엑소스피어랩스는 ‘엑소스피어’를 통해 악성코드 탐지, 랜섬웨어 방어, 정보 유출 방지 기능을 갖춘 통합 보안 서비스를 제공하며, 현재 8,000여 조직이 가입한 상태다. 엑소스피어는 SaaS(서비스형 소프트웨어) 형태로 제공되어, 사용자 편의성과 강력한 보안 성능을 동시에 갖추고 있다는 평가를 받고 있다.
미래에셋캐피탈의 이진우 선임매니저는 “엑소스피어랩스는 온프레미스에서 클라우드로의 보안 시장 전환 흐름을 선도할 기술력을 보유하고 있으며, 국내 로컬 솔루션 니즈를 충족시키며 ‘한국판 크라우드스트라이크’로 자리 잡을 가능성이 높다”고 강조했다. 또한, “이번 투자 결정의 주요 요인은 뛰어난 SaaS 지표와 연간 반복 매출(ARR) 성장률 100% 이상”이라고 말했다.
엑소스피어랩스는 이번 투자금을 통해 국내 기업 고객을 대상으로 한 마케팅을 강화하고, 보안 의식이 높은 일본 시장에 본격적으로 진출할 계획이다.
