헬스케어 기업 스카이랩스는 일본 오츠카제약과 스마트 반지형 혈압계 ‘카트 비피 프로(CART BP pro)’의 해외 병원 유통을 위한 업무협약(MOU)을 체결했다고 22일 밝혔다.
이번 협약을 통해 두 회사는 글로벌 의료기기 시장에서의 입지 확장과 카트 비피 프로를 활용한 기업-병원 간 거래(B2H) 모델 강화를 위한 협력을 본격적으로 시작할 예정이다. 또한, 양사는 상호 합의된 특정 지역에서의 유통에 대한 구체적인 논의를 진행할 계획이다.
스카이랩스는 “여러 후보 기업을 검토한 결과, 오츠카제약이 최적의 파트너로 선정됐다”고 설명했다.
‘카트 비피 프로’는 고혈압 환자를 위한 스마트 반지형 의료기기로, 환자가 손가락에 착용한 채 24시간 동안 혈압 변동을 모니터링할 수 있다. 이 제품은 2023년 식약처로부터 의료기기 허가를 받았으며, 2024년 6월에는 건강보험심사평가원으로부터 ’24시간 연속혈압감시’ 수가코드(E6547)를 인정받았다. 또한, 기존 혈압 측정 방식(24시간 활동혈압측정기, 침습적 동맥혈압측정법, 표준 청진법)과 비교 임상 연구를 통해 정확도를 입증받았으며, 연구 결과는 KCJ, 네이처 과학 학술지, 대한의학회 학술지 등에 게재됐다.

'Cart Bipi Pro' is a smart ring-type medical device for hypertensive patients that can monitor blood pressure fluctuations for 24 hours by wearing it on the finger. This product received medical device approval from the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety in 2023, and in June 2024, it was recognized as a '24-hour continuous blood pressure monitoring' fee code (E6547) by the Health Insurance Review and Assessment Service. In addition, its accuracy was proven through comparative clinical studies with existing blood pressure measurement methods (24-hour ambulatory blood pressure monitor, invasive arterial blood pressure measurement, standard auscultation method), and the research results were published in KCJ, Nature Science Journal, and Journal of the Korean Medical Association.
