AI·클라우드 선도 기업 메가존클라우드의 관계사인 메가존소프트(대표 이주완)가 해운∙항만∙물류 IT기업 싸이버로지텍(대표 송영규)에 구글의 클라우드 기반 협업 플랫폼인 구글 워크스페이스(Google Workspace)를 적용한 디지털 워크플레이스를 성공적으로 구축했다.
구글 워크스페이스는 전 세계에서 가장 인기 있는 생산성 도구로, 30억 명 이상의 이용자와 1,000만 명 이상의 유료 고객이 구글 워크스페이스를 활용해 업무 효율성을 향상하고 협업을 강화하고 있다.
메가존소프트의 구글 워크스페이스 구축 프로젝트는 싸이버로지텍 한국 본사를 비롯해 베트남, 싱가포르, 미국, 스페인 등 5개 법인을 대상으로 약 4개월간 진행됐다. 이를 통해 메가존소프트는 싸이버로지텍의 분산된 업무 시스템과 데이터를 구글 워크스페이스로 통합하고, 지메일(Gmail), 구글 드라이브(Drive), 구글 캘린더(Calendar), 구글 챗(Chat) 등의 협업툴을 통해 본사와 해외 법인간 실시간 협업과 소통이 가능한 업무 환경을 마련했다.
이번 프로젝트 완료 후 싸이버로지텍이 실시한 내부 설문조사에서 임직원의 80% 이상이 구글 워크스페이스 도입 이후 업무가 더 효율적으로 개선됐다고 응답했다. 또 지메일, 구글 드라이브, 구글 캘린더, 구글 챗 주요 4개의 협업툴은 모두 90% 이상의 높은 사용률을 보이는 것으로 조사됐다.
싸이버로지텍의 기존 그룹웨어는 국내 본사 환경에 최적화돼 있어 해외 법인 및 외부 파트너와의 소통이 원활하지 못했다. 또한, 전사적으로 통합되지 않아 직원들의 외부 솔루션 사용이 빈번해지면서 플랫폼 간 정보 공유 과정에서 보안 취약성이 발생하는 등의 문제점이 있었다.
이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 메가존소프트는 기존 문서중앙화서버(DCS)에 저장된 약 1,400만건에 이르는 데이터를 구글 드라이브로 성공적으로 이관하며 데이터 접근성과 관리 효율성을 크게 개선했다. 또한, 외부 공유를 차단하고 신뢰할 수 있는 도메인에서만 공유를 허용하는 정책을 적용해 보안성을 한층 강화했다.
구글 드라이브를 통해 해외 법인 간 파일 공유와 구글 닥스(Docs), 구글 시트(Sheets), 구글 슬라이드(Slides)의 실시간 공동 작업 기능은 팀원들이 동시에 문서를 편집할 수 있게 해 업무 효율성을 크게 높였다. 구글 캘린더는 팀 간 일정 공유와 회의 조율을 간소화했으며, 구글 미트(Meet)는 고화질 화상회의를 통해 시간과 장소 제약 없이 원활한 소통을 가능하게 했다. 그 결과 지메일, 구글 챗, 구글 드라이브와 협업툴이 상호 연결돼 데이터와 작업 흐름이 통합적으로 관리되며 생산성이 더욱 강화됐다.
메일 시스템은 지메일로 통합돼 기존 메일 시스템의 용량 제한 문제와 관리 복잡도를 해결했다. 또한, 계정 관리 효율성을 강화하기 위해 액티브 디렉터리(AD)와 구글 워크스페이스를 연동했다. 이 과정에서 다중 인증 등 보안 요소를 추가 적용해 계정 관리 체계와 데이터 보안을 개선했다.
메가존소프트는 단순한 기술 전환을 넘어 구글 워크스페이스 활용도를 높이고, 각 부서에서의 적응을 지원하도록 체계적인 변화 관리에 중점을 뒀다. 싸이버로지텍이 새로운 업무 환경에 성공적으로 적응할 수 있도록 챔피언 워크샵, 사용자 교육, 온라인 가이드 등 다양한 프로그램을 시행했다.
메가존소프트는 구글 워크스페이스의 효과를 지속적으로 평가하고 개선하기 위해 사용률, 만족도, 업무 효율성과 생산성, 협업 및 정보 공유 증진이라는 성공 기준과 목표를 설정해 관리할 계획이다.
이외에도 메가존소프트는 구글의 생성형 AI 모델인 제미나이(Gemini)를 활용해 싸이버로지텍의 업무 효율을 극대화하고 글로벌 비즈니스 확장을 지원할 계획이다. 이를 위해 현재 한 달 동안 PoC를 진행 중이며, PoC시 완료 후 2025년 도입 계획을 수립할 예정이다.

