원티드랩은 서울글로벌센터, 오픈놀과 함께 외국인 유학생의 국내 정착과 국제 협력 강화를 목표로 업무협약을 체결했다. 이번 협약은 서울시의 글로벌 인재 유치 정책에 맞춰 해외 인재가 국내 산업 환경에 안정적으로 자리 잡을 수 있도록 지원하기 위해 추진됐다.
세 기관은 협약을 통해 외국인 유학생과 국내 기업 간 연결 강화, 취업 및 창업 지원 프로그램 운영, 해외 인재 유치와 정주 지원, 글로벌 커리어 프로그램 공동 기획 등 다양한 분야에서 협력하기로 했다.
서울글로벌센터는 외국인의 서울 생활 정착을 돕는 기관으로 관련 지원 서비스를 제공하고 있으며, 오픈놀은 AI 기반 커리어 플랫폼 ‘미니인턴’을 통해 실무 중심 역량 검증과 매칭 서비스를 운영하고 있다. 원티드랩은 AI 기반 채용 플랫폼을 통해 축적된 매칭 데이터를 활용한 추천 시스템과 이력서 코칭 등 다양한 서비스를 제공하고 있으며, 최근에는 글로벌 인재 연결을 위한 멤버십 서비스도 선보였다.
세 기관은 협약 이후 외국인 인재 채용과 정착을 지원하는 프로그램을 단계적으로 확대할 계획이다. 앞서 3월 진행된 글로벌 커리어 행사에서 협력 프로그램이 시범 운영됐으며, 외국인 구직자를 대상으로 한 비자 상담 지원 등이 이루어졌다.
또한 오는 9월 일본 후쿠오카에서 열리는 서울 유학박람회에도 공동 참여해 해외 인재 대상 채용 서비스 소개와 네트워크 확장을 추진할 예정이다. 향후 온·오프라인을 아우르는 협력 프로그램을 지속적으로 확대해 나간다는 방침이다.
각 기관은 이번 협력을 통해 공공 인프라와 민간 기술을 결합한 글로벌 인재 지원 모델을 구축하고, 외국인 인재와 국내 기업 간 상호 성장 기반을 마련하겠다는 입장을 밝혔다.
한편 최근 글로벌 인재 확보 경쟁이 심화되면서 공공기관과 민간 기업이 협력해 외국인 인재 유치와 정착을 지원하는 사례가 늘어나고 있다.

WantedLab, Seoul Global Center, and Open Knoll Establish Cooperation Framework to Support International Student Settlement
WantedLab has signed a business agreement with the Seoul Global Center and Open Knoll with the goal of facilitating the settlement of international students in Korea and strengthening international cooperation. This agreement was pursued to support overseas talent in stably establishing themselves in the domestic industrial environment, in line with the Seoul Metropolitan Government's policy to attract global talent.
Through an agreement, the three institutions agreed to cooperate in various fields, including strengthening connections between international students and domestic companies, operating employment and startup support programs, attracting and supporting the settlement of overseas talent, and jointly planning global career programs.
The Seoul Global Center provides related support services to assist foreigners in settling into life in Seoul, while Open놀 operates practical competency verification and matching services through its AI-based career platform, 'Mini Intern.' WantedLab offers various services, including recommendation systems and resume coaching utilizing matching data accumulated through its AI-based recruitment platform, and recently launched a membership service to connect global talent.
The three organizations plan to gradually expand programs supporting the recruitment and settlement of foreign talent following the agreement. A collaborative program was piloted at the Global Career event held earlier in March, where support such as visa counseling for foreign job seekers was provided.
In addition, they plan to jointly participate in the Seoul Study Abroad Fair to be held in Fukuoka, Japan this coming September to introduce recruitment services for overseas talent and expand their network. The policy is to continuously expand cooperation programs that encompass both online and offline activities in the future.
Each institution stated that through this cooperation, they intend to establish a global talent support model combining public infrastructure and private technology, and lay the foundation for mutual growth between foreign talent and domestic companies.
Meanwhile, as competition to secure global talent intensifies recently, there is a growing number of cases where public institutions and private companies cooperate to support the attraction and settlement of foreign talent.

三機関は、条約後、外国人の人材採用と定着を支援するプログラムを段階的に拡大する計画だ。これに先立ち3月に行われたグローバルキャリア行事で協力プログラムがパイロット運営され、外国人求職者を対象としたビザ相談支援などが行われた。
また、9月に日本の福岡で開かれるソウル留学博覧会にも共同参加し、海外人材対象採用サービス紹介とネットワーク拡張を推進する予定だ。今後、オン・オフラインを合わせる協力プログラムを持続的に拡大していくという方針だ。
各機関は今回の協力を通じて、公共インフラと民間技術を組み合わせたグローバル人材支援モデルを構築し、外国人人材と国内企業間の相互成長基盤を設けるという立場を明らかにした。
一方、最近、グローバル人材確保競争が激化し、公共機関と民間企業が協力して外国人人材誘致と定着を支援する事例が増えている。

WantedLab a signé un accord commercial avec le Seoul Global Center et Open Knoll afin de faciliter l'installation des étudiants internationaux en Corée et de renforcer la coopération internationale. Cet accord vise à soutenir l'intégration durable des talents étrangers dans le tissu industriel coréen, conformément à la politique de la municipalité de Séoul en matière d'attraction des talents internationaux.
Par le biais d'un accord, les trois institutions ont convenu de coopérer dans divers domaines, notamment le renforcement des liens entre les étudiants internationaux et les entreprises nationales, la mise en œuvre de programmes de soutien à l'emploi et à la création d'entreprises, l'attraction et le soutien à l'installation de talents étrangers, et la planification conjointe de programmes de carrière internationaux.
Le Seoul Global Center fournit des services de soutien connexes pour aider les étrangers à s'installer à Séoul, tandis qu'Open놀 propose des services pratiques de vérification des compétences et de mise en relation via sa plateforme de carrière basée sur l'IA, « Mini Intern ». WantedLab offre divers services, notamment des systèmes de recommandation et un coaching de CV utilisant des données de correspondance accumulées via sa plateforme de recrutement basée sur l'IA, et a récemment lancé un service d'adhésion pour connecter les talents mondiaux.
Suite à cet accord, les trois organisations prévoient d'étendre progressivement leurs programmes de soutien au recrutement et à l'installation de talents étrangers. Un programme collaboratif a été mis en place à titre expérimental lors du salon Global Career, qui s'est tenu début mars, offrant notamment un accompagnement en matière de visas aux demandeurs d'emploi étrangers.
De plus, ils prévoient de participer conjointement au Salon des études à l'étranger de Séoul, qui se tiendra à Fukuoka, au Japon, en septembre prochain, afin de présenter leurs services de recrutement de talents internationaux et d'élargir leur réseau. Leur politique consiste à développer continuellement leurs programmes de coopération, en proposant des activités à la fois en ligne et en présentiel.
Chaque institution a déclaré que, grâce à cette coopération, elle entendait établir un modèle mondial de soutien aux talents combinant infrastructures publiques et technologies privées, et jeter les bases d'une croissance mutuelle entre les talents étrangers et les entreprises nationales.
Parallèlement, face à l'intensification récente de la concurrence pour attirer les talents internationaux, on observe une augmentation des cas où les institutions publiques et les entreprises privées coopèrent pour favoriser l'attraction et l'installation de talents étrangers.
