Vision AI 전문기업 씨유박스(대표 남운성)는 로봇사업부문을 분할해 신설법인 ‘주식회사 유온로보틱스’를 설립했다고 2일 밝혔다.
씨유박스는 이번 분할을 통해 급성장 중인 로봇 시장에서 특화된 기술 경쟁력을 확보하고, 신 시장을 진출로 회사의 지속 성장을 견인하겠다는 계획이다.
신설법인 유온로보틱스는 Vision AI기술과 로보틱스 기술을 융합해 제조 및 물류 업계에서 생산성을 높이고 열악한 환경에서의 노동력을 줄여주는 오더 피킹에 관한 핵심 기술 보유하고 있다. 회사는 핵심기술을 바탕으로 제조 및 물류 분야에 적용을 추진하고 더불어 AMR(자율이동로봇)과 로봇 팔레타이징 기술을 고도화해 해당 분야에서 선도 기업으로 자리매김하겠다는 복안이다.
유온로보틱스는 분할이후 밸류업을 통한 전략적 투자 유치를 통해 사업 확장과 경쟁력 강화를 극대화해 독자 성장을 모색할 계획이다.
씨유박스는 이번 분할로 자사의 재무적 안정성을 제고하는 동시에 Vision AI 기술 및 사업개발에 집중할 예정이며, 유온로보틱스와 기술적·사업적 협력을 지속해 양사의 동반 성장을 도모할 방침이다.

Vision AI specialized company See You Box (CEO Nam Woon-seong) announced on the 2nd that it has spun off its robotics business division and established a new corporation, ‘Yoon Robotics Co., Ltd.’
Through this spin-off, SeeUBox plans to secure specialized technological competitiveness in the rapidly growing robotics market and drive the company's continued growth by entering new markets.
The newly established company, Yuon Robotics, possesses core order picking technology that combines vision AI and robotics technologies to increase productivity in the manufacturing and logistics industries and reduce labor costs in harsh environments.
