잡코리아는 고용노동부 주관 ‘2024년 연말 고용노동행정 유공표창(민간 고용서비스 활성화 부문)’에서 기업과 직원이 동시에 고용노동부 장관상을 수상했다고 6일 밝혔다. 시상식은 지난해 12월 30일 서울고용노동청에서 진행되었다.
잡코리아는 1998년 취업 포털 서비스를 시작으로 인공지능(AI) 기술을 적극적으로 도입하여 구인구직 서비스의 편의성을 향상시켰다. 특히, 구직자의 행동 패턴 및 취향을 분석하여 AI 알고리즘 기반으로 공고를 추천하는 ‘AI 매칭’ 서비스를 강화하며, 개인화된 맞춤형 서비스를 제공하여 구인 기업과 구직자 간의 매칭률을 높였다.
정규직 채용(잡코리아)과 비정규직 채용(알바몬) 플랫폼을 동시에 운영하는 잡코리아는 국내 경제활동 인구 대부분을 아우르는 양질의 데이터를 보유하고 있으며, AI를 활용한 다양한 서비스를 출시하였다. 업계 최초로 자체 생성형 AI 솔루션을 출시하여 공고 탐색과 취업 지원 활동에 드는 시간을 대폭 단축시켰으며, 알바몬에서는 단기 채용 시장에 적합한 AI 추천 서비스를 확장했다.
이러한 노력의 결과로 잡코리아는 2008년부터 고용서비스 우수기관 인증을 시작으로 2024년까지 5회 연속 인증을 획득하며, AI 기반의 우수한 서비스 창출과 일자리 활성화에 기여한 바 있다.

Job Korea announced on the 6th that both the company and its employees received the Minister of Employment and Labor Award at the 2024 Year-End Employment and Labor Administration Merit Awards (Private Employment Service Activation Category), hosted by the Ministry of Employment and Labor. The awards ceremony took place on December 30th of last year at the Seoul Employment and Labor Office.

It was the first in the industry to launch a self-generated AI solution, significantly reducing the time spent on job search and job application processes. Albamon has also expanded its AI recommendation service, tailored to the short-term job market.
As a result of these efforts, Job Korea has been certified as an excellent employment service organization since 2008 and has been certified five times in a row through 2024, contributing to the creation of excellent AI-based services and job creation.

Job Korea reçoit le prix du ministre de l'Emploi et du Travail pour sa contribution à la revitalisation des services d'emploi privés
Job Korea a annoncé le 6 que l'entreprise et ses employés avaient reçu le Prix du ministre de l'Emploi et du Travail lors de la cérémonie de remise des prix de fin d'année 2024 de l'Administration de l'emploi et du travail (catégorie « Activation des services de placement privés »), organisée par le ministère de l'Emploi et du Travail. La cérémonie s'est déroulée le 30 décembre dernier au Bureau de l'emploi et du travail de Séoul.
Depuis le lancement de son portail emploi en 1998, Job Korea a activement intégré l'intelligence artificielle (IA) afin d'améliorer ses services de recherche d'emploi et de recrutement. L'entreprise a notamment renforcé son service de « mise en relation par IA », qui analyse les comportements et les préférences des candidats et leur recommande des offres d'emploi grâce à des algorithmes d'IA. Ce service personnalisé a permis d'accroître le taux de correspondance entre les entreprises et les candidats.
Job Korea, qui exploite des plateformes de recrutement pour emplois à temps plein (Job Korea) et à temps partiel (Albamon), dispose de données de haute qualité couvrant la majorité de la population active coréenne et a lancé divers services basés sur l'intelligence artificielle.
