주식회사 에버트레져가 인공지능(AI) 기반 문화예술 투자 플랫폼 ‘예투(YeaTu)’를 운영하며, 갤러리 사업 및 미술품 유통 전문기업인 주식회사 아트버디와 문화예술 발전을 위한 전략적 업무협약(MOU)을 체결했다고 17일 발표했다.
이번 협약의 주요 목표는 양사의 협력을 통해 글로벌 예술 네트워크를 강화하고, 콘텐츠 투자 대중화를 실현하는 것이다. 이를 위해 기술 교류, 프로젝트 공동 수행, 투자 상품 개발, 마케팅 협력 등 다양한 분야에서 협력을 진행할 예정이다.
특히, 아트버디가 보유한 블루칩 작가의 작품을 예투 플랫폼에 업로드하여 투자 상품으로 제공하고, 이를 통해 글로벌 예술 시장에서의 입지를 강화할 계획이다. 또한, 양사는 2025년 2월 일본 소에이 갤러리에서 열리는 전시에서 대표 작품을 선보이며, 예투 플랫폼을 통해 투자자와 예술가 간의 연결을 확대할 예정이다.
예투는 콘텐츠 투자를 고액 자산가 중심에서 벗어나 전 세계 개인 투자자들이 소액으로 참여할 수 있는 대중적인 플랫폼으로 발전하고 있다. 이를 통해 투자자들은 주식이나 코인 같은 추상적인 자산이 아닌, 직접 향유할 수 있는 문화 콘텐츠에 투자할 기회를 가지며, K-아티스트의 글로벌 시장 진출을 지원하고 저평가된 예술가들이 유럽, 일본, 미국 시장에서 활동할 수 있는 기반을 마련하고 있다.
