전북창조경제혁신센터(센터장 강영재, 이하 전북센터)는 제9대 (사)창조경제혁신센터협의회장으로 강영재 센터장이 선임되었다고 밝혔다.
강영재 센터장은 지난 12월 20일 (사)창조경제혁신센터협의회 총회에서 협의회장으로 선임되었으며, 임기는 2025년 1월부터 1년간이다. 앞으로 1년간 협의회장으로 중소벤처기업부 산하 지역창업전담기관인 전국 19개 창조경제혁신센터를 대표하여 창업생태계를 이끌게 된다.
창조경제혁신센터는 정부의 창업 정책 기조에 발맞춰 스타트업의 창업과 발전을 선도해온지 10년이 흘렀다. 그동안 지역의 창업 생태계 구축과 경제 활성화, 스타트업과 대·중견기업간 오픈이노베이션을 통해 동반 성장을 이뤘다. 창조경제혁신센터는 전국 19곳에서 운영 중이며 한국의 지속 가능한 성장 원동력이 될 기술 기업 창업을 활성화하기 위해 멘토링·컨설팅, 사업화지원, 판로지원, 투자연계와 글로벌 진출 등 다양한 프로그램을 운영하고 있다. 창조경제혁신센터의 지원으로 창업한 기업은 2023년 기준으로 2만3430곳에 달하며, 총 4조1575억원 상당의 투자를 유치하였고 6만4426명의 일자리를 창출하였다.
작년 10주년 기념행사에서 중소벤처기업부 오영주 장관은“지역 창업생태계 양극화 해소를 위해 더 깊게(Deeper), 더 폭넓게(Broader), 더 지역에 가깝게(Closer) 라는 비전 슬로건하에 글로벌 확장과 오픈이노베이션의 다양화에 집중할 계획이다”라고 밝혔다.
이에 강영재 협의회장은 중소벤처기업부의 정책 기조에 맞춘 “공동사업 기획과 실행으로 각 혁신센터가 육성중인 스타트업의 스케일업과 글로벌 진출을 적극 지원하겠다.”고 밝혔다. 더불어 “지역별 창업생태계 리포트 발간을 통해 해당 지역의 창업생태계 특성을 파악하여 지역 창업허브로서의 혁신센터 역할과 기능을 강화할 예정이다”고 말했다. 그 밖에 “임직원 역량강화교육, 규정 정비 등을 통해 기관의 내적역량을 강화할 것이다”고 덧붙였다.
마지막으로 “‘연대와 협력’이라는 기치아래 각 혁신센터 간 연대를 넘어, 민간 창업·투자기관과의 경쟁이 아닌 상호 협력을 통해 국내 스타트업의 스케일업 가속화를 이룰 계획이며, 이를 통해 수도권 외 지역에서도 유니콘 기업 탄생 가능성을 높일 수 있도록 지역혁신 창업허브의 역할을 성실히 수행하도록 더욱 노력하겠다”고 말했다.

The Creative Economy Innovation Center Council has appointed Jeonbuk Center Director Kang Young-jae as its 9th Chairman.
The Jeonbuk Center for Creative Economy and Innovation (Director Kang Young-jae, hereinafter referred to as the Jeonbuk Center) announced that Director Kang Young-jae has been appointed as the 9th Chairman of the Creative Economy and Innovation Center Council.
Director Kang Young-jae was appointed as the Chairman of the Creative Economy Innovation Center Council at the council's general meeting held on December 20th. His term will begin in January 2025. As Chairman, he will lead the startup ecosystem on behalf of the 19 Creative Economy Innovation Centers nationwide, regional startup organizations under the Ministry of SMEs and Startups.
The Creative Economy Innovation Center has been leading the creation and development of startups for the past decade, in line with the government's startup policy. Over this time, it has fostered shared growth through the establishment of regional startup ecosystems, economic revitalization, and open innovation between startups and large and medium-sized enterprises. Operating in 19 locations nationwide, the Centers offer a variety of programs, including mentoring and consulting, commercialization support, market support, investment connections, and global expansion, to foster the creation of technology companies that will become the driving force behind Korea's sustainable growth. As of 2023, 23,430 companies have been founded with support from the Centers, attracting a total of KRW 4.1575 trillion in investment and creating 64,426 jobs.
At the 10th anniversary event last year, Minister of SMEs and Startups Oh Young-joo announced, “In order to resolve the polarization of the regional startup ecosystem, we plan to focus on global expansion and diversification of open innovation under the vision slogan of ‘Deeper, Broader, Closer to the region.’”
Accordingly, Council Chairman Kang Young-jae stated, "In line with the Ministry of SMEs and Startups' policy direction, we will actively support the scale-up and global expansion of startups being fostered at each innovation center through joint project planning and implementation." He also stated, "By publishing regional startup ecosystem reports, we will identify the characteristics of each region's startup ecosystem and strengthen the innovation centers' role and function as regional startup hubs." He added, "We will also strengthen the internal capabilities of the organization through employee capacity-building training and regulatory reform."
Lastly, he said, “Under the banner of ‘solidarity and cooperation,’ we plan to accelerate the scale-up of domestic startups beyond solidarity between each innovation center and through mutual cooperation rather than competition with private venture and investment organizations. Through this, we will work even harder to faithfully fulfill our role as a regional innovation and startup hub so that we can increase the possibility of creating unicorn companies in regions outside the metropolitan area.”

