SparkLabs Global invests $600,000 into MangoPlate

SparkLabs Global announced a $600,000 investment into Seoul-based restaurant discovery startup MangoPlate.

MangoPlate is a search and discovery app for both iOS and Android that helps people find restaurants based on location, recommendations, and food type. Currently, MangoPlate has over 200,000 restaurants in its database and is continuing to grow.

Prior to SparkLabs, MangoPlate also recently received series A funding from SoftBank Ventures, though the number was not released. SparkLabs Global Ventures also announced a $420,000 investment into UK-based Code Kingdoms, which is a game that teaches kids how to code in JavaScript.
