sejong Center) announced on the 4th that it has been selected as the private operator for the '2026 Innovative Small Business Investment Support Project (LIPS: Lifestyle Biz Incubator Program for Strong Enterprise)' promoted by the Small and Medium Business Corporation.
The Sejong Center has supported the growth of local small businesses and startups through programs such as the New Business Startup Academy, the Local Creator Development Program, and the Strong Small Business Development Program. Furthermore, the Center has established an investment and growth support system for local startups, operating regular investment-linked programs such as the "Demand Investment Round" and "Demand Investment IR."
In addition, the plan is to establish an integrated support structure that will cover everything from the initial stages of startups to commercialization, market verification, and global expansion by linking the '2026 Local Startup Promotion Project' being promoted this year with the LIPS program.
Sejong Center CEO Oh Deuk-chang said, “We have been expanding our investment-centered support system to ensure that local companies and small business owners in the central region can continue to grow in the market. With this LIPS operation as an opportunity, we will strengthen our growth support model that connects startups to commercialization, investment, and overseas expansion.”
Meanwhile, the government and local governments are expanding investment-linked support programs to support regional startups and small business scale-up, thereby revitalizing the local startup ecosystem.

世宗創造経済革新センター（代表取締役五得昌、以下世宗センター）は、小商工人市場振興公団が推進する「２０２６年イノベーション小商工人投資連携支援事業（ＬＩＰＳ：Lifestyle Biz Incubator Program for Strong Enterprise）」の民間運営会社に最終選定された。
世宗センターは新事業創業士官学校、ローカルクリエイター育成事業、強い小商工である育成事業などを運営し、地域基盤の小商工人と創業企業の成長を支援してきた。また、世宗センターはローカル創業企業を対象とした投資成長支援体系を構築し、「需要投資ラウンド」や「需要投資IR」など定期的な投資連携プログラムを運営する。
また、今年推進される「2026ローカル創業企業育成事業」とLIPSプログラムを連携し、創業初期段階から事業化、市場検証、グローバル進出まで続く統合支援構造を設ける方針だ。
五得昌世宗センター代表は「中部圏ローカル企業と小商工人が市場で持続的に成長できるように投資中心支援体系を拡大してきた」とし「今回のLIPS運営を契機に創業企業の事業化と投資、海外進出までつながる成長支援モデルを強化する」と話した。
一方、最近、政府と自治体は地域ベースの創業と小商工のスケールアップのために投資連携型支援プログラムを拡大し、ローカル創業生態系の活性化を推進している。

世宗中心通过“新企业创业学院”、“本地创业者发展计划”和“强企发展计划”等项目，支持本地小型企业和初创企业的发展。此外，该中心还为本地初创企业建立了投资和发展支持体系，定期开展“需求投资轮”和“需求投资IR”等与投资挂钩的项目。
此外，该计划旨在建立一个综合支持体系，涵盖从初创企业的初始阶段到商业化、市场验证和全球扩张的各个方面，将今年推广的“2026 年本地创业促进项目”与 LIPS 计划联系起来。
世宗中心CEO吴德昌表示：“我们一直在拓展以投资为中心的扶持体系，以确保中部地区的本地企业和小企业主能够在市场中持续发展。此次LIPS项目将为我们提供一个契机，进一步强化我们的成长扶持模式，将初创企业与商业化、投资和海外扩张连接起来。”
与此同时，中央政府和地方政府正在扩大与投资相关的支持计划，以支持区域创业企业和小企业发展壮大，从而振兴当地的创业生态系统。

Le Sejong Center for Creative Economy and Innovation (PDG Oh Deuk-chang, ci-après dénommé Sejong Center) a annoncé le 4 qu'il avait été sélectionné comme opérateur privé du « Projet de soutien à l'investissement dans les petites entreprises innovantes 2026 (LIPS : Programme d'incubateur d'entreprises de style de vie pour les entreprises fortes) » promu par la Small and Medium Business Corporation.
Le Centre Sejong soutient la croissance des PME et des jeunes entreprises locales grâce à des programmes tels que la New Business Startup Academy, le Local Creator Development Program et le Strong Small Business Development Program. De plus, le Centre a mis en place un système d'investissement et d'accompagnement à la croissance pour les jeunes entreprises locales, en proposant régulièrement des programmes d'investissement comme le « Demand Investment Round » et le « Demand Investment IR ».
En outre, le plan prévoit la mise en place d'une structure de soutien intégrée qui couvrira toutes les étapes, des phases initiales des startups à la commercialisation, en passant par la vérification du marché et l'expansion mondiale, en reliant le « Projet de promotion des startups locales 2026 » promu cette année au programme LIPS.