全北創造経済革新センター（センター長カン・ヨンジェ、以下、全北センター）は第９代（社）創造経済革新センター協議会長としてカン・ヨンジェセンター長が選任されたと明らかにした。

創造経済革新センターは政府の創業政策基調に合わせてスタートアップの創業と発展をリードしてきてから10年が経った。これまで地域の創業生態系の構築と経済活性化、スタートアップと大・中堅企業間のオープンイノベーションを通じて同伴成長を遂げた。創造経済革新センターは全国19カ所で運営中であり、韓国の持続可能な成長原動力となる技術企業創業を活性化するため、メンタリング・コンサルティング、事業化支援、販路支援、投資連携とグローバル進出など多様なプログラムを運営している。創造経済革新センターの支援で創業した企業は2023年基準で2万3430カ所に達し、合計4兆1575億ウォン相当の投資を誘致し、6万4426人の雇用を創出した。

これにカン・ヨンジェ協議会長は中小ベンチャー企業部の政策基調に合わせた「共同事業企画と実行で各イノベーションセンターが育成中のスタートアップのスケールアップとグローバル進出を積極的に支援する」と明らかにした。さらに「地域別創業生態系レポートの発刊を通じて、該当地域の創業生態系特性を把握し、地域創業ハブとしてのイノベーションセンターの役割と機能を強化する予定だ」と話した。他に「役職員の力量強化教育、規定整備などを通じて機関の内積力量を強化するだろう」と付け加えた。
最後に「「連帯と協力」という旗の下、各イノベーションセンター間の連帯を超えて、民間創業・投資機関との競争ではなく相互協力を通じて国内スタートアップのスケールアップを加速化する計画であり、これを通じて首都圏外地域でもユニコーン企業誕生の可能性を高めるように地域革新創業ハブの役割を誠実に果たした」。

创意经济创新中心理事会任命全北中心主任姜英宰为第九任理事长。
全北创意经济创新中心（主任姜永宰，以下简称全北中心）宣布，姜永宰主任已被任命为创意经济创新中心理事会第九任理事长。
12月20日举行的创意经济创新中心理事会全体会议上，姜永宰理事被任命为理事会主席，任期将于2025年1月开始。作为主席，他将代表全国19个创意经济创新中心以及中小企业和创业部下属的区域创业组织，领导创业生态系统的发展。
创意经济创新中心在过去十年中，一直秉承政府的创业政策，引领着初创企业的创建和发展。在此期间，该中心通过构建区域创业生态系统、振兴经济以及促进初创企业与大中型企业之间的开放式创新，推动了共同增长。该中心在全国19个地点设有分支机构，提供包括导师指导和咨询、商业化支持、市场支持、投资对接和全球拓展在内的多种项目，旨在培育能够成为韩国可持续发展驱动力的科技公司。截至2023年，在中心的支持下，已有23,430家公司成立，吸引了总计4.1575万亿韩元的投资，并创造了64,426个就业岗位。
在去年的十周年庆典活动上，中小企业和创业部长吴英柱宣布：“为了解决区域创业生态系统两极分化的问题，我们计划以‘更深入、更广泛、更贴近区域’为愿景口号，重点发展全球扩张和多元化的开放式创新。”
因此，委员会主席姜永宰表示：“我们将根据中小企业和创业部的政策方向，通过联合项目规划和实施，积极支持各创新中心培育的初创企业扩大规模并拓展全球业务。”他还表示：“通过发布区域创业生态系统报告，我们将明确各区域创业生态系统的特点，并强化创新中心作为区域创业中心的作用和功能。”他补充道：“我们还将通过员工能力建设培训和监管改革，加强机构内部能力建设。”
最后，他表示：“我们将秉持‘团结合作’的理念，超越各创新中心之间的团结，通过与民营风险投资机构的互利合作而非竞争，加速国内初创企业的规模化发展。通过这种方式，我们将更加努力地履行作为区域创新创业中心的职责，从而提高大都市区以外地区独角兽企业的诞生率。”