MegaZoneSoft Introduces Google Workspace to CyberLogitec
Megazone Soft (CEO Lee Ju-wan), an affiliate of Megazone Cloud, a leading AI and cloud company, has successfully built a digital workplace by applying Google Workspace, Google's cloud-based collaboration platform, to Cyberlogitec (CEO Song Young-gyu), a shipping, port, and logistics IT company.
Google Workspace is the world's most popular productivity tool, with over 3 billion users and 10 million paying customers using it to improve work efficiency and enhance collaboration.
MegaZoneSoft's Google Workspace implementation project lasted approximately four months and targeted five CyberLogitec subsidiaries, including the company's headquarters in Korea, Vietnam, Singapore, the United States, and Spain. Through this project, MegaZoneSoft integrated CyberLogitec's distributed work systems and data into Google Workspace. It also created a work environment that enabled real-time collaboration and communication between headquarters and overseas subsidiaries through collaboration tools like Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, and Google Chat.
In an internal survey conducted by CyberLogitec following the completion of this project, over 80% of employees responded that their work had become more efficient since implementing Google Workspace. Furthermore, the four main collaboration tools—Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, and Google Chat—all showed high usage rates, exceeding 90%.
CyberLogitec's existing groupware was optimized for the domestic headquarters environment, hindering smooth communication with overseas subsidiaries and external partners. Furthermore, the lack of company-wide integration led to security vulnerabilities in information sharing across platforms as employees increasingly used external solutions.
To address these issues, MegaZoneSoft successfully migrated approximately 14 million data items stored on its existing Document Centralization Server (DCS) to Google Drive, significantly improving data accessibility and management efficiency. Furthermore, it further strengthened security by implementing a policy that blocks external sharing and only allows sharing from trusted domains.
File sharing between overseas branches via Google Drive, and real-time collaboration features in Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides, enabled team members to simultaneously edit documents, significantly improving work efficiency. Google Calendar streamlined schedule sharing and meeting coordination between teams, and Google Meet enabled seamless communication across time and location through high-definition video conferencing. As a result, Gmail, Google Chat, Google Drive, and other collaboration tools were interconnected, allowing for integrated management of data and workflows, further enhancing productivity.
The mail system was integrated with Gmail, solving the existing mail system's capacity limitations and management complexity. Furthermore, to enhance account management efficiency, Active Directory (AD) and Google Workspace were integrated. During this process, additional security features, such as multi-factor authentication, were implemented, improving the account management system and data security.
Beyond a simple technology transition, MegaZoneSoft focused on systematic change management to enhance the usability of Google Workspace and support adaptation across each department. To ensure CyberLogitec successfully adapted to the new work environment, the company implemented various programs, including champion workshops, user training, and online guides.
To continuously evaluate and improve the effectiveness of Google Workspace, MegaZoneSoft plans to establish and manage success criteria and goals, including increased usage, satisfaction, work efficiency and productivity, and collaboration and information sharing.
Additionally, MegaZoneSoft plans to leverage Gemini, Google's generative AI model, to maximize CyberLogitec's work efficiency and support its global business expansion. To achieve this, a month-long proof-of-concept (PoC) is currently underway, and upon completion, a 2025 implementation plan is planned.
CyberLogitec Managing Director Kang Byeong-jun said, “We expect the introduction of Google Workspace to revolutionize how CyberLogitec works,” adding, “In particular, the real-time collaboration and communication features, cloud-based security environment, and AI-based work environment are expected to become even more important stepping stones for CyberLogitec to expand its global business.”

MegaZoneSoft propose Google Workspace à CyberLogitec

Le partage de fichiers entre les filiales à l'étranger via Google Drive et les fonctionnalités de collaboration en temps réel de Google Docs, Sheets et Slides ont permis aux membres des équipes de modifier simultanément des documents, améliorant ainsi considérablement leur productivité. Google Agenda a simplifié le partage des plannings et la coordination des réunions entre les équipes, tandis que Google Meet a facilité une communication fluide, quel que soit le lieu ou le moment, grâce à la visioconférence haute définition. Le système de messagerie a été intégré à Gmail, ce qui a permis de résoudre les problèmes de capacité et de complexité de gestion du système existant. Au-delà d'une simple transition technologique, MegaZoneSoft a mis l'accent sur une gestion du changement systématique afin d'améliorer l'ergonomie de Google Workspace et de faciliter son adoption au sein de chaque service. Pour garantir une adaptation réussie du nouvel environnement de travail à CyberLogitec, l'entreprise a déployé divers programmes, notamment des ateliers animés par des experts, des formations pour les utilisateurs et des guides en ligne.
Afin d'évaluer et d'améliorer en permanence l'efficacité de Google Workspace, MegaZoneSoft prévoit d'établir et de gérer des critères et des objectifs de réussite, notamment l'augmentation de l'utilisation, la satisfaction, l'efficacité et la productivité du travail, ainsi que la collaboration et le partage d'informations.
Par ailleurs, MegaZoneSoft prévoit d'exploiter Gemini, le modèle d'IA générative de Google, afin d'optimiser l'efficacité opérationnelle de CyberLogitec et de soutenir son expansion internationale. À cette fin, une phase de validation de concept (PoC) d'un mois est actuellement en cours, et un plan de mise en œuvre est prévu pour 2025.
Le directeur général de CyberLogitec, Kang Byeong-jun, a déclaré : « Nous prévoyons que l'introduction de Google Workspace révolutionnera la façon dont CyberLogitec travaille », ajoutant : « En particulier, les fonctionnalités de collaboration et de communication en temps réel, l'environnement de sécurité basé sur le cloud et l'environnement de travail basé sur l'IA devraient devenir des étapes encore plus importantes pour CyberLogitec dans le développement de ses activités mondiales. »
Kim Seong-gyun, directeur du centre MegazoneSoft, a déclaré : « Pour la mise en place réussie de Google Workspace chez CyberLogitec, nous avons soutenu le transfert de données et la formation des employés en nous basant sur une analyse et une conception approfondies », et « Nous continuerons à fournir un soutien systématique pour aider les entreprises à s'adapter avec succès au nouvel environnement de travail grâce à Google Workspace. »
Ji-Seong Jik, président de Google Cloud Korea, a déclaré : « Google Cloud accélère l’innovation en étendant les fonctionnalités de Gemini et la prise en charge des langues intégrée à Google Workspace, permettant ainsi à un plus grand nombre d’entreprises de bénéficier des avantages de l’IA générative dans leur environnement de travail. » Il a ajouté : « Nous apporterons tout notre soutien et notre coopération à Megazone Soft afin que CyberLogitec puisse poursuivre sa croissance sur le marché mondial grâce à Google Workspace. »
