인공지능(AI) 기반 데이터 솔루션 전문기업 심플랫폼이 지난 17일 금융위원회에 증권신고서를 제출하고 코스닥 상장을 위한 본격적인 공모 절차에 돌입했다고 밝혔다.
총 공모 주식수는 92만주, 1주당 희망 공모가 범위는 1만3천원~1만5천원이다. 이에 따른 공모 규모는 약 120억∼138억 원이며, 상장주관사는 KB증권이다. 회사는 2월에 기관투자자 대상 수요예측을 진행해 최종 공모가를 확정하고, 공모 자금은 자사 기술 고도화 등에 활용할 계획이다.
지난 2011년 설립된 심플랫폼은 AI와 IoT 기술을 융합한 데이터 솔루션 개발에 주력해왔다. 회사는 IoT 기술을 활용해 설비 및 기기에서 수집한 데이터를 저장, 관리, 분석, 예측하는 전 과정을 통합적으로 처리한다. 이를 바탕으로 예지 정비, 품질 검사, 생산 최적화, 공급망 최적화, 리소스 최적화, 제품 서비스화 등의 솔루션을 고객사에 제공하고 있다.

Simple Platform , a company specializing in artificial intelligence (AI)-based data solutions, announced on the 17th that it had submitted a securities report to the Financial Services Commission and entered into the full-scale public offering process for listing on KOSDAQ.
The total number of shares offered is 920,000, and the target price per share is 13,000 to 15,000 won. This translates to a total offering value of approximately 12 billion to 13.8 billion won. KB Securities is the lead underwriter. The company will conduct a demand forecast for institutional investors in February to determine the final offering price and plans to use the proceeds to further develop its technology.

Simple Platform , une société spécialisée dans les solutions de données basées sur l'intelligence artificielle (IA), a annoncé le 17 qu'elle avait soumis un rapport sur les valeurs mobilières à la Commission des services financiers et qu'elle était entrée dans le processus d'offre publique à grande échelle en vue d'une cotation sur le KOSDAQ.