Le Conseil du Centre d'innovation de l'économie créative a nommé Kang Young-jae, directeur du Centre de Jeonbuk, à la tête de l'organisation.
Le Centre Jeonbuk pour l'économie créative et l'innovation (directeur Kang Young-jae, ci-après dénommé le Centre Jeonbuk) a annoncé que le directeur Kang Young-jae a été nommé 9e président du Conseil du Centre pour l'économie créative et l'innovation.
Le directeur Kang Young-jae a été nommé président du Conseil des centres d'innovation de l'économie créative lors de l'assemblée générale du conseil qui s'est tenue le 20 décembre. Son mandat débutera en janvier 2025. En tant que président, il dirigera l'écosystème des startups au nom des 19 centres d'innovation de l'économie créative à l'échelle nationale et des organisations régionales de startups relevant du ministère des PME et des Startups.
Depuis une décennie, le Centre d'innovation pour l'économie créative joue un rôle moteur dans la création et le développement de startups, conformément à la politique gouvernementale en la matière. Durant cette période, il a favorisé une croissance partagée grâce à la mise en place d'écosystèmes régionaux de startups, la revitalisation économique et l'innovation ouverte entre startups et grandes et moyennes entreprises. Présents dans 19 villes à travers le pays, les Centres proposent divers programmes, tels que le mentorat et le conseil, l'accompagnement à la commercialisation et au développement de marchés, la mise en relation avec des investisseurs et l'expansion internationale, afin de favoriser la création d'entreprises technologiques qui deviendront le moteur de la croissance durable de la Corée. En 2023, 23 430 entreprises avaient été créées avec le soutien des Centres, attirant un total de 4 157,5 milliards de wons d'investissements et créant 64 426 emplois.
Lors de l'événement du 10e anniversaire l'année dernière, le ministre des PME et des Start-ups, Oh Young-joo, a annoncé : « Afin de résoudre la polarisation de l'écosystème régional des startups, nous prévoyons de nous concentrer sur l'expansion mondiale et la diversification de l'innovation ouverte sous le slogan visionnaire "Plus profond, plus large, plus proche de la région". »
En conséquence, le président du Conseil, Kang Young-jae, a déclaré : « Conformément aux orientations politiques du ministère des PME et des Start-ups, nous soutiendrons activement le développement et l’expansion internationale des startups accompagnées dans chaque centre d’innovation, grâce à la planification et à la mise en œuvre de projets conjoints. » Il a également indiqué : « La publication de rapports régionaux sur les écosystèmes de startups permettra d’identifier les spécificités de chaque écosystème et de renforcer le rôle et les fonctions des centres d’innovation en tant que pôles régionaux de startups. » Enfin, il a précisé : « Nous renforcerons également les capacités internes de l’organisation par le biais de formations destinées aux employés et d’une réforme réglementaire. »
Enfin, il a déclaré : « Sous le signe de la solidarité et de la coopération, nous prévoyons d’accélérer le développement des startups locales, en privilégiant la coopération mutuelle à la concurrence avec les organismes de capital-risque et d’investissement privés. Nous redoublerons ainsi d’efforts pour remplir pleinement notre rôle de pôle régional d’innovation et de startups, afin de favoriser l’émergence de licornes dans les régions hors de la métropole. »
