나우로보틱스가 31일, 코스닥 상장을 위한 예비심사 승인을 받았다고 밝혔다. 이번 승인으로 나우로보틱스는 본격적으로 기업공개(IPO) 절차에 돌입하게 된다.
나우로보틱스는 지난 24일 한국거래소로부터 상장 예비심사 승인을 받았으며, 상장 주관사는 대신증권이다. 회사는 이번 승인을 바탕으로 증권신고서 제출을 위한 준비를 진행하고 있으며, 코스닥 상장 절차에 박차를 가할 계획이다.
2016년 설립된 나우로보틱스는 지능형 로봇 전문 기업으로, 취출로봇, 직교로봇, 다관절로봇, 스카라로봇 등 다양한 산업용 로봇을 개발하고, 자율주행 물류로봇 라인업도 보유하고 있다. 또한 로봇 모션 제어 기술과 하드웨어 설계 기술을 보유하고 있어 로봇뿐만 아니라 로봇 토탈 솔루션도 제공하고 있다. 회사는 매년 안정적인 매출 성장을 기록하며, 지난해 하반기에는 한국거래소가 선정한 평가기관에서 A등급을 받아 소부장특례 기술성 평가를 통과하기도 했다.
